Probamos este lugar muchas veces durante los años que trabajamos y vivimos cerca. La comida es buena y la ubicación es muy buena para el verano mientras te sientas en el canal. El lado negativo de este lugar es el momento. Ocurrió en muchas ocasiones cuando tuve que esperar al menos media hora para obtener la comida, que es la mitad del tiempo de mi hora de almuerzo. ¡Pero el viernes pasado esta vez aumentó a una hora! ! ! Cuando fui a reclamar dijeron que estaban extremadamente ocupados. Sin embargo, creo que la camarera arruinó nuestro pedido y se lo dio a otra persona. Habiendo dicho eso, dijeron que podían reembolsarnos, lo que, por supuesto, era nuestro último recurso, pero al final tuvimos que pagar las bebidas que pedimos mientras esperábamos la comida y obteníamos un reembolso, por supuesto. No volveré a visitar este lugar y le aconsejaría que no lo hiciera, a menos que, por supuesto, tenga una hora de paciencia para esperar su comida.

Este es un agradable bar con una buena variedad de bebidas y un personal amable y servicial. Está justo en el canal con muchos asientos en el muelle. En los días cálidos de verano se llena de gente, ya que es un lugar agradable junto al canal. He visitado varias veces y realmente me gusta el lugar, también mis amigos.

Precioso lugar junto al canal. Muy relajante, el personal encantador. Bastante tranquilo cuando nos fuimos, pero imagino que debe ser muy animada durante las noches.

El personal es agradable, tranquilo y que presenta el deporte, no tengo ninguna queja. Sorprendentemente barata pintas teniendo en cuenta la ubicación. Gran lugar para pasar un verano.

Found this by chance and is now a one of the favorite spots. The bar sits on the on the edge of the canal tucked away between Angel and Old street station. The outdoor seating is the pontoon on the river which is quite interesting as it gets bumpy when people are walking up and down it. The drink selection is good but nothing special, it is however sufficient for a good session there.

Went for lunch with a friend, asked when ordering how the wait was on food and we were told 15 minutes. An hour later one of our sandwiches arrived, with no acknowledgement that we were still waiting on a second. About ten mins later I asked the member of staff if the other was on its way, I got a grunt and a scowl, and I actually ended up apologising for asking about it (!!!?). When finally the second sandwich arrived, again there was no real apology, let alone the offer of a free coffee/refund that you'd expect at most cafes. I think because the cafe is attached to some studios, there's no incentive to give good service – and you really can tell. The wait was annoying and inconvenient (I was late getting back to work), but the attitude of the staff is the reason I won't be going back.

I was planning an event for around 30 people and when I called to book an area they asked for a deposit of £450! We would have spent a lot of money that night Im sure, so this seems like terrible business sense. I booked at another place just down the canal- they can have our money instead!!

Nice for a drink by the canal but i don't like my chicken medium rare. Wouldn't even give us a free drink

Top place, hard to find, excellent food. Lovely views in both summer and winter. In the same building as Holborn Studios. Worth the effort!
