Order for home delivery. Got a call to say one item was sold out and the person on the phone was polite and gave me an alternative. My order arrived on time with a lovely apology note saying to have a lovely day. It’s a lovely touch. I also visit the coffee shop on occasion with my children and all the staff are always polite and helpful. Great place to visit!

All staff very friendly and helpful lovely atmosphere for a catch up with family or friends. Bonus you can do your shopping in tesco after you have reflued

Situated inside Tesco on the first floor, it's not very peaceful and I didn't find it very friendly and service was slow. There was also very little choice, they had virtually no cakes left at all, very poor!

Hemos ido con unxs compás de trabajo. Y una camarera ha denunciado a un amigo sin razón, le hemos tratado de explicar mas de una vez que estaba equivocada pero aún así ha sostenido su postura. Hemos echo las denuncias correspondientes . Favor de no ir a este lugar . Gracias

13/15 Dundas ArcadeHaven't been here for a while, Unfortunately I certainly won't be going for another long while. Food is average at best, but the prices are ridiculous for average food.

Marton RoadAlways love going to the Highfield, Amazing staff especially Kyle, always chatty with great service. I’d highly recommend going if you’re in the area.
