Beautiful little Indian, staff were amazing and very attentive. Really clean. Food was amazing and had a great vegetarian and vegan options with quorn! Drinks were fab too. Great value for money. Thank you for a lovely evening, we will definitely be returning!

Food was decent overall however rather intense with the salt and sugar. Would give it another go as this was our first visit.

Was a work doo and was my frist time there and soon as we was at the this man was having a go at my boss it made me feel vary uncomfortable and unwelcome the food like something from a cafe there was 4 pice of chicken I was lift hungry I would not tell any one to go here it needs a lot off work !

Absolutely delicious and amazing service, what more can I say. We are blessed in Burton with a lot of great curry places, but this has just become my new favourite. Can’t wait to go back!

We opted for the Thursday evening special offer which was about £18 and you really can’t grumble at the price for what you get. Portions were plentiful, the food was of good quality and the service was excellent. Wasn’t fully comfortable on the chair and table we sat at but that is being really picky on what was a lovely midweek Indian. Will definitely return!

Burton has some cracking curry houses - Apne, Anoki, Bilash - among others and I’m still working my way round them. This was my first time here unbelievably although my friends had been before. Plenty of choice on the menu, I opted for the Claypot monkfish. Poppadoms were nice and pickles excellent, I’m not normally a fan of lime pickle but this one was nice. Monkfish - plenty of it unlike suggested by other reviews - came in a lovely bright red chilli sauce. The dish came with rice which at £10.95 was a bit of a bargain. Chilli and cheese naan lovely too. Portion size perfect not too full. Drinks were very reasonable too, I had a rhubarb gin at £3.95. A pretty unassuming exterior but nice inside and fairly busy. Staff were really nice and friendly, 1 waiter may have been new because he was a bit confused but I can forgive that because the food was nice and the staff overall were great. I will definitely be back although I’ve still got a couple more curry houses in Burton to try.

I had a fish & king prawn curry. There wasn't a prawn in sight and only four chunks of fish but the pre-cooked sauce was tasty and plentiful. They had no draft Cobra, only bottles which were warm....eventually they brought some ice to make it drinkable. But the worst part was the overcrowding. Apart from the incredible noise, the waiters had to squeeze past other diners to reach our table and, had there been a fire there was no way that many folk could escape safely. Our disabled friends said they felt very vulnerable.

Not only does the Claypot do dining or takeaways, they also do outdoor catering. I chose Claypot to cater for 30 people for my recent birthday. I chose a selection of starters as a basis for a finger buffet. The price was competitive, the food was excellent as commented by me and my guests and the service was excellent as always. If you having a party, consider these guys.

I cant wait to eat here, we regularly have takeaways, the staff are always so helpful, the food is always well presented and plentiful, authentic flavours, we have tried most of the takeaways in Burton this is the one we go back to.

This restaurant always has a fabulous "buzzy" atmosphere. The staff are very attentive, friendly and professional. Great for anyone with an Allergy - I am a Coeliac. Food is always delicious, hot and well presented.
