Lady with short hair aged between 40-50 was very rude. i will never go there anymore. This morning i was bit in a rush and plan to get coffee and veg rolls. Since it was taking them to prepare the coffee. I started to eat my veg roll. Later on when coffee was ready. I went to grab some sugar but still i had a veg roll on my hand. The lady called me and said "YOU CANT EAT HERE!" Thats how they treat their customer, what a shame? Last time when i went to grab some coffee and baked items people were standing and eating but why the customer treatment is different? I will never

I came here this afternoon to ask if they do sandwich platters. I ordered originally from a different shop, but they didn't prepare my order. I panicked as it was for my friend's party which is starting in an hour! So, I went to Cornish Bakehouse just to check if they can do some sandwiches quickly. The manager was so brilliant that they were happy to do this for me. They don't do platters but they manage to come up with solution. Me & my friends enjoyed the sandwiches so much, so soft and tasty! I would like to thank the staff for quick thinking & saving our afternoon!

Don't order from Just eat! Delivery person does a mystery tour round swindon before dropping off cold food. Panini is the biggest wastes of 7 quid! Pasty is nice after warming it in the oven. Ham salad baguette is lovely

Young Girl about 17-18 working behind the counter , attitude stunk. I said are they warm? , Is what warm she replied , the pasties i said , some will be and some won't be she said , i said can you warm them up , she said we charge VAT for that , i thought to myself what a joke and walked out. Just goes to show the day and age we live in.

Very good selection of savoury and sweet items. Great choice of pasties and cheese and onion is my favourite

Nightmare !!! Got a tomato cheese panini only to find that it was full of stinky green fungus :-(. Returned it and no apology whatsoever. Terrible service and hygiene. STAY AWAY !!!

Compared to the same shop in Bath the staff are miserable. Looks like the pasties aren't cooked so well, haven't eaten yet so can't comment. Suggested they put the shop's opening hours on Google but they said they'll have to contact Head Office! Obviously not a good advertisement for the chain!

Couldn’t fault the service or the range of products. If you want an alternative to greggs and also want a far superior lunch then this is a good shout.

DO NOT go to this bakery me and my mum and my sister went into town and we was all hungry so we went to the Cornish Bakehouse and my sister ordered a sausage roll so then we went to the new look next door and my sister bit into her sausage roll and the sausage was COMPLETELY RAW!!! And the lady was very rude about it and would not let my sister get something else instead well all I can say is the Cornish bakehouse will not be seeing me again!

Whilst food is of good quality, customer service is very poor. After my first order, I went back inside to order some more items. The lady was moaning about my order to other staff members in front of me. She then asked me if I wanted them heated up in an appalling manner. As we walked past the shop, the lady was staring at me, making us feel very uncomfortable. Great food and drink, but for those reasons, I shall not be returning again.

Ordered items worth £18 via Just Eat - not delivered but payment was taken. The store didnt even bothered to message me about the refund. Dont even try to order here - bad customer service and zero customer care. 😠 😡 😤

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life, asked a simple question and the staff told me that’s what’s in the bag.

Very poor customer service. The three staff members were more concerned with chatting to each other than they were on even attempting to serve us (the customers) even though we were at the counter directly in front of them. All 3 of them would have to have been blind not to see us. If you don't want to serve customers, leave and let someone else who DOES actually want to serve customers, do the job instead. That's two customer lost for good. We went elsewhere where our custom was welcomed. 👎👎👎👎👎

To be honest I loved the vegetable pastries there. Can’t complain. I hope the bad reviews don’t discourage them. Haven’t experienced rude behaviour yet, but I’m sure it won’t happen

I liked the place, went there and bout some Cornish and sausage sandwich, and they were very good. I also was very well served, so nothing to complain about. You should try and evaluate by yourself. I will for sure will be back.

Walked in, got completely ignored by staff who weren't prepared to interrupt their conversation to take an order. Walked out again.

Good choice of cakes available. Also had high chairs for our little one. The prices were what you'd expect to pay in a cotswold village. Nice view of the green and river from the window. We couldn't find a baby changing facility which would have been useful.

Mientras estábamos fuera por un poco de compras el fin de semana pasado nos paramos aquí para comer algo y quedamos muy contentos con la selección. Elegimos paninis calientes que eran deliciosas. La decoración es muy agradable también. Volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en el centro de Swindon.

Este es un lugar popular en el medio de la ciudad. La selección de empanadas, bollos, tartas y ensaladas es impresionante. La calidad es bastante buena. El café era un poco regular. El personal era realmente servicial y amable. Excelente opción para aperitivos resaca!

Yo, mi esposa y mis padres metimos en aquí ayer. Mi esposa y yo vivimos en el noreste, por lo que lo más parecido a un pasty es greggs. Yeh no saben como pastys. Ambos tuvimos la clásica de Cornish pasty y fue increíble, no he tenido durante años. Excelente relación calidad-precio, servicio amable y habitación limpia y ordenada cafe. Excelente!

Un buen lugar para conseguir un rápido aperitivo, empanadas, magdalenas, pizzas etc. y una bebida, tiene 1 o 2 muy pequeñas zonas de estar. En el centro de la ciudad, está muy bien situado. El personal es muy amable.

Popped in at start of day for a coffee and bacon roll. Really nice and fresh, good service and great value. Recommended.

Can't get better than this place. The food and service is excellent. The pasties are to die for. Don't go anywhere else in Swindon!
