Dos empleados estresados, rudos, abrumados, niños gritando por todas partes, sin filtro de café. Realmente no es lo que necesito de una cafetería.

Fui a tomar un café hoy y fue una pena! La actitud de la chica con una camiseta roja que estaba haciendo los cafés era realmente mala, era grosera y le gritaba a su colega delante de todos los clientes y avergonzaba a todos. Creo que antes de capacitarlos sobre cómo hacer café, también podría asegurarse de que tengan un mínimo de respeto por los demás, colegas y clientes. Ella no era profesional y no me gustan este tipo de cosas, ¡así que no volveré a esta tienda!

This is a small Costa branch along the main road in Queen's Park, London. They made my caramel cappuccino without soy milk, although I distinctly remember the barista nodding when I stated I need soy. Everybody makes mistakes, although when they remade my coffee, they forgot to add the caramel syrup! I would have asked for another coffee (again) as I paid a higher price for the flavoured coffee. I didn't bother because the queue was getting longer, there wasn't much space to walk to the counter, and I was a bit fed-up with them forgetting a crucial part of the drink, again - I felt it was too much hassle for what it's worth! I checked my receipt later and I definitely ordered a flavoured drink so I think the server was just in a rush. The place is also rather cramped, especially around the counter/seating area, and there's limited seating. Tables were not clean/wiped.

I usually get a coffee along the way but decided to come into Costa for the first time. This is actually a much larger place than it looks as it goes back a long way, has a conservatory to sit indoors as well as a small garden outside. The drinks and cakes here are good quality and not as overpriced as some places. Also it is more comfortable than some of the other local cafes.

The food was Unseasoned and took 50min for one piece of avocado toast , Not only to mention it took 20min to get sat down at a table.

It was rather unfortunate for the cafe that their coffee machine broke down this morning as it took nearly half an hour to get 2 coffees (26 minutes to be precise). Two other customers in front of us also got their coffees 25 mins after their order was taken. When our 2 coffees did arrive one was incorrect. We had also purchased 2 doughnuts, which looked absolutely lovely in the display, however I agree with other reviewers - not the best we have ever had - doughnuts a bit tough ie. not fresh (?). With the 30 minute wait, we would have expected the coffees to have been refunded at the very least !! The 2 coffees were very small, 2 doughnuts for £15:40 - bit of a rip off. Have had better artisan cakes and coffees for less in London at other independent retailers. Will not be returning. 856/100 min characters
