Costa Coffee in Birmingham

Como otros han dicho, nadie limpia mesas desordenadas que el personal parece estresado. No podía creer el asqueroso estado del inodoro para discapacitados. Faltaba la placa donde debía estar la descarga del inodoro, no había papel higiénico y suelo desordenado. Siento que esto caerá en oídos sordos a nadie le importa sólo el dinero orientado.

Los trabajadores son groseros, bromean, tienen bromas odiosas entre ellos y apresuran órdenes. Hice mi bebida con leche láctea cuando no había pedido leche, soy intolerante a la lactosa, así que he estado lidiando con el dolor de estómago todo el día - si hubieran sido cuidadosos y profesionales esto no habría sucedido. También hicieron mi bebida con tanta prisa que la tapa estaba cubierta de agua hirviendo y el café caliente se estaba escapando de los lados de la taza.

El chocolate caliente era aceptable, sin embargo, el servicio al cliente era decepcionante e inaceptable. Sentí una sensación de juicio y hostilidad en el servicio, especialmente de Kirsty. Era maleducada y tenía un tono desagradable. Mis solicitudes no fueron escuchadas y faltaba comunicación entre el servidor y yo. En repetidas ocasiones, pero cortésmente, solicité un adorno, la mujer miró fijamente y no dio ninguna indicación de mi presencia. Y esta es mi tienda de costa habitual, no pensé que este servicio al cliente estuviera a la altura.

Mi experiencia general fue suficiente y las bebidas eran satisfactorias. Sin embargo, debo decir que la actitud de Kirsty era extremadamente inhóspita. Parece tener un sentido de favoritismo hacia sus clientes o amigos repetidos, sin embargo, me sentí recibida con hostilidad y franqueza. En pocas palabras, su servicio al cliente no estaba a la altura, y no me sentí bienvenido por ella en la tienda.

Fui a almorzar con unos amigos del trabajo, el servidor era tan miserable y abrupto, que me arruinó el día. ¡Qué actitud tan terrible, realmente me disgustó volver allí! Nosotros los clientes que pagamos mantienen a estas personas en sus trabajos, ¡qué pena que se olviden de eso! ¿Quieres leer estos comentarios? Lo dudo porque no se hace nada sobre nada.

1 . el era solo una dama sirviendo y ella seguía charlando con sus compañeros y así se equivocó mi orden dos veces 2. el lugar estaba lleno de estudiantes, pero ninguno de ellos estaba bebiendo café que solo estaban usando el wifi 3. Me las arreglé para conseguir una mesa y vi a tres estudiantes comer su propia comida 4. los baños eran un desastre y apestaba

Costa es un lugar tan dulce para parejas! Es acogedor y romántico, perfecto para una cita de café. Tienen una variedad de bebidas para elegir, para que pueda encontrar algo que ambos aman. El ambiente es encantador para pasar tiempo de calidad juntos.

Fui a la tienda de Selly Oak costa hoy, fue en gran medida recibido por Monkia y Sheena, muchas gracias! ¡Recomendaría en gran medida el frappe de caramelo salado!

Every time I come to this Costa with my mother, we always find the tables dirty and no clean place to sit on and are forced to sit on a dirty table as three staff are behind bar (two of which could be in charge of at least ensuring tables are always sanitised and clean!!) When we ask staff to clean a table for us they arrive 30minutes later !

This Costa is my favourite place. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming and kind. Lovely coffee, lovely vibe.

Popped in today and I can honestly say that I'm a very impressed with their hygiene and customers safety during these hard times. Both members of staff behind the counter where very Covid conscious and I have never come across staff that go above and beyond with both safety and cleanliness. Manager absolutely fantastic. This little gem is an absolute credit to the Costa brand. Keep up the good work team

La mejor costa en la que he estado. Definitivamente volveremos después del servicio excepcional que recibí hoy. Esta mañana (miércoles 15 de julio) me atendieron dos caballeros que fueron tan encantadores. Ojalá tomara sus nombres para que pudieran ser recompensados. Tomé un chocolate con malvaviscos y fue encantador, agradable tener una sensación de normalidad también después del encierro. La tienda estaba tan limpia y espaciosa, así que me sentí muy, muy seguro.

First time coming to this costa but the staff were so welcoming and friendly, will definitely come back. While I was here they greeted everyone with the same friendly energy that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere, and even remembered some regular orders off the top of their head. Became even more apparent that customers come back for the staff as well as the coffee when an elderly customer went over to a staff member and gave her a hug hello and had a catch up. Staff members like these make such a difference to people’s lives without realising. Keep it up!

There are a couple of really excellent staff who seem to do all the work and it is a pleasure when they are on, good service and good coffee. But then you can have 3 people behind the counter who are really slow and leave customers waiting and very clearly don't care. They can also be really uninterested in serving and I have now been 3 times where I had luke warm coffee with scale on top where milk not heated properly, so think I will have to be done and go elsewhere. Always quite empty so not sure why service can be so poor and slow. Staff and service need to be managed as this is a great location and would love to use it but too hit and miss. Feel sorry for the couple of staff who work really hard and obviously do care.

My fav place just to sit in have a coffee no time limit just chill on tablet ,do the crossword etc ,close to shops if it takes your fancy ,there most days

I arrived a opening time on Sunday (9 am) with my daughter and my son. We were the second customers and the coffee shop was quiet. The Barista and other Staff members were attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous. On entering the shop, one can't help but notice how clean, modern and very bright it is, allowing lots of natural daylight inside. Of course, this is partially due to it being a very new shop. It enjoys a good location in Selly Oak Retail Park (close to the Sainsbury Superstore), so is easy to find. We ordered a 'Hot chocolate' with 'Honeycomb extra shot', 'Choc Chunk Cookie' and a 'Cornflake Nest' for my daughter and a ''Chocolate Muffin', 'Choc O Crunch' with an Oasis soft drink for my son. I'd already had my breakfast, otherwise I would have ordered my standard 'Americano'. I had a taste of their food and we all enjoyed ourselves with the children being particularly complimentary about their food and drink. I also collected a good number of Costa Coffee Club Points.
