A super gorgeous place for cappuccino and carrot cake!!! Very polite staff, speedy service, exceptionally clean , can easily seat up to 40! Guests. Average prices

Easiest cafe to visit, ok for wheelchair manoeuvres, coffee and food is okay, & the whole town seems to pop in.

The trustworthy experience of costa.

The food was fabulous. Staff are very rude. One staff member was trying to talk when another staff butted in as we were trying to listen to what was being asked of us. Also, the friend was trying to talk to her doctor and didn't need it. The staff member hvin a go at us

The manager runs a well-organised store at the Tesco store in Orpington. The staff are courteous and helpful. The store is kept very clean, tables cleared and disinfected. Seating arrangements are spaced and comfortable. It's great visiting and enjoying a good coffee served with good customer service. The manager is very affable and his store is well run.

Service is great but food seems to be pricey.

0 stars! Disgusting behavior from staff inside Tescos. I was stood in a que for over 15 mins while staff sorting out delivery! I was in the que with 20 others all elderly and one in a wheelchair. When I mention it the staff are rude to me.

Lovely coffee here, clean tables, food served hot and to the table.

A good place to stop for a break from shopping in Tesco’s. I’ve always found the staff in here helpful, especially in previous years when I came in here with a pushchair. I previously noted issues with the Costa app ordering in this store, but it all works really well now- I have used click and collect here several times. They have a dedicated area to the left of the counters where you can collect your order once it is ready.

Nice little place hidden in Tesco, very lovely staff, nice place to sit and chill when the wife is busy shopping, A tad expensive and the cakes look good not sure they taste the same

Nice get away after finishing shopping in the Tesco store it is in. Staff are friendly. However the quality of the food and drink is a bit suspect sometimes, and on my last visit with my wife we both ended up with stomach ache and diarrhea after having a couple of latte's from here. I suspect either the milk was off, or the nozzles in the machine weren't clean.

Convenient coffee shop located within Tesco, at the top corner of the store. It's a nice place to rest after shopping, with plenty of room and tables. It can get a bit nosy due to being in a supermarket, but it is tucked away enough that it is not too bad.

I wouldn't normally bother with a Costa, but for the fact that this is inside Tesco and handy if you want to grab a coffee and a pastry pre or post shop. No surprises here, everything as expected.

This is Costa Coffee in Tesco Orpington. Looks like they have given it a clean. Last time I visited it was looking a bit grimey. Much better now. Keep it up.

Excellent coffee. They launched new flavoured in coffee powder for Christmas. Perfect taste.

I think Costa in Tesco, Orpington is one of the best Costa's around. The staff always get our order right, there's always somewhere to sit and if you need to work, the plugs are active (unlike the other Costa in Orpington).

I was disgusted at the price of a hot chocolate with a squirt of cream and 3 marshmallow. It was over five pound. I was also served by one young lady who was very rude and had no manners. I had to take the chocolate back as it wasn't filled to the top. Then it was cold. I definitely won't being using Costa again.

This coffee shop looks really shabby and is very dirty with food and crumbs strewn around the floor of the tables and chairs.

Coffee tasted more like warm milk, only the smallest helping of coffee put into drink. Then slopped onto tray.

The place is very dirty, hasn't been cleaned from the day before. We arrived 15 monutes after opening to find a lone member of staff who could only accept cash and had to turn away 90% of customers in the queue.

Poor. Lengthy queues, disinterested staff, choice of food getting narrower on each visit. Tables left dirty for too long. Was once a well-run outlet, but has got markedly worse. Staff listen to suggestions but have an air of total indifference.

Relaxing place to have a coffee before work. Not sure why there will soon be an end to the saucers!!

Cosy and quiet. Perfect place to have a coffee and read the newspaper.

Mixed thoughts about this place. Depends what team is serving on a given day. Can sometimes be waiting for food for a while. Standard Costa.

It is sad to find a Costa like this. The seating couldn't be packed in more tightly and the place is usually dirty. I appreciate that Tesco are trying to bring a brand to their store, but the result here is not a regular Costa at all. It's nothing more than a noisy supermarket with a limited open-plan coffee bar upstairs.
