Always friendly towards me even made it my local Costa lol

The store is clean and beautiful, the goods are arranged very neatly, and there are some public areas to explore. It‘s very quiet. There are many seats, and you can also sit outdoors.

Very calm, tidy and lovely café just next to the river. The baristas are kind and the breakfast sandwich is great.

A huge thank you to Nikola for her wonderful customer service displayed today towards myself and my aunty, she really made my day, I will be back soon! X

I had only two cups of coffee here, but the service was great.

This branch makes bad coffee. They'd rather clown around behind the counter than making the coffee right.

Really friendly staff. Caught sight of the server changing my cup as the one on the tray must have been unclean. Little things mean a lot sometimes.

Costa is my least favourite of the London coffee chains and this place doesn’t help the Costa case. Average or weak coffee every time and lazy service. Guy at the counter got my order size wrong but kept insisting I said “small” when I literally said “the biggest size you have”.

Come here in a regular basis. Staff always veery friendly. Decent seating when it's cold or wet but can also sit outside when it's warm and sunny.

Good place to work, close to the river and to Greenwich market. WiFi is inconsistent and loos could be a bit better maintained. I appreciate the consistently excellent and cheerful service from barista Lope - an asset to Costa.

This is my local costa. Wonderful location with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Coffee is lovely, they all go above and beyond to meet customers expectations. Highly recommend!

It's a Costa so you get what you expect. There are better places to go for coffee in the area, so I personally would avoid. If you want the familiar taste of Costa, then fill your boots.

I've updated my previous feedback after revisiting the café. I'm pleased to report encountering new, friendly staff, and the service was exceptional this time around.

Now the one by Cutty Sark DLR is gone, this is my new coffee stopover for area. It's a little out of way if you've come, like I do, to look around but small beer. It's part of some newish setup by the river amidst newish but bland expensive flats etc. So atmosphere feels off. Staff usually friendly. Unfortunately, as is life today, coffee price is increasingly offputting for Costa. Past 18 months gone from £2.90 to £3.20 most places.

Costa coffee especially this chain store has really good coffee and service.

Chill place especially for residents and you can work there with the sockets. The hot chocolate with marshmallow is fantastic.

Lovely Costa, clean and tidy with friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely part of Greenwich with gorgeous views across the Thames. Will visit again when I'm next in the area.

The lady behind the counter was delightful, so friendly and warm. I used my Costa club reward to get a free blueberry muffin for my birthday. Yum! I like this Costa as its a bit off the beaten track but close to the river.

Always friendly staff who know their regulars well. Never have to wait very long.

My coffee was gorgeous, and their Americano, in particular, is like velvet

The atmosphere was nice and quiet, BUT there were used napkins and carton coffee cups on the tables. Fond a half eaten cake on the floor and was amazed by how people treated the staff. No wonder why the place was dirty, poor workers there must have cried in the bathrooms instead of cleaning. Giving it two stars, but please, PLEASE don`t take it out on the staff, the customers were awful. Got to think of some solution, like payed security or something...

This has been one of my local coffee go tos for several years. There are several others in the area which I've tried but this is my fave. Really comfy interior, right next to the Thames, v friendly staff and great coffee. What's not to like! Can honestly recommend.

I recently used this branch of Costa and was appalled to see a succession of DOGS allowed on the premises. At one point there were 5. What is the Costa policy on allowing any but support dogs into the outlets?

Can’t even make the right coffee - two orders now I’ve asked for a cortado - first time last week I got a re-used coffee instead - and today I’ve now got a medium cup half full with coffee not even cappuccino just plain old coffee Your staff need re-training and the lady with black hair seriously needs re-training - the blonde hair young girl is extremely rude - turns away from you and giggles and mutters stuff to her mate last I collected - utter disgrace to Costa - will never use again Pret round the corner is a must - or go to the local guy in nugent 🙌🏻 Costa 1/10 can’t even get orders right - Probabaly just laziness - the lady doesn’t even watch the milk when frothing - pure scum working in there both of them Who sends out re-used coffee ?!?!?! Sólo una Costa estándar con café y comida estándar de Costa. El personal es muy eficiente y las mesas limpias.

Nada especial, costa es justo lo que es costa! El café es enormemente sobre la omi es un precio de chocolate caliente pero que abren temprano y siempre es cálido también hay comida es ampliamente así inflados. Bien para lo que es supongo

En realidad, no es un mal lugar para relajarte un rato si necesitas un café y no puedes lidiar con la calle principal. Siempre tomé un café decente aquí.

A very busy outlet with interesting views over shop. Staff manage the queues very well. Always a smile.

A standard Cost but very comfortably set out. Interesting Glass balcony overlooking the Tesco store. Great to sit and chat.
