Very well customer service, variety of food items with cake options as well. Fresh blended coffee beans with nice hot milk even alternative. Got myself a breakfast bundle just for 5.99, would totally recommend.

I recently visited here and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. Had the best hot chocolate in a while.The guy there very was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I wanted. He was welcoming, efficient, and truly made my visit enjoyable.Highly recommend this Costa location for both the quality of the beverages and the top-notch customer service. I'll definitely be returning!

Highly recommended place to have your coffee

Worst drinks we have had in all the Costa coffee shops we have been in. We asked for Extra Hot drinks as been in the cold for a while and they were barely warm. No rapport with the staff. So disinterested in what they were doing.

Oh wow 🥰 she was made my day. Very good customer service and also there so many different summer drinks. Absolutely super nice. I will visit again because there is Greggs as well. in side the garage.

Good for a cup of coffee early in the morning

Disgusting coffee, ordered a gingerbread latte they didn’t put any gingerbread in so had to go back and put it in. And the coffee was so weak it looked and tasted like I was just drinking milk. Had much better coffee in small unknown coffee shops than here. :(

Ammu is very friendly woman she makes very nice coffee thank you look forward to coming again

They have the best tasting coffee in town and they also have some of the best sandwiches.

Terrible customer service every time I have gone in, slow and rude service

Every time I go there I have to recheck they have given me what I’ve ordered and every time it’s wrong. It’s the same lady there- she has her headphones on, talking to whoever and blames me that she couldn’t hear me (I even have to ask her to take her headphones out). The level of unprofessionalism is shocking- sort it out

Lovely customer service and location!

Wednesday 16th September we visited this branch of Costa, which is located on the ground floor in Debenhams. Due to COVID 19 restrictions there were robust social distancing measures in place and a greatly reduced seating capacity. We ordered 2 flat whites and waited a few moments for them to be prepared. Good coffee served by polite and friendly staff.
