Fast polite service clean tables - salted caramel frappe

There was a hair in my food and the toilets weren’t working. The coffee was cold I would not recommend, better off going to the Pret next door!

I asked for a cold latte and they gave a hot latte! After asking to be cold milk the barista said to be that wasn't possible to make a latte with cold milk without putting ice in to it... 🤦

Terrible service, no one ask for order when we’ve stand there for five minutes.

I had a toasted sandwich, crisps, muffin and an Americano which was very enjoyable. The baristas were friendly and appeared to enjoy their work even though it was obvious that they were overworked and understaffed. Update: On my last two visits to Greenwich the coffee shop was closed down and there was no real alternative such as a Starbucks or Nero.

The employee who served us was quite rude. We won't be back

I’ve been coming to this shop every day for one year and 2 months buying small latte, and I never had a problem with the order or with the staff .Friendly , nice, brilliant , excellent ,lovely and sweet staff especially (the manager Voya),(Mohammad,Daniel,Alessandro , the Spanish woman , the bearded indian guy and the long hair guy)and the rest of other staff.

Coffee was very weak, staff unfriendly. Made you feel unwelcome even though they were still open for 2 hours. There was a lot of cleaning and tidying up. Won't go back to this Costa again

Great good as usual and wonderful staff. We reached around 6 pm , the toilets were not working. There were no plates for serving cakes and pastries but we managed. A good stop for a quick coffee

experienced the worst Costa customer service ever. The old lady who was on the till was very rude and aggressive but the rest of the staff was ok.

Tea was black delivered white. Coffee was luke warm.

Staff were disorganised regarding orders, unlike any of the many other Costa's that I've visited. Toilet was good.

The lady un there serving is very rude spoke to my friend who had her lung removed it's tuff she can't use disability toilet walk down stairs and continuing laughing at my friend please get back to me on this issue

This is literally the rudest costa I've ever been in! I go to one wherever I go and have never been made to feel as uncomfortable. The staff clearly need some people skills. Don't chose to work with people if you don't like them!

Amazing toast. Was really tasty. The AC worked really well. When I was there it wasn't too crowded. The toilets are okay and the staff were really courteous. Overall, unexpectedly a very pleasing experience since I didn't have high expectations.

Nice enough but toilets out of order. In central London it’s not too hard to get fixed.

So we had cakes and drinks. The cinnamon bun was mouldy- yes mouldy! My sister fortunately cut it in half rather than just biting into it and thought it felt quite hard, when she turned it over it was mouldy. She took it back and they immediately threw the try in the bin (which suggested they knew this wasn’t fresh) and opened a new packet! The lemon drizzle cake was also very dry, which again suggested it wasn’t fresh. Drinks were great, tried the popcorn frappe.

The place was tacky and dirty, staff were unhelpful and and unhelpful. Badly in need of a refit and staff training.

Just what you expect from a costa coffee. WiFi is good. It's a but noisy on the ground floor.

The staff member I encountered here today was very rude. On google it shows this Costa opens at 6am, when I came by at 6:20 the lights were on and I entered the building. However I was met with ‘obviously we’re not open sir’ and a tut and rolled eyes. Used this branch many many times as I work around the corner, however I’ll stick to the neighbouring Pret going forward as they have some concept of customer service.

Si quieres desayunar rápido y medio barato es tu sitio. Ofrece para comer solo bollería y poco más. Si quieres un vaso nornal (tipo España ) elige el tamaño small porque el medio es enorme!

Didn’t make a double macchiato correctly. I asked for it be redone and again wasn’t done correctly. They didn’t froth the milk at all, it was just hot milk.

Great coffee/latte and decent food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food is like always at Costa but the staff closed the space downstairs, and the toilet was out of order. No one was clearing the remaining tables or cleaning them, and they were not particularly polite either. It was very crowded, and I assume that is why this was happening, but it was the worst experience I had in a Costa. Will avoid going there again.

when i visited it wasn’t even too crowded and so i sat pretty cozy! it was so delicious and im gonna go there definitely again !! also the price was more than fair and the staff was really sweet :)

Visited for a coffee, tried to sit outside at an empty chair. The 1 customer at a 4 seat table did not like this so threw their drink over the table and me and went inside the shop. I attempted to complain about his behaviour and was made to feel i was in the wrong. The staff either really dont care or are intimidated by this customer. Absolutely disgraceful.

Lovely staff, good food and drink but the toilets were disgusting and there was no soap to wash your hands with!!

Good place for coffee. Space in the basement and ground floors. But deducted 2 points due to the toilet, which is not clean at all.

I went into this costa and ordered whilst my children were shopping nearby. I was then informed the toilet on ground level were blocked and would have to use downstairs. As a disabled person stairs are an issue. When my children joined me I went downstairs very slowly and unfortunately held other customers up whom were entering and exiting. The toilets were the worse I’ve ever been forced to use. Also the service area was dirty too. Staff were rude and abrupt

Their coffee is just average, as all these chains, so we don't really go to these places for coffee. In this particular Costa they built a massive room reducing the available space for customers. Besides that just one electric socket upstairs (downstairs was closed). The real reason we come to these chains is to charge our mobiles, which was impossible to do at this place.

Ok little Costa shop, nice staff. Toilets were disgusting though, hadn't been cleaned all day by the looks of it. One toilet was blocked with someone's shorts, sink blocked with tissue and tissue all over the floor.

My fave coffee shop. Tired Mocha Cortado was ok but prefer Mocha. Hot cross bun hot choc. Was very nice too. Staff always helpful too

It's quite cramped in the shop with seats and table close to each other. The chairs are dirty and the cakes have been stale for the last couple of times I've been here. It was quite disappointing.

I loved Costa, I always went and have come back and I realize that more and more croissants lose quality, savor, they are very dry and hard. Nice service, but please take care of the customers and give them a little more quality croissants, maybe it's a good idea to do it up to date, with that it would be magnificent

I drank better coffee in Kahalia😅I really think they need to improve their standards. Also their toilet was not in use😐I hope this was not planned by the management cause it was a Saturday when I visited them and maybe people are using their toilets and they are non- customers. I had to go to Lavazza coffee house😅, they were very generous and they did let me use their toilet even though I didn't buy anything from them. You feel like you are in Hilton's toilet 🤣😁👍

The barista for some reason thought it acceptable to angrily yell at me in front of everyone because I had no idea where to receive my order. I felt really embarrassed.

Coffee shop needs to clean toilet more regularly. Also only one toilet cubicle was available. Needs to be sorted very fast. High foot fall thru this coffee shop in Central London.

I would give a higher score if they would stop certain clients from using downstairs as an office, or at least stop people who just sit with a drink for hours on end and talk loudly on their phones and computers. We happened to be sitting next to a black lady who spoke so loud on her phone and computer that we just had to move. We moved to the far side of the room but her voice continued to reverberate in the air around us. It was a relief to finally finish up and leave. I complained politely to the manager on our way out (about our experience being ruined by this insensitive woman). That being said the coffee was good and the staff (girls) were very nice and friendly, so five stars to them.

Not the same as pre covid but still great coffee.

Not bad except the cappuccino was not frothy enough, it was a bit flat. Tea, lemon muffin And cinnamon bun were very good.

I'm a Costa fun,today I try this shop but complete disappointment!I want to take a sandwich and a coffee, I was first and behind me a couple (dressed very rich)the laid don't ask me if I'm serv, she ask the couple, I tell her I'm first and she even don't apologise!I was feel like a homeless.

Disappointed to find they were RECOMMENDING THEIR OWN TRACK AND TRACE QR CODE. When asked they said it can be used for marketing purposes! They did also have the official NHS QR code but only if you asked! BAD MOVE COSTA!

Dry and bad cookie and cakes and some staff don't care about anything.I wanted to cut the cake it was tough and I said them to make it warm maybe I can eat it .I was in Costa before but they were great. In Kingston but in central were bad.

The staff here are probably some of the nicest I have met in a costa, regularly have a conversation when I pop in to pick up my usual order which the staff had learned off by heart.

I've been here many times, the place itself is pretty standard, seating on this floor and below, staff are always nice. nearly always gets my order correct. One thing to note, it's very busy at times, so if you don't mind waiting up to 15 minutes, then you're golden.
