Costa Coffee in Windsor and Maidenhead

Delivery driver was lovely and not his fault, but the latte was prepared 30mins before he got there, so it was stone cold

Came in for a morning hot drink with my parents and Adam our server was so lovely, he was super friendly and is extremely respectful. He made our visit so warm and welcoming and actually had nice conversation with us instead of rushing to take our order. Tj was also very attentive and friendly and our drinks came very quickly and beautifully presented. Big thank you to Adam and Tj for making our morning! :)

Even though this is slightly out of town it's my favourite coffee venue in Windsor. Mainly due to the staff and atmosphere. They are clearly happy and this comes across very time I go in. Such a nice place to chill out :)

Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I really appreciated the happy birthday brownie for my daughters. I always try to visit on a Saturday as it’s our favourite Costa

I recently moved to windsor about 6 months ago and I've always enjoyed my coffee shops but this has to be the best one I've ever been to. Always so friendly and know what you like and listen to what you want. Always smiley and friendly too. I enjoy coming here most days. The coffee is always very nice and it's extremely clean. I recommend to anyone who loves coffee like me and enjoys a coffee shop 😊☺️

Paid extra for large… received med. Paid extra for caramel syrup, didn’t get any. Ordered shortbread biscuit, was missing.

Drink never arrives full, i understand it needs to be slightly due to spilling but . Always having to ask for a full cup and yet again had a half a cup delivered but expected to pay for a full cup. !!!

I buy from this costa frequently because my daughter works near by. I’m kinda getting fed up with the quality of the drinks. I can tell you the last 4 times I’ve been really dissatisfied, drinks to watery no flavour, someone needs to retrain this lot or owner is cutting back on quality over customer satisfaction. Horrible

Great service, such a thoughtful staff (especially the young handsome bearded one), went above and beyond with our little kids.

If there wasn't a delivery fee . .. I would order this coffee everyday!!

They’ve stopped adding beans to the delivery services without advertising this, because loyalty to the brand is only if you aren’t disabled.

The takeaway coffee was good with a smooth flavour. Staff were friendly and helpful - busyness of the place meant a wait for coffees!

Costa scamming their clients! Offering a free hot drink between Jan 21-26 if you order a drink today but their system is giving “error” and they can’t scan your Clubcard or even give you a free drink if you already have enough beans for one. What a trap! Very disappointed with their service.

Friendly and helpful staff.Good spot to catch up with friends or catch-up on work.Luckily for me it's in walking distance. 👍

Food was half an hour late and stone cold

This costa has gone downhill so much... why can't management keep the staff here, always so many new people.

There are 2 Costa in dedworth owned by the same company. You will know them by how hot it is inside as they will turn the air conditioning on. This makes your visit unbearable and not worth bothering with. I have asked the staff if the AC can be turned on but they say the owner will not let them My advice is to go down to the BP on the Maidenhead road where you will find a lovely independent coffee shop. That is willing to please its guests by making sure the temperature is bearable.

Just got a cortado from here and unfortunately it turned out to be a bad latte. I have stopped ordering latte because is wasn't good, but it seems that whatever you order (cappuccino, latte, flat white or cortado) you'll get the same thing which is a not very latte...Please review your recipes.

One of the slowest Costa. Staff is friendly but if you are in hurry go somewhere else.

The food wasn't hot because it took so long to be delivered. The "hot chocolate" was just warm milk with no extras like I had ordered.

Disgusting service. Dreadful atmosphere between baristas. Basically got told my hot milk was exactly how flat whites are made ( one shot ? ) … I was so cross I had to walk out the shop. Never has someone refuse to put another shot in a coffee even when I offered to pay ? Never going in here again.

Stuffy to almost unbearable and server was impatient but she did warm up to me and was polite although the guy making the coffee was sullen and didn't even glance my way when I thanked him. Won't bother with that store again.

Only sent half the food ordered, and didn’t add the correct toppings to the drinks. Had to split the food between the kids because they didn’t send them all.

Over priced for what you get, but some nice cold drinks for summer.

Was dissapointed they were not serving there usual food snacks. So had to have a cake

Bit cold sitting outside in the rain but nice to get out. Hot chocolate was rather bitter... I normally drink it as it comes, but need 3 tsp of sugar here and not for the first time!

Love this Costa. The staff are lovely and friendly they always remember you. They serve you really quickly. It's always clean and a good atmosphere. It has toilet facilities and you can sit outside or there is a park nearby. This has to be my favourite Costa in Windsor.
