The worst experience ever and we will never be back. Christmas Eve we wanted to drink a lovely oak milk late with our family. We had 2 free drinks and we wanted to use it. The app was showing 2 free drinks and the guy who served us saw the free drinks on the app, unfortunately, wasn't able to use of them so he called the manager, a guy with dark hair, a beard and glasses, who completely disregarded the fact that a member of his staff and a customer said that were 2 free drinks available. He was not interested at all about what we ware saying just wanted for us to pay. Excuses were made, and he was very rude, asking in the end if we wanted the coffee or not. We lost one free drink soon he processed in his till , we had to pay for another and we felt completely misunderstood for receiving this kind of service. This guy is very insensible, a bad person, who should not be dealing with customers at all. We are never coming back! But we will tell all our family and friends and social media about our bad experience. Another place would listen to the member of their own staff and to the customers but this guy is something else.

This costa is THE best!! Hands down! Simon and the young lady that served me today were attentive, informative and THE best in Scunthorpe. I will not go anywhere else now. Most customers ive noticed know Simon snd Simon knows their drinks! Ive visited 3 times recently and its Simons service and friendliness i return for! If every franchise could have a Simon they would be winning! Xxx

We asked for a caramel latte and we got normal latte And a chai latte which that was correct other than that both coffees were good

My husband and I went to the cafe as a break on our way to mum's in Lincs. We always stop there and buy a cappuccino and a white americano. We also get two slices of toast with jam/marmalade. The service is always very quick. The staff are efficient, chatty and friendly. We never have to wait long to get our food. The bread is brown seeded and very generous in size. It is delicious. We look forward to it. We also stop there on our way back home too. We went there on Thursday, 9th February 2023.

Really wanted to post a review as the lad who was serving customers was simply a joy this morning (26th September). Absolutely lovely to every customer, I watched him make the day of an elderly lady complimenting her on her outfit and being so lovely to a child. We need more people like this lad, keep being a breath of fresh air young man, ina world of such much sadness you are a rainbow 🌈

The manager there - a middle aged bloke with glasses - was very rude to me. Walked in to get a coffee and he was sat at the end of the coffee bar (where customers normally sit in non Covid times). He was on a laptop, presumably doing work, but he did see me. He then continued to do work on the laptop, choosing to ignore me. I then asked him if he was serving and he said “I’ll be with you soon, you can see I’m working”. After saying this he literally took a phone call (which was personal). Only then did he step behind the bar to serve me but had horrendous attitude! Really disappointed visit. And all because of the manager.

we go regularly always friendly staff never had a problem and the staff are always very helpful for people with disabilities the only suggeation i would make is for them to clear the tables faster but all in all nice place to go for catch up with friends and family

This Costa is my regular haunt so to speak. My friend and I meet for breakfast a couple of times a month and it’s usually fab! The staff are generally warm and welcoming which is a big thing for me, a smile goes a long way :-) It’s usually clean and the food and drinks are lovely.

I am disabled. The staff were extremely helpful. Assisted me to a table near the door. Saw to my order and payment.

Had one of the Christmas lattes, it was the most delicious one I have had. It was hot, friendly staff, clean tables.

Go here regularly, in the main like any other costa very good. My bug bear is that the cutlery is appaling, I have challenged the staff on more than one occasion who state it is the dishwasher, this is not acceptable when dried food debris is on the cutlery!!! No excuse, clean your act up Costa or lose customers including me.

Great place for coffee, as the place has loads of seating and the service is very quick as this place is relatively quiet compared to others. No complaints from me, great service great value.

If you visit any Costa, no matter where it is you know you will get great coffee. This visit was no exception. On this occasion I also tried their carrot and walnut cake, which was delicious.

Usual costa franchise with friendly staff Good facilities and plenty of space. Could do with being open longer but footfall is time sensitive in Brigg

Meet up with my friend for a pre- Christmas drink. Coffee was ok - it usually is, cake was a Christmas one and was good. We didn’t realise it closed at 6pm and the waitress was quite rude when asking us to leave.

After getting my first cup with lipstick on it I received my second cup nearly cold I would not go back

Very convenient to grab a coffee here as its attached to Tesco and you can get your shopping done too. Have to say if you want a really good flat white here, Leah is your girl!

This is one of the nicest Costas. Helpful staff, nice an clean and plenty of room so you're not squashed. Coffee was lovely too!

This is by far the best Costa in Scunthorpe. It is spacious and the staff are lovely - really friendly. It is clean and comfortable. Recommended.

very busy not enough staff to cope with demand had hot choc and was not asked which size so just got large very strong choc and far too much left at the bottom even after stirring lots
