Coffee Bean Cafe in Solihull

Lovely staff, very attentive and friendly. Great little cafe. A great little find on a busy industrial estate. Will be back to challenge the big breakfast !!

the staff they have seem to be doing their own thing while the boss is away of the four breakfasts we ordered , two came right one came wrong one came cold they need to listen more and chat rubbish less

Everyday here..very nice food with really good prices,all dishes are like they should be..never less in terms of quality and amount..enjoyed all the hot food that I ate here..

The food was great, the service was quick exactly what I ordered, the girls are lovely and chatty. Will definitely come back here again.

To be fair this place alters depending who is working there on the day They do seem to be more interested in their catering orders than the customers in the cafe During my last visit I did not get what I had ordered , we orders two coffees and they came with a fifteen minute gap

The girls here are really nice and chatty and the food is ok for the very fair prices However I saw one lady pet a dog then return to make sandwich without washing her hands and one left for a cigarette break mid sandwich so I wouldn't eat here again

Food here is always good. Friendly happy atmosphere and Yummy salads..... great coffees. I must also say after reading other reviews that I have NEVER had an issue with hygene and I'm a fussy female !

i went in for breakfast and watched as the server, who was cutting sandwiches wearing blue gloves handled cash and went back to cutting sandwiches wearing the same gloves surely the idea is your take the gloves off to handle cash ???/ they seem to be working more on the buffet side than the cafe side at the detriment of the cafe customers

a change of staff seems to have driven the service down hill rapidly supposed to open at 730 but they turn up at 735 and are never ready to servethe lady that serves most days needs to learn how to deal with customers not great !!!

Come here almost once a week, love the sandwiches and the homemade meals. Yet to try the cakes, but then being a cake maker I rarely eat cake made by others.

Popped in during a working day just for a coffee but was so tempted by the menu stayed and had lunch . Absolutely fantastic....I would make a special trip to call in here any time......I'll be back !!

Our usual sandwich man was away for the holidays so we decided to venture to the local café. 100% of the orders we have made were wrong 2 days in a row. I would not recommend going to this café ever as what you order is not what you get.

Are they worn to protect the customer or the assistant. great sandwich but after serving the customer before me and taking his money proceed to make my sandwich with same gloves she took money with I asked her to change glove hygiene is practice not not wareing gloves only to show you are complying

Stopped off for a quick bite after gymnastics club. Pleasantly surprised by the cafe inside, a great selection of food available. 2 mini breakfasts, coke and coffee under £10 The food came after about 15 mins freshly cooked, tasty bacon, sausage beans and fried egg a good size portion for a mini! Will definately come back again

Delightful little café serving good fresh food all prepared there and then (not frozen or prepackaged) Homemade cakes and treats along with good coffee and all at reasonable prices Only negative is that it can get busy at lunchtime and there can be queues but it shows how good the café is Friendly staff and highly recommend
