Popped in to Metro Gateshead Costa on 20th June, and was told by a middle aged woman that no test and trace app - no coffee. Since when is it the responsibility of costa to do the governments bidding. I have been happy in the past to leave name and phone number. But I decide which apps to download to my phone. People need to read Costa website regarding the information they are keeping about you before you download their test and trace app, and who is storing it.Will not be going back to Costa.

I particularly loved the crispy bacon on tge menu. What I got was entirely different. When I complained, the guy at the counter said "so do you want it free?" I said, no I just wanted to tell you it wasn't crispy bacon. He then said "so how much do you want to pay." It became an uncomfortable confrontation with attitude. Stay away! Was it me? Was I wrong? Was this crispy? A sorry could have been so much better.

101 Front StreetCame here last night. On closing when there was a major storm outside inside of having the decency of at least letting us near the entrance whilst the taxi came we were screamed at by the bouncers and pushed outside to get a taxi. There were several woman screaming crying because they could barely even stay on their feet the wind and rain was that bad. The bouncers at this time were just sitting and laughing inside. Absolute disgusting will never return.

Bank TopNew lease holders only been in for 8-9weeks.Friendly staff, spot on pint, just starting to do food on Friday 12-7, Sat 12-7, Sun 12-5.Give it a try , it will only get better.

3-4 Charteris Chambers Upper Precinct Wesley CourtMy little grandson loves to come to Costa BLAYDON on a Saturday as he comes to see his friends and his girlfriend Becky who is lush.All the staff are very friendly and polite and nothing is a problem.
