Were here having a coffee, a rest and look at the uni, across the road. The guy on his own, doing really well.

Very polite staffs and very nice / stable internet as well ( Guest wifi ). Right in front of museum and university building. They also have toilet. So, if you're planning to come here to finish up your tasks, feel free to do so :)

Polite staff, good Salted Caramel brownie. Unfortunately blender was broken so couldn't try any iced drinks.

A consistently excellent and speedy service from a very friendly and welcoming team.

Car for a TGTG bag and the man serving was very rude and seemed so uninterested in his job.

Had to use a Laundromat due to washing machine dramas and wanted to kill some time with the fella, so we nipped into Costa. Luckily for me we had a £1.00 cake offer on the app that got me one deliciously moist (yeh I said it) Carrot cake. My bf got a picture perfect Sticky toffee latte and I indulged in a delicious Terry's orange hot chocolate that came with a lovely surprise of a slice of Terry's itself . Top this off with the pleasure of being served by the friendly professional trio Megan Alice and Izzy and as far as disastrous Saturday mornings could be, this one's turning out to be a winner.

I am a frequent visitor of the cafe and to me, it is a place of great comfort, friendly conversation with the barista and relaxing moment with great coffee. This cafe has become a part of my life and I would whole heartedly recommend to other people.

This was one of my favourite cafes but the experience has been rather disappointing recently. The new staff seemed stressed, disinterested, inexperienced, and almost rude to customers. We got served wrong drinks on both of last two visits. Will avoid it till perhaps new staff arrive- they change regularly so it seems.

I was helped by a young man as I could not reach my breakfast wrap on the high shelf. He stopped wants was doing Andygot the breakfast wrap for me. Very nice food an d coffee. Nice place.

Order just over two hours late, food and drinks were cold. Delivery driver rude.

Saved my life by letting me charge my phone for two hours. Coffee was great as well

Couldn't hear a word the man at the till said it was like he was whispering took 10 minutes for our drinks and was very quiet so I dont know what took so long

A clean, spacious coffee shop with plenty of seating, Costa has an upmarket feel for a chain. Lattes are generous in size and poky, without the bitterness I associate with a Starbucks cuppa. Cakes are too sugary. The M&S sandwiches make it a good lunchtime choice, although if you're in a hurry, steer clear of anything that requires the staff to do something. They tend to be snowed under.

The atmosphere here was actually super nice. The service for some reason is always a little off. The people working just don't seem like they want to be there and it shows. They got our order wrong and when we asked to remake they barely answered or apologized. The things they sell (mainly drinks) are very nice and fully recommend however!

Okay. Asked for gluten free cakes and was shown the granola slice which I took. Think it actually was not gluten free.

Staff are great, especially as they clearly are short staffed. Rushing around to serve every customer quickly and ensure it’s correct and best it can be. Food and drink was good and was served quickly.

The team at this Costa coffee in Bristol's Park Street are lovely. Flexible with potentially awkward requests and above all the right amount of chat!

Came in with my children in half term wearing my hidden disability lanyard and the staff were amazing. Couldn’t have been more helpful, so considerate and accommodating.

I’m a regular at your costa store on park street and I just wanted to say what lovely helpful staff you have, they greet me like family, always remember my drink without me having to tell them, especially Adam ( the manager). So well done everybody, your a credit to Costa, thank you 5 star

It costa-lot but is always good quality and a nice break from the day

No point going there as it closes whenever the staff feels like it. Today for example they've closed half an hour earlier than displayed on Google and on their door.

Much like any other Costa to be honest, but it's in a very busy location so beware of being engulfed by crowds!

Toilet was filthy. Place was dead and they had only just opened. so no need for it.

I had a lovely capuccino the other day in this Costa that can get very busy because it's just next to the university. People working behind the bar are always polite and well organised. It's big enough inside, so you are guaranteed to find a seat. Good atmosphere, laid back and relaxed.

Great choice of savoury paninis/toasties/soups as well as cakes and pastries. Big space so normally is always somewhere to sit, but can get quite cold when the doors are open. Lunchtime deal is always good, and it's perfectly located (especially for uni students needing to pop down from campus).

No toilet paper in toilet one toilet to all. Recycling area messy with floor left open. Looks like seats and recycling areas take place over a toilet. Please add another toilet. Toilet was generally clean as coffee shop was. But many tables awaiting to be cleaned down upon arrival. Seems like a hang out for students.. instead of the "stealbooks"

Really lovely Costa Coffee on Queens Road. The size is very good, with plenty of seating available. There are plug outlets too, if you need to charge your device. The decor is nice. Pretty much the same as any other costa. Staff were nice and quick to serve the drinks. Very clean, tidy and well laid out. Toilets upstairs and downstairs.

Much like every other Costa around the UK. The coffee is OK without being fantastic and it provides a space that you can get on with work when out and about

It's a Costa not much else to say

Love a good coffee and they make some nice stuff. Only lose a star because they don't do some simple, on the fly filter coffee. A rival brand does do that.

I love Costa coffee. Now that it's been acquired by the Coca-Cola Company, it's sure to only go from strength to strength. This branch is near the University of Bristol, and as such is very popular with the students. Also, office workers.

Very nice place for a date or to hang out and relax and draw, I very much like thus particular Costa coffee and frequent here very often, I recommend getting a medium hot chocolate on a Friday afternoon, very nice. Very nice.

Strangely quiet, but comfortable surroundings, friendly staff and quality coffee. Surely that's all that is required.

Good fairly new Costa. Good range of food and cakes, but it feels like it is getting expensive. Nearly £3 for a fairly small piece of cake. Other coffee shops are better value.

Best Costa I've been to. Assistant manager...Craig I think...was really helpful, and he made me the best latte I've ever had.
