Best Costa's in Leicestershire. Love it. Still love this place, very friendly staff and a lovely, clean environment with a great atmosphere. Love this place. Still very good. Still love this place. Lovely coffee and very fresh blueberry frappe for partner and myself. Always polite and helpful in the Costa at syston. Not overly busy either so able to get a seat outside with the dog!

Been visiting this Costa since it opened. Nice atmosphere, lovely staff and great service. Upholstery is starting to look a bit tatty now though and could do with replacing.

Only went in here because I was meeting someone and they suggested it, otherwise I stay well away from the place. I will admit they do good coffee but refuse to pay the quite frankly ridiculous prices, especially to a multimillion pound organisation that refuses to pay its taxes.

Stop by here every once in a while to grab a drink. White hot chocolate is my usual go-to. Staff seem friendly enough. The cake choice can sometimes be a bit hit or miss, and sometimes a bit dry. Layout is a little cramped in some areas, but plenty of seats tucked away nicely for a little added privacy. I’m not too keen on feeling centre of attention while drinking so it works for me. Overall, not a bad place. It is rather pricey though, so it’s only for “special occasions”!

I have to update my review, as recently the coffee has deteriorated noticeably. It lacks both taste and body compared to my high street favourite (Cafe Nero). The staff are also indifferent, especially some of the younger ones who would benefit from some training (especially how to greet customers with a smile ☹️). I also object to being given a takeaway cup 30m before closing 😠. The manager (Salli) on the other hand is always professional, courteous and friendly. Things definitely go pear shaped when she's not there (franchisee take note). Great coffee, but the price keeps going up! Most staff are very friendly and provide a good service, although one or two are miserable and need retraining.

Such a lovely welcoming branch and the coffee is so good particularly when you have been travelling for almost 2 hours. I call in every morning when I am in Syston.

Syston Costa coffee, cake and sandwiches. It's a great place to meet and use the WiFi. Remember you will need to become a member to access the WiFi for long periods.

Tea was ok I've never been in a Costa I've liked yet. The best thing was they kept the 2 mins silence for remembrance

I love Costa. I buy 1-2 coffees daily and I rarely have a bad thing to say. On this occasion I was in the Leicester area. Closing time for this particular Costa was listed as 5.30pm on Google, so I took a detour and arrived at the counter at 4.58pm to order. A bolshie woman told us they were closed, telling me they close at 5pm not 5.30pm! (Surely if this were the case they’d be serving for another 2 minutes since it was 4.58pm). I showed her the time on my phone and she just shrugged her shoulders and told us we had to leave. It was still 4.58pm when I walk out the door. She was obviously tired, bored and wanted to go home early. Shame.

So dear unfortunately for two frappes nearly £9 one was very powdery the fudge one it was like protein shake and the 'salted caramel' was pathetic no taste just coffee it was our first time trying them won't be returning I thought they would out do mcdonalds ones being Costa but definitely did not do that. No taste of caramel at all and the 'salted' bits was just abit of sprinkles on top not impressed wouldn't recommend their frappes at all.

Very good service and clean place. Polite staff with smile. Will go back again.

Americano was very bitter tasting. Service a bit slow. The branch in Asda at Thurmaston is better.

Food was great but I fell off my electric scooter and dropped my hot chocolate. I fell into a pile of mud so all my clothes are now in the wash.

This is the best Costa I have EVER been to. The staff are lovely and the baristas are the best, they always make your drink to perfection. I would totally recommend the salted caramel frappuccino crunch. They actually add the crunch!!

Great coffee and nibbles with etc. Seating comfortable and varied. You can sit outside too but wouldn't advise as on a main road and diesel vehicles going by constantly. Can get a little noisy inside when busy. Takeaway available of course. Books for kids to read and staff polite and friendly.

I've come to to conclusion that all Costa coffee bars must be the same in as much as they all seem to have dirty floors with the days debris scattered around. I've decided that I'll no longer bother going in. Too many other places that serve good coffee and care about their customers enough to tidy up as they go along and not just at the end of the day. About time management woke up, perhaps it's the staff they employ, who knows.

Love COSTA, wouldn't do coffee anywhere else.
