My trusted bakery in Central York,I got a very good deal for about 2 pounds 50 I got a juice (orange or apple) and a little sandwich with sausage,with ketchup and mayo on top,very delicious very affordable and good staff.

The worst breakfast I’ve had in my lifetime. Nothing was made fresh clearly, either reheated or from another day. Hash brown was soggy, the mushrooms were raw! (Never seen that one before) The bacon I’d describe had been seared briefly on both sides and left on the side for 2 days, the thing was basically still oinking. On top of that, everything was just cold… managed to eat half of it purely out of starvation and hungover. How do you mess up a breakfast that badly?

Excellent value for money. The cheese straws, danish and crispie cake all great.

Sadly today. Saturday 9th December I asked for a cheese and onion pasty along with the other items I bought. However at home I discovered that I had been given a steak bake which since been a vegetarian is no good at all for myself.. Mistakes happen in busy shops but I've tried to get in touch with the shop today and no one answered the phone.. What is a customer suppose to do... I only go into York once weekly so how can I get my refund or replacement if I can't get in contact with the store.. Customer service is not good has it once was in shops now and it's looking like I have to bin my purchase and forget about a replacement.. Sorry but I feel a little unhappy today with service provided..

Had a sausage sandwich didn’t taste right when I looked they were not cooked in middle won’t be returning

I’m munching my way through a tasty and properly fresh seafood roll and looking forward to my strawberry tart. And I’m impressed by the staff’s skill in twisting a paper bag so the cream on the tart is undisturbed! Thank you Cooplands.

Staff are rude and ignorant 😤 they never open on time and start complaining when you walk in and ask for a breakfast there lazy and rude I won't be going again terrible service

Cooplands... where else can you get 4 sausage rolls for £1.35? Yes they are not the biggest but they are tasty... quality goods and all at realistic prices!

Tasty pastries, good grab and go food. Overall a generally good shop

We entered the shop and asked for 2 mint and beef pasties and a pizza, stake bake and chicken bake. The stake bake was just pastry and barley any meat. The mint and beef pasty’s were stone cold. We asked if we could change or reheat but we just got snappy rude comments off the workers. A proper pasty is meant to be hot not stone cold. I will be informing the council about this issue so brave yourself makes Cooplands, the internet is a wonderful thing...
