Llevé a mi madre a la hora de comer y en general, fue una experiencia realmente mala. Esperamos una eternidad para nuestra comida que cuando salió estaba equivocado, frío y de vergüenza. Claramente compitiendo contra Weatherpoons y no ha pagado. Es mejor ir a otro lugar y conseguir mejor servicio y comida. TERRIBLE.

Went for lunch. Had to wait at the counter for a longtime. Member of staff no paying any attention to us. She carried on doing things instead of serving us. Then my wife had to walk into the kitchen and ask if there is anyone serving. The girl behind the counter then did respond by saying I'm busy! Then we placed our order and got very abrupt and frosty response. If you hates customers why work in a cafe

Liz was our main server for our visit. She's always super attentive, friendly and helpful. She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service as it's not often you get this standard when eating out, particularly if fully booked. Meal excellent all round. Also valued Liz's honesty with recommendations. Also ensured she checked re allergies. Thank you for making it a thoroughly enjoyable meal out!
