This was our second visit to Connor's Feast night. Chefs table with exquisite flavours, unique combinations for every course. Those who love their food and have an open mind will not be disappointed. Our 15 year old for whom fish and mushrooms would not be his first choice devoured the fish course and was looking for more. Quality food fantastically prepared and expertly cook equals a must visit.

Connor is an absolute genius! I've eaten at two of his Friday feasts at Piper's farm and the food was without a doubt some of the best I've ever eaten. His unique flavour combinations are wonderfully balanced, resourceful and always seasonal. I can't recommend him enough!

Chef Connor Reed certainly has a way with food and with ambience too. Simple ingredients are the key to both. Turn a humble stable into a magical, welcoming space on a cold winter's night, with roaring log fires, mulled cider and candlelight; sit your guests down on straw bales and sheepskins at rustic benches and lavish them with a fixed menu made up of five intriguing courses of food, each of them more imaginative than the last, thoughtfully assembled, foraged, locally resourced and each of them offering a variety of taste combinations you are unlikely to have ever come across before. Then sit back unobtrusively and watch things take their course. The only time that silence descends on the throng is when the next course takes centre stage and is firstly described in loving detail by Connor and then reverentially set upon. This is an evening of exceptional food with none of the solemnity or the price you would normally associate with it. Food-lovers of the world unite and make your way to Pipers Farm for an evening of undiluted pleasure and ridiculous value for money.

Was greeted by the Chef himself, Connor Reed and a mug of homemade mulled cider, which was delicious. Then had a fabulous 5 course meal all made with locally grown products. This place is amazing, fire pits and log burner create a very warm cosy atmosphere. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Greeted by Connor, the Chef and host in a stunning barn which had mulled cider warming on a roaring log burner. Connor then explained the sourcing and preparation of each course, which was cooked to perfection. A wonderful evening that all food lovers would enjoy, at a more than reasonable cost for the standard of food received. One of the feast guests was returning the following morning for a course in butchery, also run by Connor.

We have just had the most wonderful evening hidden away in the old stables of the farm. This place is a complete surprise, not your normal restaurant setting but a fantastic, intimate evening sitting at long bench tables sitting on straw bales and sheepskins. We were treated to the most amazing food that ive eaten in years. The chef conjures up the most magical dishes from some of the most surprising seasonal ingredients. Looking forward to taking friends down to one of Chef Connor Reeds festive evenings.

Connor's restaurant is tucked away in the most magical location. We arrived and were warmly greeted by the chef himself, then handed the most delicious cocktail made from fruit harvested from the orchard. The dinner was truly spectacular, with the best homemade sough dough and a wonderful cultured butter. Fish caught the day before, that was so fresh and cooked perfectly. The main course was divine, rich and meaty. I have to say though, the dessert could have been my favourite course (and I usually don't enjoy desserts). This place is such a hidden gem.

Beautiful cafe and modern menu. I plumped for the Rarebit with poached egg with a pot of home made baked beans and a hot choc. Delicious! They make their own produce and the most crusty Sour dough bread. The outside of the building undervalues what’s inside. Well worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed.
