Cannot use Costa voucher in this Costa.

So you can spend £20 on drinks here but can’t claim the reward for spending that said £20 here and can’t use gift vouchers either …. Attitude of staff about this was well so what ……

This place has got problems. No milk today apparently. Omg a coffee shop with no normal milk. This isn't the first time either. Shocking

Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Made drinks perfectly and quickly despite being abused by a Karen throwing a tantrum because she was asked to rejoin the queue after receiving her drinks and then later deciding she wanted cakes. Despite her best efforts to ruin the atmosphere, the baristas were cheerful, engaging with the customers who had manners, and friendly.

Can’t redeem app rewards here because they use Odeon’s till system apparently. Ridiculous.

Sometimes it's the little things that can change a person's day..wasn't having the best of birthdays..the staff really cheered me up and customer care is often overlooked..what you did for me today was really appreciated 👍 would highly recommend going to see these guys when at the Odeon.

Excellent service from a very polite member of staff. White hot chocolate and cake was delicious. Car park with disabled bays .Tables and seating area was spotlessly clean . Toilets available within cinema area . Would definitely pop in again.

Regular visitor before cinema. So, so, slow. Rarely see the same staff. Seems they use it for training, then possibly they move to other locations.

Rubbish coffee, scorched and dusty. No dairy alternative available. Staff completely apathetic.

Very clean, well fitted furniture solid and comfortable, well trained staff with a quality drink. All Costa coffee shops should follow their example. A real gem , don’t change anything.

It shuts at 6:00pm, not 7:00pm as advertised. Wasted journey!

Male member of staff was not very friendly and more or less grunted at us, didn't offer anything over and above what he needed to. You either get cant do enough for you or can't be bothered doing anything

Call in with two friends after a very cold walk around the ducks a couple of times to find that they wouldn’t accept cash and are using card only . Ridiculous knowing we’d called in only a few weeks early and paid cash . Well vista your loss as we had a lovely hot chocolate at McDs fir a fraction of the price and it tasted lovely !!

Coffee was great but what is with the miserable staff? You would get 5* if you actually had service with a cheery hello and a smile, instead you are made to feel you have interrupted their day.

Was really poor the welcome into the shop the girl didn’t acknowledge me at all. She was miserable and cold. The shop was clean and the coffee tasted nice but was only 3 quarters full the glass. Not going back soon. This after me spending a fortune in the past. Costa your loss I would employ more friendlier customer focused staff if I was you not students with no personality 😡

I just love Costa. This one's in the Odeon, and while you can take drinks in I always just sit and have a coffee before or after the film. One of the girls here won barista of the year, and I think that makes the drinks taste better.

Service was fine and staff friendly - however, it's always disappointing when certain branches don't participate in all offers ie; the lunch £4.95 offer. It cost me £6.50 for a sandwich and a drink which would have cost less with a bag of crisps thrown in at a costa down the road. I was taking the meal into the cinema which costs a bomb as it is!!! A children's sandwich option would also have been beneficial - you stock pom bears but there are no basic cheese or ham butties for little ones.

Just like any other Costa you go into around the country. Excellent coffee. Nice glass frontage so you can see passers by. Outside seating, but it's next to a busy road.

I should have looked at the till first before swiping payment but there was 2 options on the menu and he charged me for a third more expensive option not listed without asking. Left me feeling ripped off.

Really disappointed. Majority of the tables cluttered with dirty cups and saucers. Staff made no effort to clear the mess and it wasn't a busy period.

Great coffee but could really do with a member of staff cleaning tables, every table bar a couple left with dirty cups and trays, in the 20 minutes we where there not one table cleaned.

They make coffee, not sure what else I can say!

Good service, nice atmosphere and near to a walk round Preston Marina.

Costa's coffee is lovely, but cake can be a little stale - as it was on this occasion. Staff were fab & helpful though!

Why do they have to charge so much ??

There's very often long queues before shows. They've got our order wrong twice but given the length of the queue and already being late it wasn't worth the hassle of asking for it to be sorted. Staff are friendly polite and working like troopers but the setup doesn't give them a fighting chance. Today there were stacks of trays and dirty cups piling up on the window ledge as the staff were having to just dump them there to cope with the queue.

I would strongly recommend a visit to the Costa Coffee cafe at the Odeon cinema in Preston. It serves coffee, tea and food. I particularly like the Twinnings breakfast tea. It has ample parking. It also has ample seating. It also has toilet facilities. It is a good Costa Coffee cafe and I would recommend a visit to the Costa Coffee cafe at the Odeon cinema in Preston.

Would love to see some vegan options

This Costa was my local and despite attending there frequently they seem to make a lot of mistakes with the orders. this is often because they seem to always have new staff training.
