Lovely coffee bar with great coffee such a pity that the pavement table area is dire, full off debris, cigarette ends and lots of dead leaves. Would we find this level of squalor outside a French cafe, I don't think so!

Paper cups when drinking in...Have been here the last 2 Sundays..Last Sunday tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared of the last person's drinks...Today the same as tables dirty and have peoples cups and plates...Just ordered some coffees and they arrive in paper cups to sit in.

Came in with mates last week, atmosphere was quite relaxed. Toilets weren't great but other than that nice place. While waiting for our coffees we spoke to the 2 girls who did our drinks, Tasha and a young dark haired girl who made our frappe's, drinks were amazing and the flavour of the coffee#1 pumpkin spice in the frappe was the best.

Coffee#1 is a great place for light bites, cake and drinks. Substantial meals are limited but it is wonderful for snacks or breakfast. The food is wonderful - especially the cakes - and the drinks are very good. The service and atmosphere is good but it is always very cold in the café.

Coffee good, not the best flat white I’ve ever had. Almond pastry, again not the best but ok. Toasties average. Girls were pleasant.

We love this coffee shop. The coffee is always great and served by a really friendly team in a great atmosphere. I wish the cakes weren't quite so good though - so much for the new year's resolutions.

I tried to get my regular cup of tea and a cake but sadly the coffee shop had closed early. I work in retail locally so imagine my dismay that I couldn’t get a drink and a cake which is my meal on a Monday evening because I can’t get home in time before my Monday evening commitment. There was no sign up to say it was closing early. The doors were locked. As the only place I can get a takeaway cup of tea, this really isn’t very good. Due to covid restrictions I can’t get a cup of tea where I go.

Visited recently for lunch. Really nice large premises with plenty of seating that is nicely spaced apart. Plenty of choice for drinks & food. Biscotti Cheesecake was an absolute hit. Sadly they clearly have staff shortages as on my visit only 2 people working which for lunchtime meant they were busy & tables were left messy with dirty plates etc.

Waited an absolute age to get served - lots of used cups and plates on tables that didn't appear to have been cleared for quite a while. No trays to carry drinks - teacake wasn't toasted - only one person serving - won't be visiting again.

We have visited Coffee#1 in lower Parkstone a number of times now. The people there take pride in providing the best coffee they can and have often come up with some brilliant alternatives. Always welcoming and friendly, even on the dullest days, they make it a real treat to just sit down and enjoy a coffee for a few moments. Well situated just across from Ashley Cross park, Sophie, Holly and Jordan make the best place in Poole for a great coffee and a dark chocolate triangle, or black currant crumble, or a raspberry croissant, or a protein bar, or the blood orange chocolate tart!!! We couldn't recommend it enough.

I am a Coffee#1 fan, however this branch is my favourite. The atmosphere is great, and I always get a warm welcome. Sophie is a great manager, who runs a tight ship, whilst always being cheerful and friendly. The staff seem to respond accordingly. Like all coffee shops, the food is pricey, but it is very nice. The coffee, however, is the very best. I have soy milk, and some places do not place much emphasis on quality, but theirs is lovely.

The landlord had a foul mouth and a bad attitude. We all LOVED IT would recommend to all that like a good choice of ales and a knees up. God rest you Eileen and Joyce Scum

Seven of us (family) stopped here whilst on Poole Quay area for an afternoon drink. Great, friendly service and good quality house wines at £19 per bottle. Cosy and friendly atmosphere. On our favourite list.

Today my husband and I had roast lamb and fresh vegetables. It was freshly cooked stuffing Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and tasty gravy. Thank you to Debbie ( staff) for friendly service. Recommend to anyone who enjoys a Sunday roast to try Millies Cove first.

We visited this establishment on a Tuesday lunch time. There was outdoor seating available we chose to sit there and watch the world go by. Orders were taken at the table, but I would note you had to go inside when you wanted to pay. We both ordered Ham egg and chips, which was disappointing. The egg ( yes only 1) was cooked in a ring ( very McDonald’s esq) and was very overdone. No runny yolk as one would expect with this dish to dip chips and ham into. The Ham was ok, and the chips passable but sparse. I’d say possibly we made a bad decedent with what we ordered, however it’s not difficult to get this british staple meal right. I’d say overpriced based on our meal that day. I wouldn’t choose to go back. On a side note and this is outside of the proprietors control. We were bothered several times by shady characters whilst sat outside establishment. All trying to sell counterfeit or stolen perfume and tobacco. They are quite persistent and off putting.
