Servicio muy, muy, muy lento. Un tipo tratando de coordinar a todos los demás que claramente no estaban sobrellevando. Vimos al menos dos pedidos incorrectos entregados a las mesas mientras estábamos aquí. ¡Evita!

¡Frío helado, la puerta no se cierra correctamente! Sin calefacción. Servicio muy, muy lento; sólo un pobre tipo tratando de hacer todo: hacer café, organizar la comida, entregar a las mesas y tomar pedidos! ¡Los dueños de este café deberían mejorar su juego y emplear más personal!

El peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado en años. Una rebanada de pan que faltaba en mi pan tostado de queso mal hecho y camarera parecía confundida por mí pidiendo otra. Actitud muy grosera y antipática hacia los clientes... no vale la pena el precio en absoluto. Por favor, capacite a su personal para que al menos tenga algunos modales básicos. Qué pena que tomamos la decisión consciente de evitar un café encadenado.

Bonito escenario, sin embargo, un caos absoluto. Después de haber esperado en cabeza de cola durante unos 5 minutos para hacer el pedido estábamos en el punto de salir cuando finalmente nuestro pedido fue tomado. Al entregar comida a la mesa nos informaron solo entonces que no tenían té descafeinado. Tuvimos que perseguir dos veces por una bebida alternativa a la llegada, que finalmente llegó después de que habíamos comido comida. Caos total, falta total de liderazgo y claramente un ejemplo de propietarios que no forman a su personal.

Pedí un capuchino, cuando trajeron café, había un lápiz labial rojo brillante en la taza por estos hechos está claro que la taza no se lava, el personal ni siquiera lo vio, me di cuenta, el café se cambió, pero la sensación no es agradable

Personal muy amable y con buen servicio. Buen lugar para ir con la familia, amigos como un café que acepta perros. Habíamos estado allí dos veces cuando viajamos a Cambridge.

Poor cheese and tomato toastie. This used to be very good when they had pesto inside but they changed it a while ago and the quality is not better. It lacks any real cheese flavourand was burnt on the sides. The coffee was weak as well. I have a loyalty card but will start to look elsewhere . Many new staff struggling to serve when it gets busy. It is a good cafe overall but I feel it is expensive now and other options are out there.

Great place with friendly staff. Coffee tasted the best I have experienced in Cambridge. Very nice selection of tasty sandwiches and pastries. Quality experience was had every time we visited.

This is a very nice cafe and the staff are very friendly. The coffee (my reason to go) is good and served unpretentiously. Its not excessively bitter and thankfully ducks the trend of being super acidic. I enjoy the sandwiches they serve and am also partial to the hot sausage rolls they do. It is frequently busy and there is often a sense that the staff are very rushed - this isn't their fault but they probably need an extra person on shift. Lastly, because it is cashless and they have no grautity on machines, its not easy to tip. This could easily be rectified with a machine for tips (you can see this out and about in other cafes).

Had a lovely quick coffee and bite in here, staff looked very busy and seemed a little hectic, but it was a busy Saturday afternoon and could only see two members of staff working their socks off. I had a sausage and bacon butty and it was very tasty!

I had a very nice cappuccino and croissant here. The staff were friendly, but the coffee took over five minutes to arrive. Loses a star because they’ve gone cashless, which is a very slippery slope for society.
