Despite being loyal patrons for over ten years, the owner approached our party, which included out-of-town guests, and made unacceptable remarks suggesting our presence would negatively impact the bar's reputation. This belittling behavior, particularly in front of our guests, was deeply offensive and unacceptable."

Just googled best breakfast near me on a drive out to Holmfirth and WOW , I wasn't disappointed. Full English, yes I had to wait for it to be made but well worth it. Probably the best breakfast I've had in years. Definitely coming again !!! 5 stars well done 👏

Great little pub with super friendly landlord and landlady. Dog friendly too. Always lots going on. Check the posters inside or their Facebook.

Have been here quite a few lunchtimes with friends and really enjoyed delicious home cooked food. Service very good with friendly staff. Would recommend a visit.
