Food was good but not outstanding Service was fantastic the staff were friendly and "on it" both times we went . Good value for money .

Was told there was a wait for food for 45 mins. We said ok got to are table the wait other 15 mins before even a drinks order was taken then we wait another 20 mins and still no drinks or a food order being taken so we would had been the over a hour before even get are food so we decided to go somewhere else

Louis in Hereford is great with the customers. A great asset to have up front. A valuable member of staff.

Just back from lunch. Was great. Food was so fresh and tasty, lots of choice. Service friendly and attentive. Will definitely return and would recommend.

Visited here today with our children - they had a great time in the outdoor play area and we enjoyed the chance to relax. Really impressed with the service and quality of food. The staff were all friendly, polite and so helpful.

I felt free to talk and express myself verbally, I also felt free to enjoy smoking/vaping tobacco, the food was delivered to our table fast, it was hot in temperature, and the local tables enjoyed their food as well (quote ‘I enjoyed my meal’ - ‘me too’ ((other table’s customers)) ‘me three’ (me in agreement while we exited our table) ‘have a good evening/night’ (other customers saying to me and my mother as we left) the waiters were well dressed and had incredible manners.

Large carpark with ample space for cars- large play area for kids. We were tempted to visit as we had an offer for kids meals for a £1 when accompanied by an adult. - big mistake. The waitress service left a lot to be desired - perhaps the attitudes of the staff is not helped by being under pressure but none of them seemed particularly friendly. The bar service was very slow with only one person serving behind the bar most of the time. Drinks and deserts for the kids (not included in offer) were very expensive. The food wasn't particularly good or tasty and the money saved on the kids meals would have been better off spent at a more quality venue. We were also seated in an area where loud music was playing- not exactly great for enjoying your meal. Having said all this our grandkids seemed to enjoy letting off steam in the garden equipped with climbing frames etc. Will not be going back here anytime soon

My family & i popped in for tea on Monday August 5th. We were served by Louis, who was such a happy, smiling polite young man, he was just so attentive & gave such great service. Louis is a credit to your team.

Visit regularly as a family of 5. Always enjoy eating there as a family. Never had any issues what so ever in many many visits over the years. Fab pub to eat in

What a lovely experience for us, we were greeted by Spencer who showed us to our table and recommended the nacho sharer. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was extremely friendly. The food runner (Kaan) brought our food with a smile and asked if we would like anything else. Both members of staff were very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family.

Large party catered for. Food was great, service exceptional. They even produced meals not on the menu adapting them to help with special diets. Attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommend. Some of our party were in wheelchairs but that wasn't a problem, space was quickly and efficiently made. Options given to pay as a group or even individual bills had we needed them. We had booked this earlier as we knew such a large group can cause issues in a busy kitchen. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Yes we will be back but in smaller groups as this was a special occasion. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making our day special. Outside there is a nice garden for children and a shaded seated area. Plenty of parking including 2 disabled bays. The pub has wide accessible access. The large windows have blinds you can adjust to suit the weather. Seating is comfy and spaced to make it cosy. The menu is varied and caters for dietary needs. All the food we had was tasty and served hot. I have been there at lunch time and enjoyed their light lunches too. If you haven't visited for a while you will be surprised at the improvements that have been made. Staff are also open to suggestions.

Very polite service ..fast service of food

Overall disappointing due to a succession of minor faults from food taking 45 minutes to come, being over cooked and the wrong dish and drinks being brought that added up over the evening. Quite a lot of money to wait for poor quality food, incorrectly cooked.

My server Meg was an absolute star, she really improved my meal experience and made me feel at home. She was honestly the best server i’ve ever had, absolutely amazing experience.

the girl serving us was called megan and she was lovely and so polite! i couldn’t say one bad thing about her, she was so professional and had a great big smile on her face at all times! she made our meal honestly, will definitely be coming back because of the server megan. the way she was so welcoming and so sweet was just amazing!!

Poor customer service, food nothing special but enjoyable but a bit expensive for what it was.

We eat here sometimes & have never had a bad meal, that is until today. We arrived just before 16:30 & didnt leave until 18:45. Drinks took more than 20 minutes to come, My partner asked for chicken in his curry, he didn't get it, one of my sides were missing off my plate, we asked for plain mac and cheese and pop corn chicken for my step son, that came with crispy onions and bbq sauce. We sent it back, so a fresh one could be cooked & no popcorn chicken came back. We were then waiting for well over 30 minutes for our desserts, even then the childs brownie came out with ice cream after we asked for it plain, whilst people arriving & ordering after us had their meals first. The bar manager then blamed the new staff team for the disastrous meal. Which, is no excuse! We had 20% off the meal, but it doesn't make up for it being my partners birthday & completely ruined the evening! I wouldn't usually complain so much, but tonight really was a shambles

My youngest daughter just had food poisoning from the Mac and Cheese with popcorn chicken. Best avoided.

Superb. We. Haven't been here in a few years and hoped the standards were as good as before. They were! 1 The girl serving us, Megan, was lovely. Professional, lovely sense of humour and definitely welcoming. Bethan who cooked the food, was superb. Both meals were delicious. Faultless.

We used the QR code on the garden table to order our drinks and food. After 35 minutes, a member of staff came out to confirm our order and explained that the online system is not clear!!!! Good job they checked, but a shame they took so long to check. It was 45 minutes from order to delivery of 2 burgers and fries. Top tip, order at the bar!!!!!!!

Spencer was our waiter for the evening he was very polite and helpful. He read our order back to us and made sure that whilst we were eating we were all OK with everything. Very impressed considering as we were advised afterwards it was only his second time waiting on tables.

Tonight was a treat for my wife, and I booked a table for 6.30pm . We were greeted and welcomed by a very pleasant member of the team, who showed us to our table. A couple of minutes later a young man introduced himself as our waiter and took our drinks order, duely bringing the drinks and taking our food order. The starters arrived a little later and was delicious, well cooked and very well presented. The main course was equally good and also well presented. We both enjoyed our short visit, and our food was excellent. The waiter was one of the best I have ever come across, being attentive, pleasant and polite at all times. Will certainly be back again soon.

Although it was very busy, it was good to see the staff still helpful and polite to all. The food mess from young children on the floor was quickly rectified by your employee Page with not so much as an eyeball roll, which I had to take my hat off to her for. She was extremely helpful to my autistic niece of 7 years old too which made such a difference to our visit. Although again, all the staff were very helpful i gave a £10 tip when i paid for meals because of the intuitive and bespoked assistance from Page. Thank you very to all. Front house staff in any industry is always only a reflection of it's management. I will be back now i know.🌞👍🌞
