Ordered the mixed kebabs, food was hot, good quality and they even marked the packaging so we could which was which, certainly recommended.

I pre-ordered during the day and asked for 6pm delivery as I needed to eat at this specific time and thought if I pre-order the food will be on time. However it was 30 minutes late! I had to call the restaurant who weren’t very helpful and I am really disappointed with this service! If you know a customer has requested delivery at a specific time at the very least 5-10 minutes late is acceptable not half an hour!

The food was amazing it was quick and tasty. I really enjoyed all of it and it left me and my family very satisfied. The service was great. It was my first time coming. I would recommend coming and I would definitely come again if I have the opportunity to 😋😋

I ordered 2 large donor kebabs one with naan and the other with chips, we also ordered 10 pieces of wings. The one with chips was appalling! It had about 10 pieces of chips I kid you not. We asked for extra chilli sauce and did not receive it. The wings were absolutely tiny, it was definitely not worth the price.

The food was really well spiced, and service was pretty fast. They mentioned they take pride in making the chicken and wings fresh. Probably the only Donner fast food store that brings the taste! Recommend the Grilled Chicken also.

A Fine place to get your lovely and delicious food. My favourite dish is the lamb chops and the peri peri chicken with a tango drink. Catherine customer service is superb, I have never waited for more than five minutes. Lovely staffs too!!! Always smiling

Always great food here it’s different from other kebab places they do specialist kebabs.The lamb or chicken donner is cooked on a grill to your choice from mild to very hot (naga chilli hot) they do this by adding spices to the donner meat and adding onions and you choose to have it with pita or Nan bread or chips or rice they also do chicken or lamb biryani along with everything else you can order at other kebab places definitely give it a go.

Terrible hygiene. Avoid. I noticed how one of their workers was wiping the floor and after handling the food with his bare hands without washing. Extremely off putting. How can this place be running.

Was a little while to get it delivered but that’s my own fault for ordering 45 mins before Pompey kicked off. But what can I say was so worth the wait the chips beautiful and the burger was lovely. Lamb Donner was fresh as anything and tasted like it had been freshly cut off. Beautiful food will be coming back again for sure

Service was an absolute disgrace, apparently a £11.50 halloumi kebab meal is just 8 thin pieces of grilled halloumi on chips and a drink. We phoned up to highlight this only for them to end the call on us. We were nothing but polite and respectful when ordering, collecting and phoning once we saw what we got. Ordering £73 worth of food and drinks in a recession, you would think they'd value their customers. A huge disappointment, was told the one that dropped the call was a student, then perhaps they need to be taught manners and customer service. Otherwise the rest of the food was okay, only place we know of that does Naga sauce kebab, otherwise we would have gone back to give that student a piece of our mind before never returning. Either need to train them better or find people that aren't disrespectful and arrogant with customers.

If you are looking for fancier kebab, this is the place to order. Very tasty and very good Portions, even a regular is too much for me. I always go for the signature satkora, or just kebab with onions and peppers with chips on the side. Beware, they do not mess about with spice, their mild and medium is 🔥🔥 so get plain donor or make it clear you want it bland and no coriander if you dread spice. The dip isn't a dip they put it all over the kebab, so specify if you want it only as a dip.

When asked if I wanted mild, medium or hot, I asked for none. They said no problem. It was a problem apparently as the chicken donner I got served damn near blew my head off. It would have been a higher review if the portion sizes were bigger. I know some people like their spice, it's not for me, if they couldn't do none they should have just said and I'd have gone somewhere else.

This order was 20 minutes late. I pre ordered it like two hours before to be delivered at 17.00 when calling to ask where it was at 5past as it still hadn’t updated to ‘on the way’ then it went to that then ‘enjoy your food’ within a minute of speaking to the restaurant ….. I still hadn’t had my food by that point. Although the food, I think, is top; the customer service levels leaves something to be desired.

I ordered a chicken doner. The meat was of good quality with no grease, but it really was so spicy that I couldn’t eat all of it. I asked for medium heat and chilli sauce but this was just too much. I have ordered other things from third place before though and they are pretty good so would order again

Best Kebab in Portsmouth, no one even comes close.

Part of the order was wrong. The wrap was too spicy as had ordered with mayo and it had chilli sauce instead. Calling them they were too busy to help then just hung up the phone. Not good customer service

asked for a large gave me a small… and didn’t want to refund anything back absolutely terrible.

So hit and miss this place. Sometimes stunning, others not so much. Shame as the gor a good fusion of flavours with their special kebabs. Its a roll of the dice this place. 50/50.

Food is fine but just wanted to suggest to the owners to make it clear about the sauce. You don’t get sauce as advertised. It says choose the sauce for 50p or something but there is no physical sauce, it’s just mixed into the doner. That’s rather odd, as it implies that there is a sauce that comes with it. So basically unless you order “extra” sauce, you won’t get any. I don’t think this is very clear and quite annoying to be frank.

Everything was delivered in time and the food met my expectations.

I've ordered the same food on numerous occasions and it's always been lovely but a bit too spicy for me. I decided to order the mild one this time and it was awful. Nowhere on the description do you mention the dreaded coriander! Unfortunately it was in this meal and totally ruined it for me. Threw most of it away as the taste of coriander totally overpowered the taste. I hate coriander, please mention it in your description as I would never have ordered this one had i known it was present.

Ordered a ‘large naga chilli’ kebab, selected the ‘hottest’ strength and expected a very spicy (and big) meal. Unfortunately it turned up as sloppy doner meat in a masala sauce, very sickly and mild, also very small for the £9 price tag. Homemade naan bread was good, but other than that order a normal kebab and add your own chilli at home!

The best takeaway in Portsmouth, hands down. Specially for a shish kebab and rice. Chips are amazing. I don't know what they do to make them so good, sprinkle them with magic or something but they're the best! Never disappointed when we order and always such great value for money!

Great overall place! I wish there wans the option for there signature kebabs to come in a wrap. The Naga Donner Kebab is very spicy though, would only recommend if you can really handle heat. The spicy Habanero Chicken wings are a popular choice, I personally prefer the regular fried hot wings. They are very good! They are a bit more pricey though compared to your local chicken shop.

1/10 really disappointed by the food portions ridiculously stingy. It’s a takeaway the whole point is to feed your customers. Extortionate prices for barely any food. They really need to focus and fix this or they’ll end up losing customers.

We use a spice and grill regularly but unfortunately I’m extreme disappointed with this order. The food was cold and lacked flavour, small amount of meat on the large kebab and filled with salad. Not sure I will be ordering anytime soon

Kebab was a bit cold. The wings and kebab had a weird smell. Didn’t smell very fresh. The chilli sauce was also very watered down. Disappointed with my order.

Unbelievable. The spicy grilled chicken I got was unreal, I was literally crying and snotting. Didn't know what I let myself in for! Quality food, fresh and early. Well decent.
