Beware of the gift vouchers here they are only valid for 6 months. Whilst it was my (honest) mistake to let them expire, I received no help from the manager, Laura, when I politely enquired about what could be done about it over the phone. This turned out to be nothing, which I can accept, but there was no need to speak to me in an unnecessarily rude and abrupt manner. Funny attitude from a place described as having a "big heart" and treating customers "like friends"! Make the most of the £60, it's the last penny you will receive in custom from my family and friends.

Called for sunday brunch. Lovely choice on Menu. Only a couple of spare tables, but just a gentle buzz of comversation did not have to shout at each other. Lovely and relaxed.There was a sign warning short staffed and may be a short wait, but servive was very prompt. There is 3 hours free parking on complex car park. We will defiantley be back.

My husband is a chef and it's very hard for him to find anywhere he actually truly enjoys eating out. Today we visited as in the area as a one off and 'it is one of the best meals out I have had in a long time'. Great food.

Wow. Popped in on Saturday morning for breakfast which was excellent. No wonder the place was so busy. Glad we got a table. We were so impressed with the food that we returned on Sunday morning. Food again fabulous.

We discovered this place several years ago and it was a fantastic little find. It's a cafe stroke bar until 4 pm ish when it becomes a fusion type restaurant. Great food and great ambience.

It was our first time visiting and will be our last unfortunately. We ordered the eggs benedict and breakfast quesidilla and it took over an hour to arrive. When it did the eggs were very overdone and the food was not enjoyable. Probably nice for a drink only but be prepared to wait.

Really nice decor and fantastic service. Enjoyed the food and drinks. Nice outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice. Free parking for up to 3 hours, which was a bit of a pain for us as we were there for just over 3 hours and then had to faff about downloading the app (which wouldn't initially work!) And pay for additional parking time. If it hadn't have been for this, would have given 5 stars.

We dropped in and dropped on to this lovely restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty and high quality. We ate breakfast and it was delicious.

Lovely brunch again here - it’s my new favourite place locally - had the spicy sausage special very fresh and tasty. Service improving - just need to keep eyes on customers arriving to welcome and for them needing anything!

Very slow service. Took over 50 min to get our breakfast. Very bad service. Even for glass of water it took almost 15 min. Will never go there again for any food.

Disappointed with the food quality and choices and not happy that the discretionary service charge was automatically added and wasn’t shown prior to payment . Only noticed this on the receipt .. not good !

I have eaten here a number of times. The food is amazing and the atmosphere also. The negative about service relates to the fact that if you buy a voucher make sure you don't lose it. We were given one for Christmas and it was lost but now having found it in a book they will not allow it to be used as it is over the 6 month limit. Such a shame they don't offer the level of service that their chefs offer.

La comida es preciosa, bien presentada y sabrosa . Entorno encantador y entorno. He estado un par de veces porque la comida es buena - el personal es amable, pero no tan atento - que es una pena - supongo que son las pequeñas cosas que hacen la diferencia y decepcionar a la experiencia en general.

Mi amigo recomendó esto como un lugar de café. No había oído hablar de ello antes. La zona de estar exterior era preciosa y ofrecía una preciosa zona aislada a pesar de todos los pisos que lo rodean. Algunas áreas de la misma están más espaciadas que otras por privacidad. El personal era amable y atento. Tuve un poco de espera para mi amigo, pero el personal estaba bien conmigo solo esperando con un café. Pedí del menú del desayuno que se sirve todo el día. Tenía huevos revueltos en tostadas y el especial de hachís marrón. Ambos estaban deliciosos y yo los recomendaría.

Hi sorry for putting this review but I think it as to be talked about. So my family went to Copper and Moss for lunch in June this year . My son-in-law ordered a burger and salad but found a medium size slug in the salad. Got the waitress to one side and said I have a slug in my lunch she said they have changed their supplies but won't you wash the lettuce first . Anyway please check your meals people x

First visit to this lovely cafe tucked away in the heart of Victoria Mills, very impressed! Sunny day so was busy inside and out. Delicious menu catering for all diets and wide variety of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Stylish decor with a relaxed vibe. Walk ins before 3pm. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

Lovely little spot for brunch with great service.

Arrived for lunch on a Saturday, 3 people. Parked in the resident carpark, 3 h stay for free. There weren't any 4 seat tables left, but staff brought 2 2-seater tables together for us. They seemed rather understaffed, as we had to ask to have our order taken. We ordered coffee and 3 sandwiches. The coffee arrived promptly, but 30 minutes later, and still no food. It was at this point we asked about the food, and was informed for the first time that there would be a 40-50 min wait. If we knew this, we'd have left and gone elsewhere. After 45 mins, the food arrived. It was rather tasty, decent value for money, and consumed ravenously. No-one came to ask how the meal was. Staff returned to take the plates away and ended up missing a plate. This plate was removed when the bill arrived. An ok experience overall, somewhat spoiled by the long wait times without communication. Probably wouldn't return.

A hidden gem! I loved my first visit. It's got the perfect balance. Relaxed, modern, day or night. A real mix or maybe the perfect blend; families, couples, walkers with dogs. Coffees, alcohol, hot food and cakes. In a lovely location with indoor and outdoor seating. I will definitely return!

Yummy food, lovely place and friendly staff. This is my second visit but the friend who introduced me comes often. I had the wild mushrooms on toast and a cake, and my friends had the smashed burger, it was all lovely.

Been twice in a few weeks, fine customer service on both occasions. Quite dark inside. First time portion could have been bigger (e.g paid £1 to add musroom to meal and literally given a single musroom, same for tomato). On second occasion I didn't get all the meal I should have got (ordered the mushrooms on toast which should come with spinach but it didn't and no explanation which is disappointing). Nice drinks. On both occasions could have been served hotter too.

Really good place for a nice meal and/or drinks. Service is very pleasant, polite and efficient and, thank goodness they refrain from asking constantly if everything is ok. Food is of very high quality. I enjoyed the continental style setting as well. Two final comments, though: tables cannot be booked iin advance and high demand means long-ish waiting occasionally.. All in all, a very positive experience.

Beautiful place, absolutely loved it. The breakfast was fabulous . Had scrambled eggs on sour dough with smoked salmon. Staff were friendly, and efficient. Would highly recommend this place. Will be returning.

Very beautiful place, good food. Unfortunately let down by wait staff. Struggled to get a hold of anyone to request more drinks, etc. until it was time to clear our plates and at that point my partner and I wanted to leave. I would understand but it seemed to be a quiet night. I would have come to the bar, only a sign read, "no service here," and I then assumed it was table service only. A bit frustrating because I really wanted to enjoy this place as it seems to be very special.

Unable to book in advance during the day. Busy when we arrived, but table cleared quickly to accommodate party of 5. Hot drinks service was very slow, but food service was reasonably fast. Food was tasty and well presented. Good atmosphere.

Lovely place tucked away in an apartment complex. Very much enjoyed my eggs Florentine. I hope it does well.

We called in for a light Sunday lunch both had eggs Royale cooked to perfection the eggs were golden and runny nice friendly staff no problems problems at all

Had Turkish eggs, French toast, loaded hashbrown and 3 coffees with alternative milk. Everything was lovely enjoyed the food and drinks. The place was clean and comfy and the staff were all friendly and approachable. Will definitely be back soon :)

Maybe tell people you don’t accept children after 7pm before they get sat down to eat. We sat down at 6:30 and then a manager came over to tell us we had to leave. How ridiculous

Came today 28/03 definitely got down hill. Really super slow service and the eggs were not cooked properly. Food wasn’t anything special. Won’t be coming back. Nice little cosy spot but the service and food let it down!

We went for Brunch , hidden away and worth a visit. Great coffee , had to have two cups . Food was good , taste ,quality and portions. As the place got busier, the service became a little slower and needed prompting to ask questions, clear our table and ask for the bill. Let down a little at this point. I could overhear incoming customers bring told that once we’d settled the bill our table would be free, except we had already asked for the bill several times !! Second waitress noticed this and tried her best to help. Yes I’d come here again , could do with more staff or sharper staff?

Ok so I recently went to copper and moss saltaire as I am gluten free and dairy free . I was hugely disappointed . My latte arrived with a big pink lipstick stain on side of my cup . I orders egg gf toast with salmon and poached egg . I got 2 smallest GF toast slices I have ever seen . With 2 eggs and only one think slice of salmon as the second toast was hidden underneath the one with egg on . Please check as they usually cover it with hollandaise sauce . I can’t have cows milk and had mine without the sauce therefore, noticed only one slice of salmon . I paid £11 just for this egg / toast thing and coffee was on top of that price . I DEFINITELY won’t ever be back . I have been to other cafes and restaurants in area recently and were cheaper, portion sizes much better , food a lot tastier and much better standards / service

Great menu and yummy food. Loved the vegan options and chai latte! Staff were friendly enough, just felt we got forgotten about alot considering the amount of staff on shift and has a long wait for drinks.

Just got desserts but they were amazing, I highly recommend the stuffed fudge brownie cookie. It is a shame they don't serve lunch past 2:30. The music was good and the service was on point. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely going on my list of gems.

One of my absolute favourite places for brunch- I’ve never had a meal here that wasn’t absolutely lovely. The menu is packed with options to suit any taste, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are always gorgeous too.

Went here for my wife's birthday dinner food was great fast to come out and tasted great the atmosphere of the place was perfect not to overly busy as someplace are the only problem is finding it have to park up in the apartment bit we're it is located a odd place but it works after 5pm it's booking only which helps keeps the feel of the place. I would highly recommend I will be going back there again in the future. Price are very reasonable specially for a 3 course meal for 2 plus drinks about £ 69

A new regular haunt. Fantastic brunch options, and something a bit different from your standard fry-up. Delicious pan-asian evening menu too. The kind of place you have to keep coming back to, so you can try everything on the menu! Gorgeous sun trap on a sunny day too.

Food was really nice, had eggs with bacon on sour dough toast. Would have liked a couple of slices instead of one. But enjoyable nevertheless.

Love this hidden gem and everyone should be made to walk 5 miles along the canal to get there. Dress up or go in your walking gear, the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming and the food tasty with a sometimes unexpected twist.

Really disappointed. Got a £100 fine through the post so wouldn't dare come back knowing this is a risk. Make it clearer for people because you will lose more and more customers if you don't.

Whilst the food and drink may be nice you would now have to pay me to go back there after receiving a parking fine of £100 because I was not made aware in the slightest regarding restrictions. We took longer because it was a catch up with a family member and my daughter has coeliac disease and is lactose intolerant so her food needed to be chosen very carefully so she wasnt made ill. We were HALF AN HOUR over the now apparent 3 hours free parking and this has resulted in me having to pay £100 because of the staff not making any of our party aware about how long we had been there and asking if we had paid for extra time. Instead of asking us a simple question like that they were more than happy to continue asking us if we wanted more drinks. Would not go back because of this experience especially so close to christmas. Also regarding your menu don't claim you have gluten free options for certain dishes and then when someone asks for it you claim otherwise that it cannot be made gluten free. You may want to change the labellings on your menu.

Love the food and drink but omg I will not return now after receiving a £100 parking fine! Not happy! What was a £15 visit has now turned into £115!!!

After visiting last week and had a fabulous lunch I was disappointed that the menu has changed. The Turkish eggs was nothing like last week and tasted totally different. Far too much vinegar spoiled the dish and the honey had been replaced by butter. No chilli flakes. Same name different ingredientss?? Sat waiting for cutlery whilst our hot dishes were on the table even though there were 6 staff miling about. Sorry won't be rushing back

So disappointed. I spoke to someone last week regarding a booking of 12 people for my sisters baby shower. She advised me she didn’t have the bookings to hand so couldn’t confirm that day but she would get back to me the day after. I was conscious that it’s in Dec and was eager to get something booked in. I never received a call back so spent 5 days trying to get back in touch when I got through to the manager who advised I would need to book for a group of 12 however they don’t allow bookings during the day and they would not be able to accommodate such a large group without a booking on a weekend? I am really disappointed that our plans now have to change, should I not have called back there was no intention for someone to call me back and they won’t even accommodate the booking.

I'll start with the food. Me and my partner ordered two different meals, but by accident the waitress gave us the wrong ones, but they both tasted the same and the heat of the spice was the same, way too much oil and salt used in both dishes. The service was efficient but too fast, it felt like we were being rushed out of the door. The environment is nice and clean and modern. Would we go back, if invited, but it's unlikely that we will.

Had sausage sandwich, bread tasted stale and tasteless, not buttered or toasted , only one full sausage and half in the sandwich . Cobwebs in the corner of the patio doors looks like they been there months , air conditioning blowing very cold .

It's very good, but I just wish they would take bookings. There were 4 of us today & we had to eat at a very low table which for older people is not ideal. Service can be at bit hit & miss at times.

Nice food and very surprising and quiet surroundings, not very helpful at first with the seating arrangements, we needed a table for 8, but initially weren't allowed to put 2 tables together , but eventually we were able to.

Nice brunch place with a unique menu. However, the last few times I have been here the service has been really slow and on one occasion they forgot to bring out our drinks which was disappointing. On my most recent occasion my coffee was served with dairy despite requesting an alternative milk. Luckily this is just a preference.

Loved the atmosphere, service and staff. I was dissapointed with the green curry prawn dish. For me it has almost no coconut flavour and it was yellowish/orange with virtually no green colour. The prawns were miniature so I never had a crunch of prawn flavour in any one bite. I needed a coconut hit after that disappointment so I ordered the dessert dish named Toasted Coconut Affogato. It is toasted coconut ice cream served with a double espresso. I was informed they were out of toasted Coconut ice cream. Argh. They offered plain vanilla. I said yes. Big mistake. It had little flavour compared to the intense expresso so I ended up with basically a double espresso with a dash of cream. Hardly a refreshing dessert at all. The duck spring roll starter was good. Moist duck , a tasty sauce and wonderfully crunchy rolls. The average customer may have been happy with everything..

Excellent little place, really good food with excellent service too. Not the easiest place to find but well worth the adventure.
