Costa Coffee in South Kesteven

Very good place to come to have a nice coffee and cake the staff are very friendly it’s a nice environment to be here and it’s chilled

Costa Coffee at Grantham Station is a speedy little place especially useful when your Hull Train to London is running almost 30 mins late.

Had time to kill and Costa was on the platform begging us to visit. Had an Americano and a chai, both of which were properly made by a very cheerful lady. Great asset at Grantham station and I'd be surprised if it's not a successful business.

I'm often waiting for a train to either London or Sleaford, Costa on the platform provides a reliable beveridge and snack while waiting for my train. Staff are always friendly.

Didn't have much time once we got to the train station to grab a snack for the train and a drink, but with two members of staff we were served quickly and correctly, cheap than the train food on offer.

Well. It took me 20minutes to get a coffee and nearly missed my train. One member of staff on to deal with queue of about 5 people. Each drink took an age to make and staff had zero sense of urgency. Shame there is no alternative.

Maybe its the competition with the other outlets at a small station, but this Costa coffee has tried a bit harder since my last visit, definite improvement and staff trained to realise customers matter, well done, keep trying.

The Menu is quite limited and the coffee is standard as expected from this chain. It does close around 8 p.m. so those taking later trains may be out of luck.

I have used this Costa kiosk often when catching a train. The staff have always been friendly and quick, despite working under pressure, in a tiny space and with constant queues. How people can complain about the facilities is beyond me, as it is just a station kiosk.

Not your average Costa, maybe its captive audience mentality as they are here and they need something they are bound to pay for something no matter what the service, its busy with people wanting quick service cause they are waiting to catch a train so less plodding and more go should be the staff mantra.

Appalling sums this Costa up. Messy, dirty, disgraceful disabled toilet, rude/miserable/unfriendly staff, barely warm drinks. Nothing more to say!

Always busy and difficult to find a table at lunch time. Coffee is good and some cakes are good but I found my raspberry and almond slice quite stale. Very wobbly table which resulted in coffee spillage as I sat down. Friendly staff.

Servem um café variado e generoso... a pastelaria não é atractiva...os breakfasts são fartos.... vale sempre a pena uma pause nesse ambiente.

Stopped here after a long 9 hour drive for a cuppa. Ordered a cup of tea then went back to counter to ask for milk. This was obviously a total inconvenience for the member of staff by their reaction then when I asked for skimmed I had obviously overstepped the mark as he pulled the top off milk carton and bounced it off the counter. He then slammed the milk down on the counter loudly causing other customers to look. Very embarrassing. Needless to say won't be returning in future.

Top Coffee and bar the most welcoming and friendly staff of any Costa store I have been in. Really well run.

Always get the good quality of food and drink and excellent service. Busy but efficient staff nice ambience . Overall really good , go there casually . Only niggle need to keep on top of cleaning tables regularly

We called in for a coffee while waiting for my husband coffee is good we also had a cake and a toasted sandwich, a little pricey but nice.

Costa, Starbucks, Neros, son todas iguales. Un buen café y aperitivos todos un poco caro.

Los bocadillos eran demasiado bien, pero los dulces eran verdaderamente terrible. Hecha con los ingredientes más baratos, magdalena bombeada lleno de glucosa. Su café especial de mezcla era un poco mejor que la cervecería habitual.

Staff great and serve with a smile, good choice of drinks. Although not the only coffee shop in town, its the only one with any room to get around. and great coffee too

Dirty tables, rude staff, unprofessionally mannered manager. One visit consisted of the manager turning up the shops music and singing/dancing with the other two members of staff behind the counter. If I drove I would go else were. I go to a coffee shop to relax, not to feel as though I am in an empty night club. When asked if we could have a mint mocha the girls response was "mint mocha? Really?" Clearly she couldn't be bothered to do it. We went for a latte instead, didn't want to put her out.

Wanted to get us in and out quick service poor. Staff unfriendly, felt uncomfortable. For costa the atmosphere really was rather poor.

Not sure how you can give chains like costa a review on anything other than service and cleanliness, but both were fine. Very busy and service quick. Tables clean too. Cakes were good, but then they are the same in every costa.

It's costa. You get a good coffee and a really good hot choc...that's what we all expect from costa.This branch has lovely staff and I look forward to an after work drink once a week.

Good place to meet friends in a cosy friendly atmosphere. Good coffee, Nice cakes and Good friendly service.

Why can't they produce a cup of coffee that is still hot when you get to your table? Constantly disappointed by this branch.
