We love Kiln Park. Just returned from 4 nights away. Last time was 10 years ago before the time of kids. My 5 and 9 yo boys had a blast. The costal experience with ranger Hanna was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Great central base to explore the beautiful region. See you soon 😊

Booked a private caravan was really well presented and clean poor service in harbour retreat said on door closes at 1130pm but last orders at 10pm we were really considering a caravan purchase but this really put us off as we don't always like the main bar but like a quiet drink yo finish off the day

We stayed at the sister park, 5 mins away. Penally Court. It was quiet but we liked that and had the choice to use the facilities at Kiln Park. We ate there on our first day, which was nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. We also liked you can get free delivery on fish & chips or Papa John's from Kiln Park to us on Penally Court. Would definitely recommend 👌

Lovely place and location for holiday , good offers on meals and drinks

This place has all the amenities you could want and it is within walking distance of tenby. However the passive aggressive text message we received stating that fancy dress was not allowed on the site at any time. There was a steampunk event in tenby and all we did was look splendid and be polite. I've scoured the terms and conditions and couldn't see this prohibition recorded anywhere. Will definitely not be returning to this site though will definitely go back to Tenby

Great walk into Tenby across the beach 🏖

If you want convienance to Tenby I recommend this one. It has a very friendly security team at the entrance and a 15-20 minute walk from haven to Tenby itself via the stretch of beach. However, although our stay was relatively okay as we weren't in all the time. I noticed quiet a few things the park seemed to miss or more importantly, overlook. The first being that I found mold in the caravan. It was on the panelling, so unfortunately, I was certain not much could be done. The second was that the arcade and entertainment seemed lax in security. Compared to alternative sights that wished to see any adults (even with children present) pass into the sight. It did concern me at how easy it would be to walk out or in without any quering or questioning. Then in addition, primarily at the end of my stay and the most alarming. While I was checking out in a que with staff one in particular boasted about 'popping pills' and that cleaning the caravan will be fun while who I assumed to be a team leader laughed. I cannot clarify if this was for a headache or something more sinister but either way it left me with a very sour taste of Havens working team. For me the team is the image of Haven so publicly what they say with said residents or customers present reflects upon the sight. And saying 'popping pills' does not give me confidence it was strictly for a headache. Kiln Park is convienant but nothing else in my books. I believe it needs some more attention to the grounds and caravans included.

We stayed in our motorhome for 3 nights on a full service pitch so it came with electric, water and grey waste facilities, all worked perfectly. The touring area was overall well layer out with plenty of space between vehicles and all hard standing with grass. The other services if needed i.e. toilets showers washing up areas were all plentiful, clean and well maintained. The only downside we had was it was early March and very rainy can't blame Haven for that but the on site entertainment was all great, the mini market shop, the arcade, the bar and restaurant as well as the entertainment room we're all good. Not forgetting the chip shop Burger King and Papa John's so we were happy to stay on site all day for a couple of days and enjoy what was provided. Tenby unfortunately didn't have a lot for us, nice harbour, with some nice pubs etc but not much else. Haven, very good, Tenby, unfortunately won't be going back.

Great family entertainment park with good accommodation and brilliant animation team, especially a young lady called Keavy. She was lovely. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves as did we 10/10

What can I say, kiln park Tenby? I am a theatre nurse, and I don't get much time off, but when I have a couple of days off, my partner and our dog head to Tenby it has everything you need go to YouTube and watch the video I LOVE TENBY KILN PARK

Always good but we come here out of season. Not many people here this time of year...all closed up except for tenby it's self . All shops and eateries open..

This haven site was amazing, there was lots to do even with the weather issues. Kids had lots of fun at swimming however the slide is small and there's not much in the pools however kept the children entertained for a bit. Arcades are good and accessible. The night entertainment was very inclusive. Only issue we seemed to have was every dish in the cupboards was filthy so had to run everything through the dishwasher before we could cook. Caravan was very spacious and rooms were in great condition.

Great place with everything you need and not as expensive as you might think as long as you look for the bargains.

Beautiful Caravan park with lovely, quiet surroundings. Caravan was lovely, big and clean and had built in Bluetooth speakers which was amazing! The whole park was clean and easy to navigate. The only downside, and it is very small, is that the main complex wasn't particularly well signposted and there weren't a huge amount of pavements if you didn't want to drive around. This is only a small gripe though, we will be back, it was amazing!!!

Stayed in a freinds caravan a fab place for families and children everything you need is there.

The food services was poor chippy was really not good cold pies rock hard or burnt Burger King was cold Nisa shop on site was good for milk and bits but Tenby is 5 mins away by car so I would get a take out there much better value for your hard earn money.

Kiln park is a good caravan park with good facilities , the pool was a little disappointing, very small for the size of the park. The bar and entertainment was really good.

We have just returned from a touring weekend we arrived at 9.30 on the friday night and Frank in security checked us in and was very pleasant at that time of night :) the sports activities were a bit tired but the main complex looks to of had a revamp and they have done a fab job we watched the Alice in wonderland circus and it was amazing especially the mad hatter the skills of the troupers was brilliant well done guys. We had a take out pappa johns pizza and service was very slow over 45 minutes to collect a pre order. The pool stuff were great and the changing rooms were clean Aqua jets is a brilliant activity for over 8's. The Costa coffees in the restaurant were luke warm which was blamed on the machine. The beach is a nice walk away and really clean overall we had a great weekend thanks Haven.

Stayed the weekend in our touring caravan and it was amazing the activities were great and the member of staff doing the activities with us he was so helpful he couldnt do enough to help the kids

The location of this park is fantastic, a short walk to South beach and around a 30 minute walk into Tenby. The check in process was quick and easy and first impressions seemed good. The caravan itself was tucked into a corner and looked decent, until we saw a cider can that had been used as an ashtray on the balcony of our caravan. We got inside and the caravan was decorated nicely, but if you looked closely anywhere you could tell it hasn't had a proper clean in a long time. A surprising thing for me was that with 2 toilets and space for up to 4 people, there was 1 toilet roll and an empty tube in the other bathroom. There were marks and stains on the bedding and a distinct smell of weed in the main bedroom, however that may have been the weird green fluffy stain thing on the carpet. If you book a caravan here be prepared to take anything you may possibly need, like a cloth to wipe up any messes, or soap to wash your hands. We were around a 5 minute walk to the central area and there were some interesting ruins of the old kilns which was interesting and In the main area, there was a really nice bar and stage area and the entertainment was fantastic. I think overall if the caravan had been presented better and there was a little bit more of the basics provided this would have been a higher score. Cannot fault the location though.

The caravan was spotless and homely, the site was well presented with a good shop and a service station. The central facilities were on point..loved it.

Staying at Kiln Park in our own tourer caravan, a great location for visiting surrounding areas, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Amroth, Pendine, Bosherston Lilly Ponds, Barafundle Bay etc etc, great club with all sports shown, also plenty of meal deals up at the club through out the week, great staff, great service, and with a special thanks to the Havens maintenance team of Steffan, Shaggy and Pete who acted swiftly and promptly at our time of need.... We coming back in November

A very nice site and within a short stroll into Tenby, downside is a very poor data signal on your phone and the only WiFi signal is available at the reception area only, it needs improvement in that respect because you struggle to order food on the apps provided for the site. They definitely need a better WiFi boost for the whole site.

Nice family 👪 friendly swimming pool..don't forget to book your session in advance as it is very popular.

Having paid a great deal of money for a Platinum caravan I expected it to have been thoroughly cleaned. Television, windows, cooker top were all dirty. Towels had been forgotten, but were given to us later on the first night. I love the area but expected more from the caravan.

Excellent holiday. The Park is so clean with very helpful staff.

Frozen chips, tiny fish, poor value for money. Had to wait 15 minutes when the shop opened and this wasn't because there was a queue. Need I go on .........

It's a shame I can't give this restaurant a better review, because the food isn't bad, It's just not good value for money in my opinion. We paid £12 each for a portion of cod and chips, the fish was incredibly small and we felt a bit ripped off afterwards. We later found plenty of other places in and around Tenby which were much better value and served lovely food.

We got there and it was empty so we seen it as a good sign get food straight away. However the food was awful! We had chicken strips, 2 regular chips, 1 battered sausage ( which was the only thing that tasted nice!) and a pickled egg! The chicken strips were slimy but was edible and the chips were stale and cold ( no it wasn’t us that took ages to get back it was just the chips in general) they tasted like they had just been reheated! Definitely won’t be eating from there again! Really disappointed! Won’t be recommending either!

I've already reviewed the actual Kiln Park site which to me is amazing. The chippy though is poor. I agree with all other comments. The frozen chips are not the best and the waiting time is ridiculous. I waited 30 minutes for one portion of chips and the excuse was the staff was new. I understand staff have to learn but 30 minutes for one portion of chips and the manager said he'd be happy to wait this long if he knew staff was new when I asked him about the long wait time. Please use proper chippy chips in future. I think this would make the chippy alot better.

I have never been in a chip shop which doesn't actually chip their potatoes. Frozen chips you're being served here! I was actually shocked when we opened the food. My son thought they had added pepper due to little black bits on the chips Don't go here if your expecting some nice proper chips not going to happen here. Plus £23 for 3 large frozen chips and 3 jumbo sausages. Take a trip in to Tenby and get some real chips. I will say the staff were polite.

Have been to Kiln Park on several previous occasions with few problems. On this occasion we were allocated a caravan near the entertainment building and there was intensive building work going on and heavy traffic blocking us in. Not a very relaxing holiday.

Lovely break away with friends. Caravan clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, nice food and reasonably priced. Gabs cabs reliable and again reasonably priced

We booked last minute for a dog friendly break and loved it. We have rebooked to go again next month. It was a 20 minute walk to Tenby, where most pubs are dog friendly and there is a convenient path to Penally beach also. There was a great mini market on site, with most items you can think of incase you forget anything. We didn't use the facilities on site to know what they are like unfortunately.

Fab time with family but no entertainment for the kids food not good value

Extortionate prices for frozen oven chips and watery gravy , sausage also grisly. No one could finish it due to the taste, even after a long day of travelling

Pay £200 for entertainment passes entertainment very minimal no fun stars on the dance floor very poor really especially when you pay a premium for passes plus beer very expensive. This place has gone down in recent years

Great location, lovely beach walk and nice site.

Been coming here for the last 10 years as an owner on the park. Great place for family and couples alike and the clubhouse food is also great. On-site shop with cash machine, hot breakfast tips, Costa coffee, fresh and frozen food, alcohol, toys etc Would also recommend the Pizza by Papa Johns which is located within the clubhouse area. Plenty to do in nearby town of Tenby and a short 10 minute drive to Saundersfoot. Would recommend this place for your staycation.

Clean, comfortable and well located. Caravan was properly heated and staff went out of their way to allocate a caravan with easy, level access to the site and parking close by.

Staff are lovely, close to beach, nice play area, very clean, down side complex could be bigger and indoor pool very basic

I came here with family too celebrate my grandaughters birthday I appreciate we booked a dog friendly caravan when we arrived the seating around the table was covered in dog hair and the seat cushions are stained we used sheets we brought with us to cover the seating the flooring is vynyl except the bedroom which is carpeted this is matted with hair we brought plug in air fresheners as we have had previous experience in caravans otherwise everything else was good

We absolutely love Kiln Park, we come year after year, there's nothing not to like. You have all the entertainment you could ever need as well as a good option of restaurant choices. There is a choice of 2 pools (1 indoor 1 outdoor) and parks for the younger ones. You can also book extras such as Archery, swimming lessons and walks etc... Our best part is, its within a 5 minute walk to the beach! We walk across the beach into Tenby which takes 15 minutes but we walk slow with the dogs in tow. We always take the dogs to Kiln Park as some of their vans allow dogs, so it's pretty perfect for us as a family. Can't wait to go again 😊

It was filthy the ladies toilet in the club were filthy considering covid is on the rise the hygiene was definitely not the shower and toilet block had not been cleaned all day Sunday until I complained and was told they would get some one to check but it's not good enough when your paying top prices it's nice to have clean facilities I definitely want be back it's a shame this site has gone down hill so much whitch is a shame

This is one of Pembrokeshire's premier holiday villages. The site is well maintained with a lovely layout. It is only a 10 min walk into Tenby along a footpath adjacent to the beautiful south beach. The village also has a mini-market for your holiday essentials, clubhouse, heated outdoor pool and plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained.

Expensive is an understatement, children told they couldn't go swimming because there was already 10 people in the pool. The next day the pool had considerably more than 10. Arcades full of ticket winning machines with a small selection of extremely cheap and nasty prizes. Would have more fun having my teeth pulled out.

Love yhis place,always kept clean &tidy.But expensive, especially Tenby itself. I payd £10:90 for 3 ordinary icecream.

Great weekend, lovely meal in the restaurant and managed to get in the swimming pool both days staff very friendly especially the young lady in the merchandise shop in the entertainment room.

Ok for pre teens but not for teenagers. Camp is very well kept but not as big as you think. The Haven app is a nightmare but you need to book everything through it . Prices in shop are reasonable but you need a mortgage to feed a family of four at the chippy.

We had a fantastic time here camping will definitely be coming back ! Amazing place for all ages !

Very comfortable and very clean caravan , couldn't get anything I need in the shop more like a toy shop, pizza £20 each so 5star for the caravan and two for everything else ,

Great caravan, but very poor disabled parking, specifically stated disabled person.

We had some cleanliness issues. Glasses were filthy . Cutlery also need to washed, to be fair what we thought was brown sauce, turned out be rust on the forks. As the cutlery was so cheap. The corners and skirting were dirty. The outside light did not work and the electric tripped for no apparent reason. People were not wearing masks indoors despite the signs asking them too. The bedding was clean and cooker, microwave, and fridge also clean.

Stunning caravan, really easy to get places. Clean site.

Poor standards of cleanliness and maintenance (was moved vans as a result, but still poor). Service levels inside equally as poor, the staff are more attentive to the GM than they are the customers. Can't remember seeing a member of staff looking happy during the whole visit, except when they are high-fiving the GM. Such a shame because the site is great, close to beach and to Tenby. The standards just let them down so much. Oh and don't pay for Stay & Play - the security never asked to see our passes once and were rarely on the entrance, the standards for COVID were non-existent too, most the hand sanitizers on site were empty for days. Haven should be ashamed of what could be a wonderful park, but lacks appropriate monitoring and quality assurance.

Nice holiday park, very clean all round. Lots of activities for all ages and only 5 minute walk to a nice beach (which is open for dog walking), walk into Tenby about 15 minutes or jump on the park and ride bus and find several great beaches for people only. Tenby really nice town
