As we're OAPs we love getting bargains from charity shops and always use Costa coffee for our coffee and toast and toasties. That particular day. The lovely young lady very kindly brought our drinks etc to our table . After, my wife and I went next door to the ymca charity shop and I have Prostate prob and I wanted the loo so I nipped back into Costa and the loos were in use. I asked the young lad behind the counter how can you tell if the loos are vacant . He grumpily said there being used and there for customers only. I said 5mins ago we were set over there having coffee and toast. He ignored me with a grunt. I waited 5mins and I left jokingly saying to him. I think there asleep, he just grunted again. After our shopping we dropped in again for tea and cakes and again the lovely waitress brought them to us. Manners doesn't cost anything. He'll not deter us from using Costa. Babs and Dave xx

The table area was clean. Good service. The disabled toilet I was told disgusting by my wife.

Of the three biggies, I like this best. Always seems less crowded, better tidied up, staff always friendly, best coffee, in my opinion.

Does what it should do, great coffee and (usual overpriced lol) light lunch food. Staff were great.

Always notice more and more about this place every time I enter. Kinda wish the menu screens wouldn't switch to adverts so quickly.

Always on my way to work I stop there to get my coffee, staff always very polite and helpful.

Coffee was your standard Costa coffee, however one particular member of staff was very rude and obnoxious. Almost laughable really, if you don't want to be friendly don't do a customer facing job.

Toilets need sorting they should be checked regularly and cleaned this obviously was not happening in this outlet no toilet paper at all and urine all over the seat and fieces in the toilet and lock also did not work correctly as was walked in by a female customer only disabled toilet working for the price of their nice coffee you do expect the basics taken care of

Went in today with my husband for a coffee we both use sticks to get about, anyway I went to the counter order 2 drinks and 2 cakes and was left to struggle with a heavy tray by the very rude staff in the store.... Will never be going back, very poor customer service. No consideration for disabled customers.... too easy for all the staff to hide behind the counter and do nothing.... I recommend everyone goes to skegness or horncastle they are much nicer there

The cleanliness of the place is deplorable!!! Run down place... Whoever works there, clearly do not take pride in their job. Staff could also benefit from a course of how to make a decent latte as well as some basic ettiquette of cleanliness. The Latte that I was served today seemed like it was made by a 3 year old: milk driiping down a glass...no spoon...no napkin...no saucer...and no foam on the top of coffe... Very dissapointing, considering the price that you pay for it!

Very loud store this one and gets a bit grubby from the huge amount of people that use it. Needs more tables out the front or even expanding next door. Staff were polite.

Today is bank holiday,alot of people go out to walk,to have some coffee out,but...in Costa just 2 tables out, but in working days there is more tables outside. We asked tu put on one more table for us, but they said "no". It's ok. I will not come here again. Sorry

The opening hours on google state they are open 7am-6pm. I have been twice now once at 7.30am and 4.30pm and they’ve been closed!

- Rude management and pressuring from the second we have walked in to get a drink. - Lady making the drink dropped one of the cups on the floor, as she picked this up she put it next to the other cup on my order, as if she was going to use it still despite this being on the floor. The only reason she didn’t use this was because she clocked on to me watching her and then binned it and used a new one. Her manager I believe made a comment to the effect of ‘why didn’t you use that’ and her reply was ‘sometimes you have to think what you would like’ and started to laugh. How about it’s disgusting to use something which has been dropped onto a floor full stop?! Overall, for something I don’t usually do it was poor. It’s not only the quality of the drink ordered but also the professionalism of the people who work there, including the manager who from the offset was extremely rude and unapproachable. Overall it was an extremely uncomfortable and poor experience and because of this I will not be stepping foot back into there alongside knowing the potential risks of being served a takeaway drink in a dirty cup dropped on the floor! I would give anyone going in there the advice to make sure you watch your drink being made.. or just avoid in general.

Horrible service, the worker was so rude i asked for 2 coffees and he kept asking more like shouting "WHAT?!" Like 4 times Even tho i clearly said it loud enough! Never going there again, my english is not perfect but i definitely know i can say two lattes! The next customer after me, was treated politely what kind of racism is this? Is this something to do with me being a foreigner or something? Disgusting.

Costa coffee well known everywhere

I visited the Boston shop today. I asked for a 'tall' Gingerbread Latte. The Barista said in a blunt /disgruntled tone "Which one's the tall one?" I replied, "The £3.30 one please". I honestly felt like saying forget it, and walking out. I went a few weeks ago, and asked for a pumpkin spice Latte, the same woman said that's Starbucks, not Costa. I felt embarrassed, as I cannot see the menu, why is it so small? I did buy my coffee, only because I get a Blue Light card discount. I will not be visiting this branch again! Customer service skills need brushing up!

Normally I don't have an issue with Costa but today I ordered 2 hot chocolates both with different syrups. Got our drinks quite quickly and was very happy.... Left the store and had to come back because the blonde tall lady had mixed up the drinks and the toppings which ended up making me vomit. I tried to be polite to the lady about it and apologise to her about having to come back but she was so rude about it and was slamming the cups. I was trying so hard to be polite to her but the lady made it very difficult. The other staff were very kind about it but she took it as a personal attack which is really wasn't. Won't be going back anytime soon.... I'll get my drinks elsewhere

Great service, food is delicious and the quality is insanely good, and the building is well decorated and is so cosy inside. The lighting inside isn't blinding or anything, it's calm. The seats and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks are also lovely. I definitely recommend! :D

The service was terrible at 4pm on the 12th staff was arguing and didn't bother to serve us for a few minutes. Normally they are fine

Edited: That Coronavirus took a pleasure from us to drink a wonderfully made Costa coffee! And meet friends. And walk around. And do the shopping.... and... and.... Lovely and friendly staff, lively place. I adored a Christmas sandwich - so tasty. Coffee is the best in Boston, Lincs. I have got a biiig heart on it🤗 February... I can't find my tasty Christmas sandwich. Have you all eaten them? Ham and chicken, chicken and tomatoes are boring and please, change the range of cakes and pastries...

Good coffee, but the staff doesn't even know about their orders.

I didn't get a coffee take away before 40 min is closing down. They sead the coffe mashine is cleaned at this moment.

I tried out the new coconut flat white with my girlfriend having the hot chocolate version. I also had a cheddar and tomato toastie. The toastie was quick and tasty and the drinks were good value espically the kids hot chocolate. We were able to get a table however ordering drinks was a bit of an effort with the service slightly confused and chaotic.

Costa is never the cheapest, but you know what you will get. They manage to maintain a uniform standard across all their outlets and service is usually friendly. For a unique experience visit an independent coffee shop, but if you're not sure, Costa offers a reliable standard.

Organised & friendly staff. Patient & hard working. Got new christmas drinks menu, the spiced apple winter warmer was lovely so was the warm mince pie with pouring cream 😊

It's a neat place and the staff are kind, I have to be honest though, it is a bit pricey, a medium iced latte should not cost 2.95 :) . Also cosy and a nice environment.

I asked for a large peach iced tea. I've been told that they do not do large even tho on the menu it clearly says they do large. Also there was no ice in my 'iced tea' and it was warm. I'm really disappointed in what I received.

Coffee was lovely as usual. However, my 4 year old son and I had a teacake and toast and were only given 3 little packets of butter (one didn't even cover one slice of toast) so I went to ask for some more. The women behind the counter started asking me how many I had already been given and then told me I had already had the amount allowed, I was made to feel greedy. I told them that it wasn't enough to cover both my son's toast and my teacake. They then told me I would have to pay for more and so I did, but by this time the toast was cold. I'm always more than happy to pay for any extras, however it wasn't sufficient to start with. Three packs of butter was never going to cover two halves of a teacake and 2 big bits of toast.

It's nice to have as an occasional visit, either on your own or with others. It still proves to be the most popular coffee in Boston compared to its rivals, though it is not the biggest. The coffee is overall very nice and bursting with flavour, they also offer dairy alternatives, although sadly there isn't much vegan variety concerning the treats. The area is kept very clean by caring staff. Costa Coffee also supports multiple charities helping children stay in education in less developed countries.

I visited here on Sunday just gone we were visiting family and I needed my fix lol I run in to grab a medium hot choc cream and marshmallows (of course) and a chicken and bacon toastie to go on arrival the fridge was empty with 2 toastier and 2 drinks there was 3 visible staff I walked to counter and was greeted by a nice male (long hair ) was polite I placed my order and stood to the side to which the short haired lady blonde (larger lady) as there were two short haired she stood and looked me up and down and was very rude to the next customer overall I wouldn’t return to that specific store
