Still the best place for a coffee for miles around. Great coffee, great service , good food selection.

Pop in regularly. Never eaten only drinks. The drinks are always excellent although slightly dearer than other nearby places. The staff are brilliant.

The original place to get great coffee. Lots of space inside and out.

Staff here are very good at what they do, would thank them personally more often if they weren't constantly serving a horde of people.

Ordered a medium espresso macchiato and a small latte to sit outside,but when my partner thought it was the wrong size,we both went back to double check.We left our full cups of coffee outside on the table,but unfortunately a member of staff took our drinks away.We did get replacement drinks,though.

Fantastic coffee shop with a good lively atmosphere and very friendly Staff. The food is only possible let down per se,just standard coffee shop fayre.That said if you just want a good coffee and chat then Jennos is perfect.

Nice welcome, comfortable seating and tables. Good coffee. Tuna melt 6 out of ten. Pleasant . Happy to return.

I love Jennos in blaby, it's clean, the staff are friendly the large latte is very large and very tasty 😋 their Dahl soup is amazing and plentiful and the bread is delicious. I had my first ever canoli today which was delicious 😋

From the front, this place looks small, but it's like the Tardis inside. Plenty of seating in different areas, and most importantly, a 2hr limit on people working with laptops, so you don't get loads of individuals taking up a table for 4 all day... Great choice of food and decent sized portions

Lovely coffee and walnut cake and soya latte

Love their coffee plus a decent cup size is given, makes a change! Cakes are very tasty too.

The cappuccino was wonderful. a good balance between espresso, steamed milk, and foam is spot-on, resulting in a taste that's rich and full-bodied, yet not overwhelmingly strong. It is a shame about the price, a little to expensive for my liking. The service was quick and friendly! Would recommend.

Called in to pick up ground coffee for cafeterie. Bought 2 packs - got home and one is coffee beans!! It was very busy to be fair but expected better service. Update - thank you for your reply. Very much appreciated.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff are always friendly and the food and coffee is always excellent.

Great cappuccino and fantastic choccy brownies

Had a very nice lunch with a friend. I had a chicken bbq panini and my friend had a cheese and onion toastie. Plenty to eat, my only slight niggle was that there was too much bbq sauce and not enough chicken. We didn't have cakes but they looked lovely and there was a lot of choice. We would go there again.

visited jennos Blaby on 23/12/22 even though they were very busy the girls were very cheerful and efficient , the cappuccino was hot and great tasting and the toasted tea cake was lovely , the tables were clean everything was good could not fault them

what a joke of a place this is, ran by children with no customer service skills or a care in the world. its filthy, the tables sticky and didnt see anyone cleaning, i noted two members of staff sat on their mobiles doing nothing though. i ordered a sandwich for my daughter and was given a receipt, nothing else - no comment on how long it would be, no table number to place on the table etc. we just down opposite on the counter area and waited, well it wasnt busy so one would assume a toastie would take say 5 minutes, maybe even 10... but 15 minutes later, nothing; so i approached the counter and asked how long does it take to prepare a toastie and was met with confusion, one member of staff asked what was it, another what kind of toastie, did you pay, then another asked what kind of toastie, then another did you pick it up and bring it to the counter .... arrgggh honestly it was like groundhog day with about 5 staff asking me the same questions... i said i cannot do this any longer, here is my receipt, you havent brought it to the table and seemingly have no idea whats going on. its a chaotic shambles at best and i asked for a refund as couldnt wait a moment longer. we left after wasting nearly 20 minutes and went two doors up to annies cafe - recently redone with nice tables, an outdoor area and full menu. we had a breakfast and drinks at half the price of jennos and great service... you could learn a thing or two from this establishment. i know you wont care, because this is obvious from the service received, but felt it my duty to highlight this poor experience when there are many other places to grab a bite to eat and a coffee in the blaby area.

Called in when out walking our dogs whilst I was down from Bolton visiting my daughter Great coffee and friendly service. Seated outside with our dogs made to feel very welcome. Mocha coffee was one of the nicest I have had over many years.

Clean, tidy,busy,quick delivery of coffee. Can’t fault the place and the fact that it’s mostly full shows it’s a popular place. And deserves to be.

Popped in on Saturday lunchtime. The cafe was fairly busy and had a nice atmosphere. There were a few empty tables to choose from, all tidy and freshly cleaned, which in these times is very reassuring. Our food was brought over quickly and was very tasty. During the time we were there the staff were cleaning tables constantly and generally keeping everything spicy and span which made me feel safe. All in all lovely!

Great to be back at Jennos in Blaby we have missed you! The coffee and food were delicious and we look forward to visiting again in the New Year!

We love Jenno's, they don't cost the earth, or try to shift cr@ppy coffee, they have a great selection of cakes, and pastries etc, and who wouldn't love that? The place is always spotless, it's really well decorated, and furnished. The staff are fantastic, they're all really helpful, and...they make a decent brew, which you'd obviously expect...but...you'd be surprised how many coffee shops don't get this right. Really glad they have outdoor seating too, as I really don't like to always have to sit inside. It's far superior to other local coffee shops, and is now our favourite place to visit, when we head off for a walk about. Haven't paid a visit to the Fosse Park one yet, but next time we go, we definitely will.

Friendly welcoming place that competes easily with the larger chains. In fact, just had the best mocha here, tasty from first to last sip. Some places just don’t understand the art of making coffees and all the flavour sinks to the bottom. Not Jennos though! Will be my go to place from now on 👏☕️

I am a regular customer at this coffee house . However recently I opened the lid half way through to find small black hairs inside the cup. This has definitely put me off coffee for a while ….. won’t be visiting Jennos anymore …..
