Costa in Bracknell Forest

Went with my family for coffee and frappes and cake for my disabled mother. We arrived at 16.20. 1 of children my wanted a chocolate frappes they said that did not have it so we ordered 2 tropical mango frappes 2 latte’s and 2 pieces of carrot cake and a strawberry vanilla cake. I was told that they closed at 17,00 so could not have. Our coffees in a cup and cakes on a plate only in paper bag i feel they were to-eager to get out rather than Too serve busy to get out at 17.00. Do I was extremely upset as my disabled mother could not have her coffee and cakes what a disgrace considering it was only 16.25

I came here for a pot of tea and a snack on my way to church. The food and drink were lovely and the service was amazing. Would definitely come here again.

Surprised that no covid precautions in place at all, despite large crowds in some areas. Not even hand sanitiser. At times felt quite vulnerable

When paying for food and drink I asked if they could change a £20 note for 2 £10 notes. The Manager said no as it would show him handing me money from the till on cctv... Well it also would show me handing over a £20 note...! He then walked off mumbling.... So rude.... But happy to take my other £20 note for the food etc and give me change.

This is a very good Costa and a welcome addition to Bracknell. The shop was clean, tidy and had loads of space to choose where to sit. But what made this a good visit is the staff because they remember you! I had not seen this particular staff member in a long time, and the last time had been a different Costa in the local area but he remembered exactly what I normally order. Yes, Costa is a chain coffee shop, and yes I visit Costa’s all of the time, but what does make some of them great are the staff who make it feel like a local independent coffee shop. Will definitely visit this one again.

Visited the Costa several times, nice setting on the top floor of next and is a good size with plenty of seating and plugs for laptop use. Good selection of cakes,sandwiches and drinks and staff always friendly. The only thing I have noticed and not just this Costa is they do not give tissues out anymore you have to ask. All in all a nice Costa and prefer this one to any of the others in Bracknell.

Our first visit to this newly open Next with integral Costa store (within the Lexicon town centre redevelopment) Bright and airy Costa on the first floor of the store (escalator’s adjacent) Pleasant and friendly staff - comfy seating with the usual selection of hot drinks and eat’s. Somewhat quieter than most Costa’s (certainly was when we visited) maybe because it’s located within the Next store. Would happily return when next in the area!
