I ordered some desserts and was very disappointed. My waffle was cold, the cake was ice cold, the slushies were liquid. And they refused to refund us for something we couldn’t even eat. Absolute trash.

Went today after a trip to the escape room. Waffles were lovely and so big some of us could not finish them. Staff went out of their way to provide a few nice little extra touches as they knew it was my daughter's birthday. It's a shame that there aren't more tables as I am sure they would fill them.

First time trying cocoboss and wow. Both had a waffle I had kinder brueno and my partner has the special delight with strawberry and banana and both had a milkshake. Staff were friendly and recieved brilliant customer service will definitely be returning soon x
