Wanted to get a coffee at 1925 before work however they decided to shut the doors before hand even though there were staff and jsut stated at me through the window. Unacceptable

Man refused to take my order properly, and then ended up giving me the wrong drink, refusing to take it back to the serving station. This is why I go to Pret

A nice convenient cafe that is open 7 days a week. It is perfect for a quick stop to refresh or stay warm. It is small and compact. There is only one toilet available. There can be breeze as the door does not automatically close. The service is quite quick and hospitable. No frill, but useful destination if trying to get some refreshments in the area.

The almond croissant being from yesterday doesn't sound fresh, and receiving a latte with regular milk instead of oat milk is disappointing, especially with an extra charge. It's important for cafes to provide the right items and maintain quality. You might want to share your feedback with the cafe management for them to improve their service.

With Costa, you know what to expect and it didn't fail to deliver. What I liked about this branch, within spitting distance of the hotel we are staying in, was the staff. The gentleman who served us was warm, polite and friendly, approx 9:30 on 2/8/23 if management are reading this. Thank you so much. A great start to our day, would recommend.

It definitely is the UK is version of Starbucks. But it's actually better than starbucks. The sandwiches are better, the coffee is better. And a service is much more friendly. You don't feel like you have walked into a different culture, you just feel like you walked in or regular coffee shop where they want to take care of you.

Lovely and friendly place to go.

It's a pretty standard affair. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The decor is what you'd expect and the atmosphere is relaxing.

The staff make it! What makes all the difference here are the friendly and efficient staff. Your standard Costa Coffee, the New Bridge street branch does have a warm and relaxed vibe with some sofas to lounge on. Able to get a fair amount of admin or reading done here. On those longer, lingering visits, the staff are friendly, helpful without becoming intrusive.

Awful staff useless dirty toilets where worse never been in a Costa like it

For some reason, Costa has stopped doing filter coffee(!) Expensive! A toastie was £4.85

Staff here are rude and unhelpful and there are never enough at busy times asking for a plate an hour and a half before they closed was too much for Ruhi who barked they didn't have time for plates at me without looking up as she was busy counting the tips at the counter this seemed to be her priority rather than providing Customers with any kind of service

Disaster! Waiting for a 15 minutes for a midium late. I'm getting skinny late which is not what I order. They are two untrained guys working and after that some girl is coming. At least ten people was waiting after till for a coffee. After I get wrong one she make me a new one but taste of the coffee was disgusting. Like there is no coffee at all. I came back to this area and this morning I rush to get nice coffee like before when I was drinking every morning and evening on the same place but... I'm very disappointed. Never again.

You know what Costa is. This review focuses on staffing levels. One person is not enough. They can't serve, make drinks, prepare food, clean tables and any other incidental tasks on their own. There's only ever one person here when I go

After a recent renovation this Costa has a bright, comfortable, and light interior, and there's a good team to look after you. Next renovation, though, more power sockets and aircon would be great.

Ridiculously slow staff that even though it wasn't busy too so long dealing with the other customers (including getting half the orders wrong) that after 15 minutes I walked out

Bought ham and cheese toast. All broken mashed up plus the ham was out and sticked to the back of the toast. Disgusting. Why is this not letting me to add photos at the same time😅

Little brunch. Hot chocolate was a little luke warm at best. Toastie was good and so was the cake. Nice and quiet despite being close to the station. Staff are friendly

Cold raining morning. All we need is fog. But this early morning this cafe is just clean, convenient, and the girl Alessia, behind the till, was really delight to deal with. Even offered a napkin to dry my spectacles. Small touches like this makes it special. I nearly went for the morning Nap with scramble eggs. Looked enticing.

Nice Costa cafe serving decent choice of coffee and cakes/pastries/snacks two minutes from Blackfriars mainline and tube stations and near to the Victoria Embankment. Friendly staff and good atmosphere, also with seating outside.

Soul-less. Large Americano is enormous. Main gripe was the amount of left over utensils on tables before it got busy.

Feels a bit like you are in a p office rather than a coffee shop with the screens but is what they have designed it to be, a mcdonalds that sells coffee and cakes. Cakes are very tasty. Non coffee based drinks dont taste as exciting as they read.

A smaller branch of Costa, well located though. All the usual range of Costa products available. Ample seating available inside and out. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I would use this Costa again if I was in the area.

What can I say, its a coffee place. Probably overpriced but tastes good.

Regular Costa. Could do with a bin outside as you cannot drink inside.

I am not a fan of Costa coffee, especially when you ask for a flat white and they ask you what size............... The small flat white was just too big for a start and it was more like a latte then flat white. The only thing that redeems Costa is they have a caramel and hazelnut cake. If you've got a sweet tooth then this is probably gonna tick all your boxes. This was during the lockdown and the only coffee shop you could go in (just for takeaway)which is preferred.

Good food. Not busy when we arrived at 12:30 for lunch. Nice one way system set up.

This is a clean cosy Costa offering a warm welcome from the staff. The cafe is clean and the coffee good and well presented. There is the usual range available and at reasonable prices.

Came her on Sunday and only one member of staff was working so service was slow.

Tienen algo parecido al café, aunque los italianos lo niegan. Le llaman coffee Pero no te fíes, er late en vaso pequeño se puede tragar. Al capuchino le espolvorean Colacao y listo...bueno es lo que hay.

Good coffee shop, the good thing about Costa is that you can get free WiFi and it's a simple sign on instead of having to insert a code etc.

The toast was good. I had difficulty understanding the meal deal on offer as it wasn't self explanatory. I had to ask a member of staff who was kind enough to also recommend something to me. I tried it and it was very good.

De los sitios que hay por esa zona para desayunar, mi favorito. Buen servicio, tranquilidad para tomarlo allí mismo. Si no lo pides para llevar te lo sirven en taza o vaso y con cubertería (no en los envases de usar y tirar). Precios normales

A typical Costa Coffee shop with space. Here on a weekday when I thought it would be crazy busy. It was gentle paced, staff were friendly but not overbearing and I spent a good while reading peacefully among the people present.

Nice place to grab a drink or something small to eat. Comfortable seating and nice environment. Quite a vibrate place and nice location to watch the word go by. Clean interior and friendly staff.

The barista spilled one of the coffees we ordered and the other we got in a cup with lipstick on it. Absolutely unacceptable.

I always search out my nearest Costa and very rarely feel the need to review but this branch is fantastic. Firstly their cortado is excellent. Perfectly made, creamy textured milk. Not the case in every Costa you go to. And secondly the staff are so friendly, it makes a difference. They are chatty and quite obviously enjoy their jobs. This makes a difference and means the atmosphere is lovely. Keep doing what you’re doing!

We called in for a coffee and directions on the way to the Cenotaph. The friendly staff helped, and would not take money for my hubby's coffee ( he was in dress with his medals etc). After the march, we called back in on our way back to the hotel. The staff were STILL smiling despite the awful weather and the long hours. Would definitely recommend this Costa outlet

After Pret a manger adventure with hot chocolate, we went to Costa to try their coffee and hot chocolate, and yes, it was a good choice. I do recommend their coffee and hot chocolate. Good price and taste, have a sweet tooth for some goodies! Enjoy!

Lovely place, it has tables and chairs outside as well, for smokers, reasonable prices and fresh pastries. You can see the main road, but it is noisy
