Encontramos el personal grosero y no podía entender lo que estaba diciendo. Pedí opciones vegetarianas y me sugirieron Bacon? ! ?

. . No te decepcionará!

Recientemente instalamos en la zona. Hemos usado la cafetería para comer y para llevar. La comida es de buena calidad. Es muy práctico y el café y el pastel es excelente relación calidad-precio.

Glad I found this place - I would recommend the steak pie with chips or the sunday roasts. Can honestly say it puts local pub grub to shame.

Couldn't of had a nicer Sunday roast than we had yesterday, recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. Great value for money and all home made, especially the cakes for desert! Can't wait to go back with my family soon. Recommend it to anyone, family friendly and great staff, very attentive.

I been passed this cafe for years and never visited it, we had a lovely lunch. I had the steak pie and chips and it was very nice and much nicer than the hollies for half of the price. Will definitely come back again.

Found the staff to be very friendly and the food reasonably priced. I had a tuna sandwich (bloomer bread) for £2.95, added a bowl of soup (with slice of bread) for £1.50 and a pot of tea for £1.60. Good prices. They also do jacket potatoes, breakfasts and ice creams (as well as coffee and sandwiches).

I have visited here quite a few times now, but I find it to be really hit and miss. My first few visits the food was average, and a couple of weeks ago I visited and it was perfect- and the bread was really thick and fresh, and the poached eggs were done perfection, but it seems to have gone downhill again. The toast only seems to be done on one side and is soggy (also tasted like supermarket own brand bread) and the eggs are hard boiled and have bits of shell in. It has the potential to be amazing as there is are vast choice of food, it's just let down by the change of quality in ingredients and care when cooking it.. Also seems to take a very long time to receive your order when sitting in (even if nobody else is in there), and priority is given to those getting take away

I regularly visit the cafe with my children. It is ideally situated next to the small village childrens park allowing them some play space. The cafe is small but cosy. The staff are locely and cannot do more for you. The food quality is very good and there is somethung for everybody. The ice cream bar is exceptionally good for the kids. If you dont want to put your glad rags on but want somebody else to cook your tea, give them a try - you wont be disappointed.

We had the so called £7 Sunday Lunch. it was told to us that the kitchen was short staffed. So accepted the wait for food but didn't appreciate the cold meals and poorly cooked meat with hard vegetables. Didn't complain at the time as didn't want to spoil the family meal further. Was horrified when the bill arrived and the cost of 'extras' became clear. Cola £6, wine £9.50. what with desserts the meal came to over £140 for 4 of us. OK if you were receiving fine dining but a so called £7 Sunday lunch - just ridiculous. Might have been a bad day but will not be revisiting.

Popped in by chance on a rainy day. Bit of a shame about the steak, 8oz rump was supposedly with a rocket salad, which was effectively a bit of rocket (see pics) with cheese on. Steak with garlic butter, which was magarine flavoured with garlic. Not the greatest. Could be better. The rest of the food was okay. Milkshakes were phenomenal 👌 think the steaks need a rethink! Staff were lovely and very helpful, and the atmosphere was great, but paying £20 for steak for them to be served with little more than a few chips and a small salad, this needs looking at again.
