Was my first time in England and really wanted a coffee I don’t usually drink another drinks because I have lactose intolerance in S. Korea don’t usually have free lactose milk so that is why thinking in that I ordered Americano with extra 2shots (5 total) but I couldn’t even taste the coffee was just like water with dark color so I add extra 2 shots and finally it tasted as coffee 😂 and the cookie super dry… as barista this is an insult 😤😂

If you ever fancy just nipping out for an hour for a coffee, cake, toastie or whatever, then just pop down to this excellent Costa Oasis......... Always friendly, excellent service and staff always there to help......... We have gone there for years, particularly during the Lockdown period...........hence our naming it our little Costa Oasis....... Thank you all to the team........just keep on going......... Coffee ok but other food on offer is stale and looks as if it has been in display for day. Not very clean either. Won’t be going again as staff are slow and ignore you, too busy chatting.

One word although I have to pad this out would be RUBBISH . Go to Starbucks unless you want cold bland food and rude staff - lost another customer

My wife visited this branch of Costa today whilst I did some shopping in a nearby supermarket. She queued to be served with our small, well behaved dog who was on a lead. After waiting in line for several minutes my wife got to the head of the queue and was informed in a very tetchy and unwelcoming manner that “you can’t have that dog in here”. Why wait several minutes before telling her this? Why have dog bowls outside if you aren’t dog friendly? Nevertheless my wife excepted this but reasonably tried to explain she was on her own and could she at least give her order and go and sit outside. The lady, however, simply continued to repeat robotically that she had to leave and wouldn’t take her order. A couple of nice customers stepped in on seeing how embarrassed my wife was and looked after our dog whilst she re-entered Costa and got served by the same miserable, rude and surly woman. In summary Costa on Buckshaw Village equals rude staff and nice customers. If I was you I’d pray you keep getting the nice customers because left to your staff you’d be in trouble at this branch.

Just started a new job in the area and being a big Starbucks fan thought great this will do. Of all the Starbucks iv been in this is without doubt the worse. Iv given it the benefit of the doubt but if you want to know how bad a latte can taste then go to this one. Todays was as bitter as you can get the beans tasted burnt and the milk was to hot. The staff are stressed and just can’t wait to get rid of you. The cup is never full but you woudent mind that if it tasted right but it never does well mine hasn't. Don’t know if the staff go through the testing process on the machine to check the coffee taste before they start work but it looks like they don’t. Iv move on now and I would advise you to do the same.

Coffee was good but staff were totally lacking in customer service. Not at all friendly, no smiles or eye contact, just doing the minimum job and no more. The hospitality industry is about the whole experience even if it is just coffee and a snack. Sadly lacking at this branch.

Ordered today at half 3, order came at 5. Cookie dough was cold and had spilt everywhere. The worst cookie dough I’ve eaten, I only had 3 spoon fulls before throwing it away.

New to the area so decided to check out a few pubs with my mate. Both of us went in during the Leeds v Sheff Wednesday game and were completely blanked by the guy behind the bar who walked straight past us a few times in a 5 minute period and its far to say he was much more focused on chatting up two women on the other end of the bar. Left and went somewhere else instead Edit, I didn't say the Leeds v Sheff Wednesday game was played on a Wednesday. Sheffield Wednesday is the name of the team. It was a Friday night game on the 23rd August
