Cooplands in York

Both of the staff seemed in a rather bizarre state of shock at the idea of serving a customer who exhibited an old fashioned thing called manners. When I politely asked for a chicken and bacon mayo sandwich the server named Maz barked, "isn't there one on there"? I asked if I could have it on white and there was visible huffing and puffing in general annoyance from her, when I asked for a baguette instead of a roll I thought her head was going to explode😂🤣😂 I won't talk about when I asked for salad as I don't have time to write up that part of the saga🤦‍♂️ Sufice to say a little customer service training wouldn't go amiss with he staff in this branch of coolants.

I use this branch in Haxby a few times a week. The food and drinks are brill. The staff are very friendly and polite and make my visit very enjoyable! Well done everyone.

Was working up in haxby recently and visited this cooplands, always nice food, good prices, and this particular one has got themselves some brilliant staff and I’d like to say a special thank you to the lady named Maz who works there, always ready to put a smile on your face and cater to your needs, I haven’t been for a few week but I hope they’re all okay 👍

Cooplands is a good place to get food, cakes , pies, bread, sandwiches and much more, a great place for food

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t able to redeem free sandwich, what I was entitled to, from loyalty card!!!!
