Missed half the order on delivery!

Horrible delivery service,piad £16.80 for half cup of fudge brownie frappe as because driver spilled the other half and no sandwiches at all.

Change driver,he didn’t care at all.Only half drink was delivered

Popped in today as a first time costa customer Louie and tigean was amazing. Customer service was perfect. This is the what makes customers come back. I have my own business and this is the sort of staff you want in your business.

One of the best Costa about. Can get very busy as itis pretty good around place for a coffee break. This is due to the generally great service from friendly staff. Could be bigger but that may ruin the place.

Order took ages to arrive, when it did it was cold. Really poor. Will not order via just eat again

Tried the new hot milkshake, chocolate hazel, it wasn't great! No idea how they make a hot milkshake that thick and the more i thought about it the more i didn't like the idea! Otherwise the usual lattes and teas were great. Found seats easily compared to Starbucks across the road.

Pretty well maintained Costa. Coffee is just like what you get from every other Costa.

The Indian guy who manages it is always really friendly and gives excellent service. The youngsters are always really good too. Unfortunately the team are let down by a big tall girl with dark hair probably aged about 22 who appears to be in charge when manager is not there. She has no rapport with customers, is miserable and rude and generally looks like she'd rather be elsewhere. She let's the team down and they need to get rid!!!

The coffee is delicious although it is a bit bitter for my taste but other than that I was impressed.

Cheese toastie missing! Waste of time. Wasn’t that much on the order so to forget the toastie there’s no excuse - won’t order again. Poor experience.

They forgot my tea cake we had to ask for it they need a better system when pepole buy sandwich or item that need toasting . The service other than that was no bad but need to clear tables faster .

We come here every Saturday for our tea and toast. Staff always friend and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Shop is clean and tidy. Look forward to seeing you next Saturday

Excellent selection of drinks . Great staff. The only downside is the menu for drinks doesn't stay on screen long enough for you to choose.

This place is the best costa I’ve been too and the staff absolutely make it. They’re non stop and still find the time to talk to customers and be generally great people. It’s a tough gig when things are busy but they always have a smile which is amazing as I know it can be tough! Thank you guys 🫶🏻

I totally appreciate Saturday afternoons are busy but the service today was unacceptable, we ordered 3 drinks which took at least 10 minutes, and even customers who ordered after us got their drinks before us. Must try harder next time.

Often very busy during peak times; in turn reducing the quality of the food and drinks. Standard costa prices. Not bad during quieter periods ☕️

Very efficiently run. Service was speedy even at a very busy time. Tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as customers left. Coffee was good.

The best Costa in the wider area. Only criticism is hoovering and washing the floor while cafe is still open which I dislike. Manager knows regulars, and always chatty, which is a nice bonus..

We went to Costa in the longwell green retail park . Very busy popular place .

Wow. Me and remaining customers basically shouted at to leave as girl was cashing up. She seemed very annoyed that we were even in there and the other two groups were very surprised at her rude and discourteous manner. Definitely will not be coming back here.

Very good, quick service with a smile for those in a rush. They do stock almond milk as alternative to regular milk which adds to the positive experience!

Always good at Costa - but you have to choose the time of day carefully. We try to avoid the noisy and crowded times and get even more enjoyment from our visit.

If you want a really bad coffee this is the place to go
