Really good atmosphere, décor, food and service at this venue that's in the market square of a country town. It was frequented on a wet autumn Tuesday night, so it has something people like.

Lovely place to eat. Excellent service and lovely food. We were only here for 1 night and picked the best place for value and quality. We had the beef brisket chilli and would recommend it.

Very poor Been before Been Ok but Sunday 22nd birthday brunch for daughter plus dad Very busy tables that were available were not cleaned, daughter ordered on phone, food took forever, I had a breakfast everything was cold one lonely sausage worst was the bacon more fat than meat never ever seen that much fat dad's pouched egg's no butter had to ask , won't do again really bad , was good now poor

My partner and I plus two friends used to visit every Thursday after our market shop. We always loved the atmosphere the tea and coffee were always good. The selection of of cakes and snacks a bit thin on the ground. Once we were told we couldn't have cake as it was too early. On our last visit two of us decided to have flapjack. After order our friend decided to have a piece too. When the first two pieces arrived we mentioned to the waitress another piece was also to come. She went in a meltdown and said only two pieces were ordered. I told her I'd paid for another piece she replied ".well I have to check with the manager". To which I replied I'm certainly not trying to steal a piece of flapjack. She was so obnoxious and said we had all been rude to her. She fetched the flapjack and practically threw it at us. The manager did come and apologise. It soured our visit. We have now found another place to have a coffee just around the corner. Much nicer scones and such friendly people. Much cheaper too.

my pregnant partner waited an hour for food. 2x fries 2 lounge bacon cheeseburger. the burgers were still mooing. and they only gave her 1 portion of fries. they didn’t tell her when food was ready they left it going cold for just under an hour so by the time the order was given over to her it was cold and not even worth eating so it’s gone straight in the bin. i wouldn’t not recommend a collection service from here because it’s abysmal

Philly Beef Ciabatta was very poor. There was barely any filling. More mayo than beef.

You'd like to know more right ??? .... then please continue to read on :) ⬇️ Absolutely fantastic place 👌 decor is brilliant throughout, the staff are very attentive & I was greeted with a smile & was seen & shown to to a table almost instantly with no wait, The place is massive, light & airy & the food is top notch I had the cowboy burger which was soo mouth watering with the beef brisket & streaky bacon, American cheese, an egg & jalapenos in the brioche bun was so tasty 🤤 as for my daughter & baby mum they both chose the chicken curry which yes I tried there's too aha & it was lovely with a nice mild spice to it & very creamy oh my daughter also had the Oreo milkshake which was very nice in this hot weather & not forgetting my baby mum had the elderflower cooler which was very refreshing too & I had a Henry Weston's & blackcurrant ⬇️ ---> so my server Sam went above & beyond & I simply can not fault his customer service it was 🔥 for sure, dog-friendly & kid friendly + they have a lush outdoor area too if you'd prefer to eat outside you can no worries my only gripe was the garlic bread tasted slightly stale & it was drenched in olive oil & the garlic was not there unfortunately it honestly tasted shop brought heyy it's not being marked down for that tho... But if you want my honest opinion would I eat here again..... The food was absolutely delicious, with an extremely low wait time and plenty of options for my gluten free, vegetarian friend! We think the atmosphere is very chilled, and i will certainly be coming back! I HIGHLY reccomend the pulled brisket chilli!

Nice place great food. Odd having to find your own menus, had to search a bit to find the pile. Wide range of interesting food from different countries. Lighting level was low and we found it a bit dark. This wouldn't stop us returning though.

Lovely atmosphere and an extensive menu. A missing item from one order was quickly rectified but my meal wasn't very warm. Usually excellent so happy to ignore it this time.

Met up with some old work colleagues and they had been here before so I was glad to have a decent recommendation. Walking in the staff greeted us warmly and we had the table right by the stairs down to the toilets which was no bother. Although this table looks like it’s going to be right in the way, actually we hardly noticed people coming and going. The venue was busy so definitely book a table. We ordered our drinks and these arrived quickly and were well made. The atmosphere was great, chatter and laughter and the venue has a warm feel with great decor. Food was hot and really tasty, plenty on the plate (so good I forgot to take a picture)! All in all a great little venue with nice clean toilets and great staff. A must visit if you ask me.

Good food, very busy, with a good vibe, lots of families, I would have like it to be a bit brighter lighting, plus I struggled to flush the ladies loo.

Great choice of breakfasts, chose the veggie which came quickly, was tasty and the Corn Fritters in particular were a hit! Only fault I could say is that the mushrooms could have been hotter. Nice staff and efficient service.

I visited my regular The Condado Lounge which I love ❤️ in Devizes on Saturday it was really busy and there weren’t many staff on so the one’s who were there were run off their feet! The food was lovely but I began to feel uncomfortable there seemed to be a conflict between one of the older staff who is always very attentive and polite when I visit - and one of the kitchen staff? I was sad to witness this though I couldn’t hear what was said? I feel strongly that if there are any issues in a work environment it should be addressed away from the public domain in private to avoid potential humiliation? It was a busy day but there should always be a professional approach to conflict in the workplace.

After a shakey start when our food was brought out cold i cannot fault the service, professionalism and attention we were given to get a hot meal to us as quickly as possible. When the food did get replaced it was delicious (and very hot). To top it all we were refunded our money without even asking. What an excellent experience and top quality staff. Thankyou.

Second visit this week, sitting inside and outside. Food amazing, esp the Korean prawns (to die for) and friendly service. Good selection of cocktails and shots - anywhere that does a baby Guinness is fine by me!

From the moment we walked in I felt this place was going to be great, I was wrong it was amazing! Being coeliac I always worry when I eat out, the care that went into just taking my order was the best experience I’ve ever had and the food was just as good. I will be back!

Ordered a take out on line. Wasn’t ready at allotted collection time but got free beer for waiting. Great service! The food was outstanding. Highly recommended.

31 of us visited, so it was a lot to take on at once, but it was all amazing, and we had 0 complaints. The team was fast, efficient, and friendly. Absolutely 10 out of 10!

Went to The Lounge on a Friday lunch time with about 30 odd of us from the office - service was impeccable! Staff really friendly, and the food was brought out in a really organised manner. Everyone got what they ordered, and in a timely fashion. Love the decor in there. Will definitely be going back.

Did the job of feeding us admirably. Decent house wine. Good salad with chicken, bacon and avocado.

Great food , terrible service. Tables were not cleared and staff doing drugs in the disabled toilet. Not easy to get a drink at the bar as clearly understaffed

Lovely brunch with the Quizzers

We were a large group and they catered our pre ordered breakfast efficiently. Nice big restaurant plenty of room inside and out and a good menu for all diets.

I love this bar/restaurant. It's my go to place to eat; the atmosphere and decor is brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered Shakshuka which is on the Brunch menu. Never had it before and thought I'd experiment. I was not disappointed it really was lovely, the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The Concado is also dog friendly which is a huge plus for us.

Polite prompt team in charge, clean and welcoming, only a coffee today but previous visits included food of a very high standard. Keep it up guys, top job 👏 👍 👌 A**

Edit: Made the mistake of trying this place again. 7 members of staff and ignored by all of them on entry. After 10 minutes and having nearly completed our order were told that the table is reserved in an hour's time and we probably don't have enough time. Rude and condescending manners of the member of staff put us off completely and we left. Turned away at 1pm. Told the wait for food was a minimum of 1hour and to go elsewhere. Only half the tables were being used.

A group of 6 plus a dog went for lunch. Extensive menu, very reasonably priced. Helpful, friendly staff, even brought water for the dog! Great decor and clean toilets. Wish I lived nearer so that I could visit more often! Highly recommend.

The food was tasty and well presented for the price. Ordering via an app was convenient.

Love this chain of restaurants, and this is no exception. Very long restaurant and bar with a great outside area. Staff are super friendly, and you can order via the app as well. Def worth a visit.

Spacious Lounge Cafe. Plenty of space ,Tables and comfy chairs. We had just a Coffee and snack but there is a Varied menu,and Bar. Polite ,attentive staff. Dogs very Welcome,Treats and water.

A really disappointing experience, dirty tables left for over an hour - not that busy. Terrible service at the bar, sneered at because I didn't realise you can't buy a drink at the bar, you HAVE to give your table number, because they don't give you your drinks at the bar. None of the 3 staff we interacted with said please or thank you The food took over 40 mins and we watched it being left on the pass. The waiting staff don't know how to serve food. All of it was brought - every time - food and drinks - to the end where the children were sat, expecting them to pass it down. The tuna melt was squinted at and sniffed before confirming it was a tuna melt, the chips we saturated with oil and inedible. Lackadaisical and inappropriate attitude and service at the bar. Some serious training needed!

I have eaten here a couple of times recently and on both occasions I have been very impressed. The comfortable restaurant is attractively decorated and there is a friendly casual atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the vegetarian/ vegan options as I usually have very little to choose from when eating out. However there were many dishes which sounded lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed what I ordered. The food tasted very fresh and was well cooked and it was good value. My meat eating friends were also happy with their meals. Last but not least the staff were very friendly and efficient. Well done !

Overall great place to take your partner, friends or family or all of the above for a decent breakfast/lunch/dinner/ drink. It's your text-book local rendezvous point for devizes ever since it's been open.

The Condado lounge was recommended by locals and we were very glad they did. The food was superb and the staff are lovely, very engaging, friendly and helpful; and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was so great we stayed until closing. We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I often go to Devizes for a walk down the canal and a browse around town. It started to drizzle with rain while in the market place so decided to pop in here for a coffee. Not too busy which suited on the day so ordered a couple of coffees, queued and paid for them and sat at a table and waited. Nothing happened for at least 20 minutes, just taking more and more orders and still no one near the coffee machine 😤😤😤. I'm afraid I went and asked for my money back and asked why they weren't making our coffees. It seemed there was only one person who knew how to use the machine?? They were still taking orders and not delivering. I wouldn't think having taken our money it should have taken more than a few minutes. I'm afraid 2 stars is very generous considering. Very disappointed ☹️

Staff are non-stop always cleaning and really polite. They allow dogs in and they look after them aswell as humans . They helped and looked after my mother whilst I had to nip and do some errands.

Great burgers, steak is okay but sometimes fresh and sometimes not. Overall decent.

I was with a friend who recommended this place based on other chain locations. Was a Wednesday about 5 so not very busy, girl behind the counter was very friendly, food was reasonably quick and was very good.

If you want warm and welcoming place when from start to end you feel special,listen and seen and you bring your dog as well you may want to return over and over again .Wonderful gem in hospitality and staff shame that owner is amazing so nothing to grumble about .Kudos and stay amazing.Table 7 Sunday

Have been a few times nice and relaxed and not loud like some places. Latest visit ruined due to staff being to scared to tell two mums that it is not a playground as three very small children repeatedly run up and down the length of the cafe/restaurant whilst mums sat back chatting without controlling their children . People pay to come and eat and drink ,not listen to or watch children running past tables or navigate avoiding colliding with them as they are entering and leaving .

The website is useless and failed my order. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We tried to book via phone call and no one answered the phone the few times we tried to phone. I would not recommend anyone to go there!

Absolutely lovely food, service is a little inconsistent depending on the staff working but all are very friendly, drinks are amazing. Great place to meet friends and try new flavours of food.

Had a sausage sandwich, wife had the bacon. It was very bland, we put brown sauce on it to give it a little flavour.

Called in here for an impromptu lunch. It's tastefully decorated, but the seating is not the most welcoming. Initially, I was a little concerned at their lunch prices of £12 for a Club Sandwich and the same price for the wife's Fish Finger Sandwich a little high. However, we needn't have worried, as the food turned out to be really tasty in fact, I think it was the best Club Sandwich I've ever eaten. I didn't need an evening meal as my Club Sandwich left me more than adequately fed. Highly recommended.

Black pudding more like a ice hockey puck we complained and they brought us a replacement after we had finished,should have offered a free coffee top up at least.!!!

Nothing special but all right food choices vast , for every palates and all ages , was nice presented, not extremely tasty. i didn’t like the order online but, somebody else did it for me was a birthday dinner, so i cannot say about prices, just my husband said the wine was expensive.

We arranged to meet up with another couple for lunch on Saturday. I phoned in advance to book a table for 4, and thank goodness I did. When we arrived the place was already full and the greeter had to eject some poor lady from the table we were allocated. Throughout the time we were there the noise level made conversation well nigh impossible. The furniture was crammed in to maximise the number of places. Our table was very close to the kitchen, busy and somewhat disruptive. I also understand the style of decor etc. But some of the chairs were only fit for the skip. Food. Having been to other Lounges we knew what to expect from the menu. A range of styles, and reasonable prices make the Lounges a favourite for many. More staff would have been beneficial. Would we go back? Lounges generally, yes. The Cirdado, doubtful.

Varied and interesting menu mix from the typical burger & chips to satay chicken. The menu should have regular updates and changes however. Very helpful and friendly staff, fast service and great location - esp the outdoor sitting area. Prices very reasonable too.

A child friendly place to have a coffee and catch up.

Dropped in simply because it was directly opposite the car park! Huge premises, goes on all the way toward an open terrace at the back and was pretty full when we went. Mediterranean flavour to the menu which was welcome, reasonable pricing and good value for money, flavoursome food.

Nice atmospheric premises, food & drink good and the service very courteous. However, we had to wait for quite some considerable time for the food to arrive. But my lasting memory of the visit was sitting at table 29 having to endure the lady sat at table 18 with the dog stood up at the table gobbling back ice cream from a bowl and then being spoon fed by the owner. Disgusting we thought, disrespectful of the owner and we're very surprised the establishment allowed this. We do appreciate you are Dog Friendly and that is great to see, but there must be limits surely. A human un-friendly experience.

The staff are friendly. Food just okay, lamb schwarma had a pitta that was hard to cut with an ordinary knife. Fries are good. Churros hot & crispy. Our table had candle wax on it.

I came in for a Christmas meal with a large group, we had to order a 3 course or starter & mains, we were not allowed to have mains & pudding, which is crazy! Anyway our starters came out on boards all random, I didn’t know where my starter was. And we were told to share. But I didn’t like the other options hence why I choose a specific starter. Then there was vegans & vegetarians asking where theirs was. It was a bit chaotic, and eventually I got my starter although half eaten. It was delicious as was the whole 3 courses, but very silly to do it that way. I also ordered a mock tail, and had 4 sips and it was all just ice, and for just over £6 that was not good. Hence my 3 stars. Staff were lovely and very quick. Table was very long so awkward to talk to everyone but that’s understandable with a large party.

Went in for a gig, and it was really busy with a great atmosphere. The food is good, however the service is really slow. We ordered our meals at the same time on our phones and they took over half and hour and came out after the others had finished. Overall good evening out.

Great place to go for early food. Their menu is absolutely great as a celiac. Separate GF menu and manager responsible for all aspects of delivery. Top marks for the clarity, keep it up it's very important!

Like this place a lot. Usually have Tapas and it's delicious. Patatas Bravas, pulled beef chilli, hummus etc. Yummy! Had an awesome oatmilk banoffi milk shake too. Staff friendly and helpful. 🌞

A lovely, lively licensed restaurant with a great menu to suit all tastes and pockets. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. Having to order at the bar was a minor nuisance but the waiting staff were wonderful, friendly and engaging. We liked the place so much that we went back several times to sample breakfast, brunch and dinner and we were never disappointed. A definite go-to restaurant when visiting Devizes!
