Colorado’s Chicken in Bury

Burger was good, fresh, tasty and spicy as expected. Service let these guys down the server forgot to send my ticket yo the kitchen so i stood there waiting an extra 10 minutes for no reason whatsoever ever. Would return but would double check my order has been sent to the kitchen. Simple tasks the workers should know, instead of being occupied with their phones or making jokes with friends do your job first!!!

The classic Spicy dipped burgers had great flavours with huge crispy fillet pieces, definitely up there with the other popular places in Manchester. We also tried out the fat burger which is a spicy dipped fried chicken Fillet, then placed on the grill topped up with Peri Peri sauce! This was honestly amazing! You could taste the spice and the smokiness from the grill, have to go back for this one! The wings and strips were also another highlight, the wings were very soft and pretty much fell off the bone Another pleasant surprise was their Cheeseburger! Normally you wouldn't really go for this in a place that specialises in chicken but when we tell you this burger was good, it was GOOD! It was comparable to a bbq type burger crispy and smoky on the outside but soft meat and flavourful meat in the middle We've got too many places on our list of places to go back to for a meal and this one is just adding to it! Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Absolute tossers i asked for a burger and they couldn’t even put salad in it i went upstairs for some seating they couldn't even clean the place boxes and chips all over the floor and the guy at the front desk was soo rude he told me to pick the salad off

Burger was tasteless! Asked for cheese but no cheese on either burger. Waste of money!!

Most pathetic service in bury their staff is too much rude with customers and Uber riders aswell food is just ok not too good. Always had a bad experience especially boys on till they are very rude to customer and riders and very slow in delivering food 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered a cheese burger yesterday evening gave me really bad food poisoning I was disappointed as I’ve eaten here before but never again had me stretched all night.

Absolutely corrupt! Ordered a beef burger and was served this just a dry bun and an overcooked patty, nothing else. No sauce no salad, nothing! And they still charged full price Feels like they think I’d enjoy eating tissue more than an actual burger This is just greedy and dishonest. Avoid this place if you actually want to get what you pay for! Lol that’s how they make money 👎🏼

Colorado's Chicken is a weird one. The chicken burger is literally unfinishable for me and all my friends. It is a great burger, especially the spicy burger, but for some reason they added way too much salt to something and now the burger is very, VERY salty. It is disgusting and we can only manage at most half the burger until we all have to bin it, and then we would go to a nearby shop and buy water to get rid of the horribly overpowering taste of salt. GUYS GET RID OF THE SALT IN YOUR BURGERS YOU HAVE RUINED GOOD FOOD!!!! Also your upstairs area is sometimes clean, sometimes really messy u should keep on top of the mess upstairs.

Food was 10/10 as always fresh and tasty, ate in car as eating in is not very clean

I used to come here all the time and all my family used to order. New management are so arrogant. Will be going chicken cottage from now on.

Best burgers around by a mile, huge portions at a bargain price. Chip portions aren't the biggest but it's more than made up for by the size of the chicken burgers and taste. The milkshakes are 10/10 too

The wings are very good. The burger has the correct spice level for us, though a little scarce on the mayo. This makes the burger a bit dry. The chips were fried a little while earlier which meant they weren’t fresh and slightly cold when we got them. Not impressed overall

I had hoped to order from Uber Eats for a family gathering. Despite living 15 minutes from the takeaway our order was abruptly cancelled due to be out of “delivery radius”. This was even more confusing considering we had ordered from this address before.

Very honest review. The food is ok except the fact that some of it was missing but main issue is their staff who came to deliver was verbally abusive and the manager was siding the driver

We had travelled to Bury from London and had been looking to get food from somewhere. This place was opening at 10:30am and we were the first customers of the day. Their burger was really good portion size as well as price wise and we really loved their wings sooo tasty and good. The staff were also friendly and nice.

I ordered a double chicken burger from this place on Monday after coming back from a holiday and not having the energy to cook. The overall meal looked great and didn’t think anything of it but it wasn’t until 3am I felt extremely sick and essentially thrown everything back up. I know for a fact this place is the cause as I havnt eaten in 2 days and this was the first time I ate properly. I highly encourage people to NOT eat here unless you have an iron stomach because you’ll be food poisoned just like I am. I have been bed bound and unable to do anything for the last 3 days. Disgusting place

One of the best chicken shops in Bury. Usually have a chicken burger and another with a touch of hotness. Upstairs should be cleaned more regularly please guys.

Don’t go here, absolutely disappointed, was seeing all the food reviewers on tiktok posting their spicy dip burger and let’s just say this is why you don’t have expectations. Lived up to no standard. The burger was dry and flavourless, if you’re going to promote your burgers on social media at least make it look the same for the average person that goes to get it.

First off got severed by a guy who looked like he did not want to be there secondly I asked to make sure the burger is spicy however when I got the burger there was not an ounce of spice on the burger and I made sure to ask twice for the spice, thirdly there was no taste on the burger at all it was the most dry and bland burger I have ever had fourthly the wings were completely trash do not recommend

Usually love colorados. I got a usual, burger and wings. Food tasted amazing as usual, but I noticed I was missing some wings. Never had a problem with an order before so I called in. They said I was wrong and that its impossible they missed my wings. Tried to explain this wasn't the case but they weren't having it😂. Justeat offered me a full refund, but I only refunded the wings, as the rest was great. I just wanted my wings brothers 😭😭 id deffo still eat here, but this was a little annoying

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ordered a large chips and was charged an additional 40 pence for a small single ketchup. It is wrong to charge an additional 40 pence for ketchup when I had already paid for chips. This place did not give me ketchup with my chips unless I paid an additional 40 pence to get it. DO NOT EAT HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

The food is not the same any more bugers dry you ask for light spice dip burgers they give you very spicey and the chips are dry like they been refried😡

If I could give them a 0 I would. My order was wrong, on the phone it was agreed that the burgers will be changed and a refund will be made. Once I got there from them Knowing I was paying for a taxi to get there. They were only willing to change the burgers. As I already advised I was going to get a taxi there as they weren’t willing to deliver as it was a pick up order. I was happy for them to at least pay for the taxi if not refund, which they were not willing to do. As they knew me as a regular customer, ordering around £60 a week, would think there would be some understanding and seeing this was agreed on the phone before hand. Then getting to the shop changing what they said. This is the worst customer service ever. No value for their customer. Lost a customer of old time.

Just had 3 pieces&chips and double tower burger chips and gravy. Best chicken in the area and best chicken burger I've ever had from a takeaway. Excellent fast delivery and when you go in shop super fast and really friendly.

I would have given this place 5 stars as the food is really good but recently they have let us down a few times . They always miss things out , sometimes they've not given us the chips other times missed out the drinks or sauces and no matter how many times you complain they dont put things right . Will go elsewhere next time. They dont care about their customers and it wont be long before they are finshed !!!

Everything was cold, felt like it had been cooked and reheated. Chicken all dry. There wasn’t a single thing that was warm. First time ordering and definitely the last.
