Great coffee but a little on the pricey side!

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone because when they made my coffee, there was hair in the coffee grounds🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 unprofessional management

Couldn't fault this branch, efficient service, spacious and clean.

Two great cups of coffee to have sitting outside opposite the fruit and flower market . Flat whites have a lot more flavour than lattes which I find to be more milk than coffee taste. They now have m and s foods in store from plant kitchen!

First time visiting this Costa, there was a lot of choice of cakes, snacks, meals and drinks which was great to see. We had a Large Skinny Latte, Cheese and Tomato Toastie and a Smores Cake (which was 50% off and suitable for Vegetarians even though it had marshmallows on!) Because of the covid screen it was very hard to speak and hear the staff member especially as I was wearing a mask as well they struggled to hear what I was saying. I am glad a Covid screen is up but I felt sorry for them as we had to keep repeating ourselves a few times as the place was quite busy and noisy. There were only two members of staff, one who was doing the drinks and taking food out to people and the other who was taking orders and putting food in the oven etc, I think they need more staff (which I know might be difficult with the pandemic) but they were rushed off their feet which caused a queue as well. Toilets were clean, the table we were at was clean as well. Would visit again and hopefully next time it won't be as busy.

Terrible Service, 3 staff laughing and joking behind the counter whist we were ignored then got our order wrong and got overcharged but no offer to get a refund. Will not be returning.

Disappointing sums this visit up. Luke warm drinks and miserable staff. All the outside tables were having trays,cups etc removed by customers as no one was cleaning tables off. They weren't exactly busy either.

A good coffee to wake me up in the morning

the coffee and cake was nice but was way over priced for what it was worth, ok if you have got money to burn, was in the area and we popped in for a drink and bit of cake was not expecting it to be so expensive, the place was clean and the staff were good at what they were doing, only for the price I would not recommend.

On a journey and raining all day, so any port ....... Meal OK but no extras with Tuna panini, that you get in other cafés. For some reason the air conditioning was switched on, on a cold wet day in December. We had come in for a warm, but it was not to be !!

This is my favourite Costa and happens to be my local! Staff are amazing, always take the time to talk to you and are genuinely interested in catching up (not to the detriment of any customers). The drinks are perfect every time as is the food. Being a small branch, the food and cake selections are sometimes less varied than what you get at a large cafe. *Note to Costa management - let your managers order in what they know their customers like rather than deciding for them from miles away!* Thank you to Dan and all the team for making every visit the pleasure it should be.

Nicely laid out and decent service. Air conditioned like a fridge, which is ultimately why we left.

How was Costa Coffee. Chilly, despite the weather being overcast outside the aircon in the cafe was turned up as if the temperature outside was 30 odd degrees. Why do you do this it was most uncomfortable. Ask the staff to regulate it and all you get is either a blank stare or some lame excuse that it's set automatically. The other thing about Costa which anonies me is." Would you like to try our new Colombian coffee beans for your Americano"? "Yes please". That's 30p extra please. Then no I would not. If you want to promote something new then offer it free of charge. Your coffee is dear enough without adding extra charges, without a chance to try.

Perfectly acceptable for afternoon cups of tea and coffee. Location was quiet, along a pedestrian passageway.

Absolutely love this place, amazing customer service however the drinks seem to always be changing which is good because of s variety but the hot chocolate I wouldn't recommend its always bad and definitely needs to be changed or summit cause its really not nice other than that would defo recommend as it also has free wifi.

I enjoy a nice cup and this Costa is a lot nicer than some as the seating is of good condition

Coffee is always good here, they do every type of coffee you can think of and then some more, they seem to be widening their range of food, not just cakes and sandwiches but they also do pasta etc now, Cheers 😋

On the day this Costa was over crowded with a large queue with only three staff serving. Despite the long wait food and coffee was usual high quality.

Friendly staff, good service. No savoury gluten free products only two options of brownie or Bakewell tart, which always seems to be the case. So no lunch for me! Very busy and could do with another member of staff as general cleanliness /clearing tables is suffering??
