A very spacious Costa branch with good views outside onto the surrounding shopping plaza. It has the usual quality and high standards you expect with Costa.

Best Costa we visit. Friendly, efficient staff. Quality of coffee is excellent. Place is clean and tidy with seating inside and out.

Go regularly with my grandson..staff are really friendly. A happy place to go to.

All ok except service is HORRENDOUS! Not a single hi or thankyou throughout the whole transaction. Customer service training is very much needed to the staff here.

It was quiet when we used the place. So can not comment on the atmosphere. Just two coffees before going shopping, we noticed that the first chairs we sat were broken/worn out and tables were somewhat unclean and a pile of floor sweepings were left up against a skirting. Apart from that, the place is ok.

Friendly coffee shop. Staff are friendly. Toilets could be cleaner. Often hard to get a spot to sit at during busy periods. Service is relatively quick.

Awful service. Long queues then miserable lady barista turns up. Makes coffee wrong and insists she is right. Refuses to make another, argues with other staff member saying that's correct. It wasn't. You DONT know how to male coffee. When someone asks for dry make it dry. You should get another job as you are clearly not happy in this one.

I have a coffee once a day sometimes more than one. I travel around alot and always visit other Costa to try and see what they are like. This one in chertsey is far the best and most friendly I've been to over the years. Always clean friendly welcoming atmosphere.

No marks 4 food as never eaten there to be fair, most of time the staff are to busy to interact with you but are friendly when they do!, overall a nice place to have a coffee and a not to noisy environment!

Always a friendly vibe, great place to catch up with friends. It's along side a supermarket car park, but great for people watching. Very accessible. Service is great.

Addlestone Costa has dropped in hygiene the tall glass mugs, cutlery and trays were stained /badly marked, the stainless steel jugs used behind the counter had dried on over spills of milk the female did not clean the steam arm and not once was she seen wiping counters over 😳 This is one Costa I will not be visiting again. It requires closing for a couple of days to get back to safe hygiene standards

Very unfriendly store No welcome at the till , no interest or interaction . Coffee placed on counter again nothing said from the staff member. Both very unwelcoming.

Had the heated up sandwiches - very tasty - and a double espresso - certainly woke me up!..... and the staff were helpful and friendly and genuinely so. Sat outside. A pleasant way to kill some time whilst waiting for our car to be serviced 😊

You will be served by a teenager who doesn’t want to be there, if they serve you the right overpriced drink it probably won’t contain any coffee. Steer clear.

The coffee had no real coffee taste to it. It was so weak in comparison to other coffee shops. If you sell coffee it should taste like coffee not milk. That's my opinion.

Staff friendly and polite and double checked any dietary requirements before preparing the food and drinks. The food is the expected standard from Costa. Pleasant visit early in the morning, one of the few places opening early also on weekends. Thanks 😊

Lovely location, lovely selection of items, but I must be honest, the current staff are really not great, they are so unhappy to be there and they make that very clear..sorry to sound so harsh but I didn't feel very welcome at all

Ladies working on Wednesday 27th at 5:00-5:30 we’re incredibly kind to us , they allowed us to charge our dead phones which helped us get home despite the train strikes

The lady who served me today didn't even understand me when I order regular Americano without milk. She asked me do you want milk!? And she charged me for a large cup. Ordered regular skinny latte and was given large cup and was charged the price for large as well. They had vegan fruit cake but no vegan butter and wasn't even offered vegan jam ?! The table underneath was full of debris and wasn't even clean when they were 3 staffs. And to be honest the queue wasn't even long.

Americano drowned with too much milk, even though you say stop they keep pouring, so tastes of nothing...but milk...

Coffee was good and the cake we had was very tasty. The only let down was that the toilets were disgusting

Love this place. It’s outside central london and opens at SEVEN AM on a Sunday. It’s amazing for me to work in the quiet. Only been let down once in the last 60 weeks of coming here, so that for me is a very good return. Also gives points so I’ve only paid for 8 out of 9 coffees!

Went for a staff meeting here. Everything was fine except, being 11th Nov there was a 2 minute silence at 11am. There was no pre-warning, and we continued talking until we realised what was happening. We immediately went silent, but felt disrespectful. The staff should've said something before hand, as other customers continued to talk. Hot chocolate was lovely though.

Lovely Christmas toasted sandwich. Very very tasty. Highly recommended.

Very arrogant staff shouting at customers

The staff are a bit up and down with service. There is a large girl who makes the drinks. If you ask her to add something she forget to put in your drink, she blatantly roles her eyes and huffs and puffs before rectifying the order. The small girl who seems like a manager is usually ok. Sometimes has a bit of an attitude that you don't expect from from Costa staff, but maybe she has a bad day from time to time. Apart from that, they are usually quite ok

The Costa coffee shop in Chertsey has very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and the coffee tastes great. Food is a little pricey but also tastes great. Currently with the pandemic they have a queued system with social distancing and hand sanitiser by the front door.

Great service great taste food and coffee just as you expect from a Costa. Even though I won't visit again as I live two hours away. Everyone else locally should to support them!!!!

Takeaway drinks and food no eating in due to covid, seperation managed to some extent. Food quality was reasonable as usual for Costa. Limited hours of operations affect the foot traffic.

I politely described exactly how I would like my dry cappuccino and when I pointed out that the coffee that they had given me was neither dry or as I had asked I was told that I had to accept it and they wouldn't give me a "free coffee" although I hadn't even asked for a replacement. How the manager thought that behaviour was acceptable I have no idea. I have never had such a terrible experience in a Costa store and I'm a big admirer of their staff and coffee. The Egham shop is terrific. I have told them to keep the CCTV footage and complained to their Head office. Postscript. The next day I went to Virginia Water, explained what I wanted and that I knew it was difficult to make. Vanessa the manager didn't hesitate and told me that if it wasn't what I wanted it was free. And it was made exactly how I wanted it and the staff were delightful. Thank you Tia and Georgina as well.

Lovely store. Special mention to JAZZ so sunny natured. The other 2 ladies were pleasant too

Costa is consistently reliable in coffee and light snacks.

One of the better Costa Coffee places inside - spacious and clean. You know what you’re getting in terms of their serving and I like their coffee best out of all the brands. The outside tables are a bit wobbly and dreary, would be nice to spruce them up a bit.

Good staff and usual excellent coffee.

Had a coffee and muffin. I chose the lotus biscuit muffin. The muffin was nice as was the coffee, but the biscuit was soft, which was a shame.

Great little coffee shop! If your getting any syrup in your coffee make sure you get them to put a little more in as it's really weak in this costa shop.

This Costa is well worth going to! It's in Chertsey by Sainsbury's!! We had a lovely Iced Latte!! The staff are all friendly and helpful and it has seating inside and out! They have lots of lovely cakes and biscuits too!! Will be back now we've found it!

Love this place go here often to buy Belgian Chocolate Frostino with coffee would recommend it tbh
