This is the best coffee shop in Cromer. The staff are all smiley and treat customers like old friends. They also serve lite bites - the tea cakes are delicious. Support local shops and not the big chain across the road - it’s cheaper and so much nicer.

What an absolute waste of time and money. The staff seem to be more interested in talking with each other. Ordered 3 hot chocolate's what we actually got were 3 watery luke-warm hot chocolates. Then ordered 3 cheese on toast, my god what a joke. We were each served 2 slices of unbuttered untoasted white bread with melted cheese on the top. Did complain and they offered to stick them under the toaster again, how does that work then?. We are local but would never go in there again.

Popped into this coffee shop while we walked around the town. We had a latte and a mocha. Was a very polite and friendly cafe and the coffees were really nice. Value for money to. The food looked nice but we had already eaten so didn’t stop for food.

Next stop for our Norfolk trip. Cromer had to be visited as well as trying out a coffee. Coffee therapy was nice. Not a lot of seating but we managed to sit outside. Alternative milk available. They were generous with the syrup. Friendly young girls who paid attention to detail and cleanliness. Not right in the hustle and bustle so you have to go and find it.

We were in need of a pitstop. Costa was immediately opposite, but we opted to support local business. The 2 people in the shop were very friendly and asked how i like my coffee (as he could see i was undecided).I said i like trying all sorts of coffee, but prefer strong coffee. I was then offered a "Cannonball" coffee which was strong and very tasty. Gave a little biscuit to go with the coffee, and we had a spot in the afternoon sun outside. Will go back. Recommended.

Came across this small shop when Costas opposite it had a long queue.Nice staff always smiling. Good selection of food, excellent choices especially the coffee. Recommended!

Ideally located right in the centre of town. They use Lavazza coffee but also tend to source food items locally. Lots of gluten free cakes and soya and almond milk available for coffee.

If you enjoy really good coffee and appreciate a warm welcome and friendly service, try Coffee Therapy. It's small, but well worth maybe waiting a few minutes. Toasties, panini, home-made cake and sausage rolls. Above all excellent coffee. Highly recommended.

Would have had a coffee but at at 3pm we were told We are closed!! The sign said 4pm but no!We are closed no smile, no customer service - I expect we are just another tourist.Some places just don’t want the business! Bet they will in October - we will be back ( as we are regularly) but not to ‘coffee therapy’

As a diabetic i needed to eat.. we stopped at coffee therapy.. lovely friendly staff. Food was lovely will definitely be going back there again and recommend to this lovely place to others x

Visited on a lovely sunny but chilly day and sat outside. My coffee was excellent as was my partners tasty strong tea. Served by the proprietor- a really happy smiley man. Will definitely be going back.

This little cafe is on the South edge of the main town, about 10 minutes walk to it, but is well worth it, they have lovely coffee and snacks available, lovely place to sit and relax, novel decor, very pleasant staff, will call there again when next in the area.

Lovely little coffee shop, very friendly staff. Called in with 2 children who would recommend the milkshakes and ice cream soda and of course, the chocolate brownies. Thank you for a much needed rest and coffee.

Would highly recommend coming here to anyone! They are dog friendly and the service is outstanding. The man behind the counter asked specifically how I would like my bacon cooked (which never happens) and we could not have been more looked after! The food and drinks were fab and cheap too! A really incredible little cafe!

Came back to this place late afternoon after having enjoyed the smell of bacon cooking earlier in the day when we passed by. Other cafes in the street were closed or closing but we received a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent coffee and toasted bacon panini and sandwich. The price was an amazing £10.90, try getting that and the same quality and service in one of the big chain outlets and I think you’d struggle. I write but don’t generally recommend as it’s all about choice. I highly recommend this little gem.

Stopped off today for drink and a light snack with my friend. We had noticed this place earlier in the day when we walked past as the smell of smoked bacon made our mouths water! Ordered a toasted bacon sandwich, a bacon panini, latte & flat white coffee. WOW! The sandwich was gorgeous! Nice amount of bacon and nicely toasted, my latte was beautiful, nicely presented and not weak or overpowering and served by a lovely polite young lady. My friends panini was just as delicious, and his flat white coffee also beautiful. Will, without doubt return here on my next visit to Cromer. Lovely friendly staff and the food was delicious and was brilliant value. Would’ve cos a lot more if we’d have gone into a larger chain we’ll known coffee shop and wouldn’t have got the friendly personal service and freshly made food. Awesome!

I went here with my Grandparents for a Sandwich, coffee and cake we found the food to be very nice and good quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This is a small place so probably not good for a large family. But great for a couple or small group.

Coffee was very good. We didn't try any of the food. Husband said the café had a 'very unfinished ' look about it. I thought it looked quite sparse. Good space between the tables. Didn't appear to be 'child friendly '.

My father was a regular here (not after today). I ordered 2 coffees as my father was waiting outside on his disabled chair, the lady put our coffees into takeaway cups without asking and soon after the other waitress came to tell us we couldn't sit outside as we had paid for the takeaway coffee and had to leave.(The only reason why we can't sit inside is it has a step and disabled people can't access). I explained no one had asked me what I wanted my coffee in and I assumed she saw my father sitting outside, plus we where only using 1 chair as my father has his own.

We popped in here on our day trip to Cromer as it looked the most inviting amongst the array of other places in the area.

Amazing staff, good coffee and food, reasonably priced too. They are great for allergies too, something for everyone!

Friendly, warm and welcoming with excellent cappuccinos. Other beverages are available as is soup, panninis and sandwiches. The cake I had was lovely and I will certainly return for more. I noticed that the dog visitors were each given a couple of dog biscuits. I thought this was a lovely gesture. A clean and neat establishment and I will return very soon.

The coffee i had was no therapy it was bitter and to be truthful unenjoyable and not worth the visit.

My family and I were in Cromer and wanted a quick drink and snack. We stopped at Coffee Therapy and find two tracks and four chairs outside to sit at. This meant our dog could sit with us...and have a drink from the water bowl that sits outside too.

Lovely little place, great decor and in a prime location. Went there twice during our holiday. Food and drinks were good. Staff though.... absolutely miserable. No one smiled, drinks were plonked down without a word. All staff looked thoroughly jarred off, verging on the rude. Shame. Will avoid in future.

You grab a coffee and cake and sit with the dogs watching people go by. It was okay there...but not special.

Called in today for a coffee. We both drink decaffinated and ordered a cappuccino and an Americano. The few customers that were sat outside had already been served but we waited an age for our order. My cappuccino was so weak it was like drinking warm milk and I didn't care for the silly glass cups with no handle, meaning you had to let the coffee go cooler before you could pick the cup up.

Very nice friendly place to stop for a coffee. Had panini's as well today - freshly made. Charming ladies and reasonable - allow well behaved dogs too!

Really friendly staff and clientel too. Had a lovely coffee, whilst the wife and girls had gorgeous hot chocolates. Girls particularly loved theirs and the barista was conscientious enough to make theirs warm rather than hot.

Waited ages for coffee only 5 customers some already served. Coffee was weak and the spoon was dirty with dried tea stains. One of the waitresses kept rearranging her hair and then touched food without washing hands. Both waitresses spent more time chatting with friends than attending customers. We gave up on ordering a sandwich. the place is small but looked clean, the young man that came for takeaway drink got lots of attention.

Went there today and was absolutely parched when we got there. We ordered two black coffees and couldn't believe how long we had to wait while the staff battered to their friends who came eating food from somewhere else. If we hadn't already paid we would have left. Even the staff went out and brought back food from elsewhere and sat inside eating it.

I have been to every coffee shop in Cromer . This is by far the best not big but great coffee and cake, staff first class. You must try this place. Lovely to sit out. Spotless clean. Also do great sandwiches ect
