Booooooooze and more boooooze and even more boooooze.

Attended the pub for a wake, lovely supply of food and very good and friendly service from the staff.

Varied menu and good quality products. I recommend it.

Met friends for drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere. I only had one problem, and that was, if I wanted to play pool, I had to go outside to enter into a sealed off part of the building. There was someone on the table for the duration of my visit. But otherwise, it's a good place to hang out.

Still more of a drinkers pub but really nice traditional English pub with a good selection of beers.

We had a family gathering here today for a few drinks between 12:30 & 14:30 (Sunday). Nice garden setting with plenty of space & about 20 picnic type tables across 2 gardens. Very enjoyable all round, but I do wish the brewery owners would get in @ least one visitor real ale!!👍🏻

Very good atmosphere, vibrant and lively. We were in Harlow on a visit and came in a few times. Recommend if you're in the area. Would like to thank genna what a delight she is, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her cocktail you made. Hope to visit again very soon.

Never had a bad meal here, do a cracking steak and ale pie, also do a very reasonable meal deal at lunchtime, no bells and whistles, just a very pleasant atmosphere, staff are great, incidentally it's also an hotel

First time popping in today as we’ve recently moved near by. Very impressed apart from you don’t serve food. A lovely red haired lady served me and again come to see if me and my wife would like another drink which I thought was kind. Will most definitely be visiting again

Very friendly local pub with a good selection of beers wines and spirits. Shows most football matches on both sky and bt. Friendly helpful staff round off to make a great visit.now has a new extended garden for visitors to enjoy.Also has regular live music and a weekly quiz night on Thursday, all making the pub a place local people love to visit,

Popped in by chance while out walking. Nice atmosphere, mixed groups of mainly older clientele, very nice pint of AK. Will definitely re-visit.

We had my mums wake here Thursday 7th April 2022 for ( Janet Lyons ) for about 60 people the staff and manger were extremely helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help make things run easy outstanding pub with excellent staff thank you all so much for a fantastic afternoon for all our family and friends to celebrate our mum , we would highly recommend it to anyone 💪👍👍👍💪

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time here for our first time back to a pub after covid. The staff were lovely and attentive, and we really experienced the fantastic service this place has to offer. The people we would especially like to thank are Helen and Annie, and the rest of the amazing bar staff. Thank you, for our first wonderful pub trip back after covid in 2021! A very traditional pub in all of the very best aspects. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The fare was well priced there was lots of it and it was steaming hot. The staff were friendly and knew their job. Overall one of the best in the area.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon while passing. lovely family atmosphere (a couple of kids & dogs all well behaved), bit of sport on the TV's. I sat in the corner minding my own business supping of a couple of pints. Very homely and welcoming.

This was our local pub between 1968 and 1990. We now live in America and came back to see how the place is doing. All I can say is ....very well. It has retained much of the character with many locals in evidence with seats and mugs in place. We sat outside on a bench that I am sure was around when we came here, as well as many much more modern seating. Does the heart good to see a balance of old and new mingling together.

What's going on with the £4.65 pint? (from Mc Mullen's "micro" brewery) Skunky/metallic pint ..had two swigs and put it back up at the bar with NO offer of a refund or a "fresh" pint. the place looks drab, tired and worn out! Sort it out...shocking service and quality.

Great traditional pub. Plenty of TV screens and friendly atmosphere. Large parking lot at the back.

We researched on Google dog friendly pubs in the Harlow Area and the Cock Inn came up so we thought great. When we arrived there we were all very Hungary and made our way through the main entrance to a very empty pub, we thought it was a little strange that there were no cars parked in the main car park but all the same we ventured in. I did call out to the lady behind the bar is it ok to bring our little dogs in and she reluctantly said yes. I then ask if we could have a lunch menu and she said we don’t do food on a Monday why ???? It’s ridiculous and that explained to me why the Car Park was empty. We won’t be going back there that’s for sure, shame as it looked lovely

Nice friendly pub, bar staff very welcoming. Old oak beams and inglenook fireplace. Two bars, decent real ales and lagers. Could do with a few more tables and seating in large lounge area.

Nice local pub with lots of outside seating. Large saloon bar and cosy public bar with darts and pool table. Let down by poor food menu.

I love this pub. It's my local - just ten mins walk away - and its dog friendly. Always clean, staff always friendly and the dogs get a lot of fuss. There's biscuits, water and poo bags available as well as a lovely lounge, bar and beer garden. Perfect for summer!

Very welcoming atmosphere and staff very eager to please. Great quiz nights on Thursdays,and disco or live bands on Fridays. Food served 12-5-30pm during the week and 12-5pm weekends. A great place to meet up or just pop in for a little beverage Dog friendly too. Treats and poo bags included!!.

They often put on 70s and 80s discos on a Friday and theme nights for the locals x nice big heated smoking areas too

We decided to spend St Patricks here as they are dog friendly. There are two sides to the bar,we sat on the side with the fire. There was an offer on with Jameson's where you got a shot glassed shaped like a barrel which attached to your pint. Friendly staff and toilets were clean. Great atmosphere for a Tuesday,there was music on in the background which wasn't too loud. They have a few tvs for the football but again when the football was on it wasn't too loud. On the other side of the bar is a dart board and a pool table with seperate toilets. This side could do with a bit of updating but it is a chain pub and not privately owned. Free pool Tuesdays and they do food. Lovely seating area outside for the summer and large car park.
