Do not even consider trying to travel to and find this place if say you get to the crematorium early. Waste of time effort and pollution. Not to mention the carnage trying to navigate a very bad hospitals roads.

Well where do I start. So we went for a coffee this morning sat on what looked like a sofa in the corner whilst waiting for our daughter (during a visit with our baby grandaughter following her having a bleed on her brain) and after paying a fortune for an order and waiting patiently on the sofa we were basically asked to leave because the seating area was out of order. No sign just told that usually the sofa is placed horizontal and expect us to know that because it was vertical today we should know it is closed in that corner due to water damage! So we are not regular hospital visitors and had been there because of a family emergency and had placed an expensive order so we could chat to our daughter at the countess and were rudely told we can't sit at the only available seat! Ended up stood out side! Complaint is pending regarding the rude attitude of the person who asked us to leave Costa before our order was ready! And felt she only asked us to leave as she thought we hadn't ordered but clearly got it wrong! Rude

Just been there staff or so called supervisor very rude shouting across the cafe at to ladies and being very loud it was very embarrassing for me so I can't imagine how the to ladies felt inappropriate behavior from costa staff will never go back and will be reporting it to head office DISGRACEFUL

Click and collect via the Costa app. Only three items were ready to collect. Waited 10 minutes on my lunch break and when I asked if there was a delay they informed me they had run out of my food order. No offer to substitute a different item, I have to either buy a replacement or do without lunch. Second time they have provided such poor service, last time we waited over 30 mins for them to print out our order.

Given the wrong drink. Returned to swap drink. Got told ‘you took the wrong drink mate’ I said I was given the wrong drink. The situation escalated to the manager getting involved and then being called a liar by the staff member who served me originally telling me I ordered a triple espresso when I ordered a quadruple. I just am stunned that this is Costa customer service in 2023. Incredibly poor customer service. Being effectively called a liar

The barrista was very busy, another member of the team was just wondering around aimlessly, another team member was on the till and restocking. The barrista went to put semi skimmed milk in my tea and I asked for skimmed, I asked if I could put the milk in myself as I'm fussy about how much I have in and she said I was not allowed as some people could burn themselves so it's health and safety. I asked her to put it in a different container so I could do it myself, she did so with bad grace. I thought how patronising and ridiculous. Is it me or has the world gone completely mad?

The staff at this costa are the best I’ve ever experienced as a frequent costa goer. Always very friendly and service is quick and efficient. I have returned more than usual as a result.

PSA - Don’t ask for any help from the servers unless you want a sarcastic comment from the person serving you. I drink costa a lot from various different locations and Iv never been made to feel so belittled. Being in a hospital you would have thought that the people serving would have an appreciation that patients could be having a bad day or just told some awful news (unfortunately this was the case for myself) and wanting a coffee to take the edge of it. Is it too much to ask for a friendly face and to answer a simple question nicely? On my next visit to the hospital I’ll just not bother visiting this location and go down the road to the drive through Costa in Sealand.

If can get them no stars at all, I would do. In 14/9/2024, I got two kinder donuts and two orio donuts. The two girls there were very Rude, Donuts not like what is in display.they were Lazy doing one topping for two donuts and then Arguing about it , they don’t care about reviews or customers. Donuts is very raw from inside. Half of it with no toppings. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I will make sure I share it with everyone I know.

What a fabulous venue; staff were so much fun; warm, friendly and vibrant. Molly and Calvin were so accommodating in assisting with drink selections and just a really lively exciting venue.
