Like every Costa Coffee I have been to, this is the best coffee shop without a doubt. The staff are always just so polite and respectable and the drinks/cakes are always made perfect each time without fail. Starbucks, Pret a manager, Caffe Nero and Greggs can't keep up with the standards of Costa Coffee.

Today I brought mango frappe were they making it so different than other costa and also I brought ham/cheese sandwich and snacks. I pays 20£ cash intentionally I think they didn’t give me my change. I ask the staff were is my change then he give it to me not even apologising ask for receipt I found out they over charged me. So disappointed Be very careful everyone

I was here before a few years prior. I didn't expect to see Costa smaller than before. It's now quite cramped and less space to move about. Imagine accidentally spilling your coffee.. It's a shame to see the size reduced but either way I found a seat to enjoy my coffee. The only downside is the lack of phone reception and their free WiFi was unavailable..

Service can do with a great level of improvement, one particular serving girl seems unable to operate till when taking orders, why bother, have to repeat a simple coffee order multiple times, after taking order , she has to wait until another staff member can operate till to take payment, end result us waiting at till 15mins to complete order, then another 10 mins to get actual coffee

Love the Strawberries and Cream Frappe, much better than Starbucks as theirs tend to be just mostly ice.

Whenever I visit this store, the assistant manager (apologies, I can’t recall her name, but she has short hair and often wears a headband) never fails to welcome me with a big and warm smile. She consistently brightens my day. Thank you!

Skilled and friendly baristas made the perfect frappé (milkshake). Recommend using the loyalty card and app, got a free drink as well as a £2 drink.

Today i have asked for 2 tropical mango bubble and they served 2 tropical mango but totally different. One guy make one witch was nice and the other guy served different (ruching). Please guys make the drinks exacly the same otherwise you will have more negative feedback.

Good service and coffee but they have a problem with the loo's, disabled toilet has been out for months and now the other one is out of order. I will not be returning till there fixed. .

I received voucher stating I was entitled to free coffee. Went to pick up and told to select coffee I liked. When I said non dairy milk was told I had to pay extra, not part of free coffee of your choosing offer. Only cows milk is free. Feel misled and wouldn't have bothered going to store in first place. Took black coffee and then purchased my own milk elsewhere to add and then drink

Staff are always friendly. Limited food options (particularly the vegan sandwiches) but the drinks are always made to the order and much faster service than the nearby Starbucks. There are some bad reviews about this branch, and I have been here a few times and felt a bit let down. But the staff always try their best and are very nice. There isn't really an atmosphere but I'm usually getting takeaway anyway.

I had a very rude experience in thi branch. The girl with a ponytail hair give me a toast butter and jam, and I find a cheese sticking on cose the toast machine was dirty. The Latte was half milk and rest foam. Sticking table etc etc

After an elderly lady said the weather was cold, one male Barista made negative comments to all the people in the back half of the Costa, about British People 'complaining and moaning for no reason, all the time' and how it is not like that in Hungary. I have loved this Costa in the past but on top of the comments there were no soup bowls or soup spoons dispite serving soup. There was also a misrepresentation of what they have in store. There is a plaque on outside of the Costa, it shows a pasta but they never have it, they do not have a spot for it on the shelf and no price tag for it on the counter. This time the manager said it was sold out for the day. This was at 11am.

Had a very nice Coffee and very pleasant and helpful staff. Also selection of cakes an biscuits etc.Tables inside and outside.

Today I decide to visit Costa Whitton with my friend and I had a really delicious coffee made by MONIKA she was very kind and friendly we are talking the same language but she showed respect to my friend who was with me she is not talking the Hungarian language so Monika talked to us English. Thank you for this and also your coffee was very nice and am 100% sure am gonna visit Costa again and I want to see you again and I want you to make my coffee. Thanks for everything

Good morning, I visited Whitton on the 16th October and had a coffee in Costa which we always do as the coffee is always good. The young lady was very helpful and served us with an excellent cup of coffee and a smile. It was a hot strong coffee just how we like it. I cannot remember her name it was something like “ Seckin “ It was around 5pm. We don’t live in Whitton but will definitely visit there again for a cup of coffee in Costa and hopefully see the same young lady. It makes the coffee go down easy especially when it’s made perfectly and the staff are helpful and happy. Sharon and Peter

Coffee and sandwich were fine but only after my purchase was I informed there are at present no washroom facilities. No sign at door. In my opinion not good enough in these covid times.

Incredible coffee and absolutely "the best" made by Jennifer. The taste is always perfect. Jennifer is always very attentive, extremely friendly and welcoming. I rarely miss my daily coffee from there and the service is always excellent and staff are very welcoming. I have not one bad word to say about Jennifer as she is amazing and friendly.

Yesterday I’ve been for the first time at Costa in Whitton and I’ve been served from a girl named Erisa who has been really professional and polite and she made me a really nice coffee. I’m sure going to come again as I really liked how I’ve been served and the coffee was amazing!

i am a regular customer at costa whitton, I like to be served by certain people in the shop, specialy zainab and jeninfer. I am quite fussy about my flat white which is soya, my drink is always perfect when I am served by them

I've gone here quite a few times now and on every occasion the server Jennifer has been short and blunt, very clearly showing everyone she doesn't want to be there. Then today I tried to claim my Costa points with them and grab a large caramel latte, and AFTER taking the points from my account claiming I didn't have enough anymore. That's because you just took them. After 10 minutes of huffing and puffing and talking to a manager who couldn't be bothered to get up and come talk to me, I then had to pay, and was told there was nothing else they could do. Had to even ask again for a receipt so I could even have a shred of evidence to get something back from head office but I'm not hopefull. Thanks for wasting my Costa points I'd been earning for a while. Awful service, I'll stick with Starbucks in this area for now.

I really love to go in Costa. Everywhere the service at this time so slow because of the COVID and the rules what they have to follow. but in Whitton Very nice and everyone helpful. I would like to say this coffee shop it’s not like the others.. in there everyone very nice.. if you have some problem with your coffee (am talking about the temperature and staff) they gonna be very helpful to say to you they making a new one or they fix it. They have so many rules what they have to follow but you didn’t realise that because they working very hard to keep the smile on them face and be nice with you. A really like to say thank you for this people to working there and working hard to give me (to give us) delicious and drinkable coffee. Thank you #Beautyandnails

as i cannot drink cows milk i’ve been struggling to find and amazing hot chocolate but the staff here are just perfect. they really do put love and care into the drinks and make it as perfect as they can. my soya hot chocolate is very difficult to master but they never fail to let me down.

The main server at the till was short and sharp, made me give her a sandwich to be toasted through a tiny gap in the plastic shield when it was far easier and practical for both of us to pass it over the counter like a normal sensible person would do. Also I watched the same person wash/rinse cups and jugs, not with a cleaning utensil but with her fingers! She also didn't bother to wash her hands properly with soap after. Is it too much to ask for a basic level of hygiene especially in these times? It's not like she was rushed off her feet. On the plus side the person making my coffee was pleasant and efficient, hence the 3 stars and not 1.

To order a cup of coffee is far to complicated.the shop was almost empty and the tables had not been cleared. In all costa coffee compared with its competitors are making buying a simple cup of coffee and sitting in very complicated.

Just had a great Flat White in this Costa.. and boy, it was good.. for some reason or another I've been going to other coffee chains, but you certainly notice the difference when you have a Costa espresso-based drinks! So much smoother, tastier and blended really well! Well done to the barista!! Staff has always been very pleasant and attentive in this Whitton outlet but they are even more so now, in these Covid times. Only small let-down is the appearance of the shop which is a bit dated and dark, but hopefully soon it gets a refurb in like with other Costs outlets..

Today was the last time.Choose better managers and bartenders.Those of today, were rude, disrespectful and mocked the client becasue he did not speak well in English.To never again.

Overcharged!! Seemed very apologetic so assumed it was a genuine mistake, until the table next to us also complained about being overcharged too!! Claiming they couldn't give receipts which helped hide the overcharging!! Normally avoid here as there are far better coffee shops in the area. Given this experience I won't be rushing back any time soon!!

Went to costa in twickenham And the services wasnt the best I asked for not too hot flat white as I can’t drink a normal temperature and still was served like boiling hot drink also my friend she asked for not too hot drink so I just feel like the staff doesn’t pay really attention to details, the store looks like a mess on every table there was a dirty plate or a glass which I think is unacceptable as there was not much space to sit as the tables were dirty. Really don’t recommend the place for a coffee.

I went to the Twickenham Costa for a Sunday morning coffee and breakfast take away but came away with the worst start to the day. The staff member who took my order was "in training" so did not know if there was oat milk, instructed the Barista to make two lattes when I had asked for cappuccinos and veg muffin instead of egg muffin. Realising she may not have put through the order correctly I asked if she could read it back to me, when the Barista came over and noticed I was also overcharged. By now I had spent a whole 10 minutes on the order but instead of an apology the Barista went on a rant as to how my question about whether they serve oat milk confused the trainee into messing up the whole order and overcharging me when I had already opted for the proposed alternative of almond milk! All this just after 8:30 am when the shop was still quiet. An unpleasant Barista with an even poor attitude. I won't be returning to this Costa.

Coffee up to company standard. My only issue was that when asked "Would you like the receipt?" I always say "No thank you". You need to receipt to use the toilet!!!

I was admittedly the only person in here at 6.30 am but excellent latte at £3.15 in nice cup with saucer and a spoon. Staff very nice and chatty and I can only take the place as I can find it which was very clean and nice background music / wi fi connection 👊

This is awful. I usually avoid but either they are continually cleaning the place as previous reviewer pointed out or as now,just about every single table needed clearing. I am talking about near enough a dozen tables piled up with dirty cups This is a dreadful place. Costas food is horrible of course and the coffee barely adequate but the understaffing is a disgrace

I like Costa always get good service and like the breakfast selection (they do great toast and butter) with a pot of tea. Staff friendly, free WiFi (password on wall) and plenty of power sockets for that all-important charge. Comfortable seats and room to sit. Only reduction in stars was that came in about 4pm later in day and most of the seating area closed off for cleaning. As busy was not able to get seat so had to return later. Not to put off from visiting as they are always welcoming here and never a bad experience

By far the best branch of Costa Coffee that exists. Andrea & Joseph make this place very special indeed, they’re so friendly and warm people , it’s always a pleasure to come here. Even my 8 yr old grandson, loves it here and we won’t go anywhere else !!!
