Great quality got to drink this one and Great service 👌

drinks had spilt out into the bag so only had half of the drinks with very little cream

Lovely friendly staff but my cup had lipstick marks on it also the knife had old food on it I had to take both back to the counter for new ones, one dirty utensil I can forgive but not a dirty cup and a dirty knife sorry

A bacon roll should have bacon in it and the roll not be toasted to death and rock hard. Sadly that was what was delivered the bacon was a circle the size of a 10p and the roll could break windows

Nice open space, friendly staff and very dirty sofas and arma chairs. I’d suggest a steam machine for the purpose, since people may drop things constantly, but would be disgusting to use those seats. 😉

Clean and quick service with happy staff

Sadly fresh vegetables have been lacking and often substandard. The move to compete with Aldi is often not like for like so beware. I was told by a 'manager' 2wks before the first lockdown that supermarkets are not subject to health and safety 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I complained a cashier, not for the first time, clearly quite ill was sneezing into hands and touching food. Let's hope anyone I'll is now sent home. However they gained a star yesterday when an incorrect price was displayed on a product and they let me purchase at that price. The managers looked young, fresh and keen to put customers first. 👏 About time.
