Had a Bueno waffle the bueno pieces were stale. Cookie dough bland

Have ordered from Coffee Thirst multiple times before and it’s always delicious. We’ve always gone with the CYO crepes but today decided to try the French toast. Absolutely gorgeous! Think we’ve found our new favourite.

Took far to long food cold won't be ordering again

The tood was almost 2 hours late they marked it as delivered when it was not. Then on delivery the driver didn't ask for any money which we were happy about until we opened them up and discovered there was hairs in and all over my Bubble waffle bites dessert, wouldn't have paid for it anyways. Never had no problems but won't be ordering anytime soon due not not wanting to "Hairy food"

Ferrero rocher milkshake tasted of vanilla milkshake not gd this time. Ferrero rocher cheesecake lovely.

There was loads of cream which I would have preferred a little more ice cream. And they’ve changed their pots. For what you pay you expect the old larger cups not the half size. Quite disappointed.

Have been ordering from here for many years. We waited 2 hours for delivery I spoke with the driver regarding this and they said they'd been sat outside the shop for an hour & half with nothing to do. Cheesecake was stale and the base could have easily smashed a window. Really disappointed and definitely not in a rush to return. Will look to order elsewhere from now on.

Orderd at 9.30 arrived at 11.25 deleivery shedule was 10.40 -11. Which is pretty bad for a choc crunch and a milkshake

Great hot cakes. Well worth the money

We are regulars at Coffee Thirst and have been for years now. Chocolate crunch was great as usual. I usually love their nutella cookies especially when they arrive warm, but last nights one tasted old and a bit weird, so I had to throw it out :/ The fries I would say need a re think too. The original fries were much better and far less greasy. We’ll still continue to order as issues are few and far between. Just wanted to give feedback.

Ordered 3 items. Order was confirmed and has a few updates about delivery times. Within 5 minutes of the notification saying food was on its way another notification said it had been delivered when it hadn’t. We’d waited over an hour for the so called delivery time. Ordered at 9:30pm. By 10:50 still no food. No one’s answering the phone. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Hanna the owner is the most loveliest person I've met. Was super patient and kind when we were unsure of what to get. Gave her recommendation. Gave my cousin a free cake for her birthday and just did more than I expected. And the staff she has are phenomenal so kind. If you ever go tell them the guy that had the hazelnut tea idea told you to go.

The food was absolutely disgusting. Arrived freezing cold. The cookie dough was a tiny tony portion for £7, you can get for £4 in Kaspas and much bigger!! Cookie dough was almost powdery, very dry, with no sauce as stated in the description. The waffle bite, also dry with barely any sauce, the oreo and the waffle was just a dry combination. However, the ice cream was nice.

As always, the milkshakes from thus place is exceptional

Missing item from order and food arrived after restaurant closed so couldn’t request a replacement. Really not good. Especially when everyone else received their items and I was left out.

I never normally write reviews but this is needed. Awful. Ordered Chocolate Crunch and pink Custard 4 box dessert and a crepe with toffee sauce and fudge pieces. Arrived late. Custard was freezing, had to warmed up. Chocolate Crunch was ok, not the best. Crepe was raw and could not be saved, so went in the bin (around £8 for the crepe on its own) Nearly £18 altogether.. What a waste. Will never use again.

Ordered on just eat. 3 hours and 15 mins later, no food, 3 attempts to call. Told it's on its way...still didn't arrive. Said they'd call me back..nothing

Absolutely shocking service. Order placed at 8pm. No delivery by 9.25, called restaurant to be told it's just about to leave. Another hour later and still no sign of my order. Restaurant not answering calls either after trying to chase again. Absolutely disgusting.

Shop forgot to give the driver our drinks & he went and got them for us in his own time. Credit to the company. Top man!

Last time I ordered from here, the food was amazing. However, on this occasion, the chips were not edible - overcooked. My burger bun was stale. The chocolate crunch was very powdery. Really disappointed, won't order again!

Burger tasted worse than a microwave one, binned it. jammy blondie was foul, chips were foul and the Mars milkshake had no flavour to it. Waste of time

We’ve ordered from Coffee Thirst a number of times, for a long time now, and every time we order the quality is always good. The new additions to the menu have also been fantastic! Love that Victoria sponge and toffee cake! The only thing I would say to change is to bring the old fries back, they were the best! We’re going to continue to be regular customers :)

Food was super hot and the desserts were yummy.

Burgers were both warm as wrapped in foil but have been sitting to long and were dry and bread soggy, chocolate crunch was not normal quality and so was the custard.

Took over an hour to be delivered, milkshakes were tasteless! Chocolate crunch and custard had no taste at all and chocolate crunch was powdery

No drinking choc was delivered This cost me £2.90

Nice food, very fast delivery. Personally could have done with a bit more ice cream but otherwise was great.

Delivery driver wonderful. Shame the restaurant gave the wrong order. When we contacted to rectify the issue. We were ignored several times. Have proceeded for refund via just eat. I'd save your money and go else where.

Waffle was stone cold. Nutella shake no taste of Nutella just cold plain icecream shake. Delivery was very long. Really disappointed

Lush as always 😍😍 ordered malteaser milkshake and pink crunch. With the milkshake would be even better if there was crushed up bits of malteaser in it like the KFC Krushems but still really nice and will continue to order 😊

I received my order to which was completely incorrect order, to which I contacted the restaurant who did resend out my correct order but took another 45 minutes to come so in total from the original order time to second order time I'd waited nearly 2 hours to actual receive and be able to enjoy what I actually wanted.

The burger and fries were not the best
