Costa Coffee in Glasgow City

Costa Braehead food court. Coffee was too strong, I ordered a tuna melt panini which was microwaved! you can imagine how soggy it was and tough at the ends, very little filling it was awful. Staff seemed flustered and the table was so sticky the napkin actually stuck to it. Will never go back.

Avoid the staff are utterly awful......both Male & female do not want to be there. I suggest they leave and give the jobs to people with customer service who want to work.

When you go to Costa you know what you’re getting. Friendly staff, great coffee and made to feel like you’re part of the family

I often visit this store before work and have to say it is always clean and the coffee is consistent. It’s one of the best in the city centre.

Avoid this Costa if you can, really bad experience, the chap upon arrival is so rude, I done my track and trace and then when I told him I had done it he said okay let me see it. I had closed the app by that time. He was very loud, rude and he said he is breaking the law if I don't show him it. Honestly. The young chap should get a different job, he's clearly not happy working here.

Visited Costa Braehead today with my sister and have to mention the staff member Paul he was so friendly and welcoming. A great asset to the team here.

Would give no stars if I could absolutely filthy,staff running around getting orders wrong, cold unfriendly atmosphere and a staff member with the loudest most annoying voice ever cleaning tables if you could call it cleaning, this coffee chain is lost

Always enjoy a costa coffee and a good place to meet friends when in town for a catch up after work midweek

I have to compliment the ladies in this store, they are warm, friendly and extremely helpful and recently witness one staff member going above and beyond the call of duty for a regular customer who, sadly, has a mental illness. You ladies restore my faith in human beings and always love coming in for my wee chat. Iain x

I asked for filter coffee but was to be charged for a americano and I objected. The filter which came was watery and very weak but I guess the americano would have been no different.

Tried the salted caramel Frostino it was absolutely yummy would definitely recommend it, also Paul 1 of the staff is very helpful and polite always ready 2 help.

You know what you get in Costa - but the big difference in this branch is the staff. I forgot my purse and they happily took my order and let me pop back in to pay later.

08/04/18 My local branch was closed on Sunday so i decided to visit this store. Two woman behind the counter, rude service from both. Store was quiet yet the order was wrong and had to be amended. Server who amended the order for me abruptly said goodbye as to insist I leave quickly. Very disappointing experience as I usually love visits to Costa. Staff are usually warm and welcoming usually making me want to come back again. Can safely say I will think twice before visiting that branch again.

Even calling in for tea just before closing as the staff were clearing up and sorting out the til the staff were totally helpful and welcoming. Tea was lovely and hot too.

Have been a few times for business meetings. Service is very slow, most times up to 10 minutes to get served even with only 5 people in queue. Coffee is good but not if you’re in a hurry.

Quiet quaint place for a great cup of coffee and a small bite. many locations to choose from. Staff is friendly.
