Most of the food was okay, other than you could tell the fries had been microwaved as they were chewy rather than crunchy.

Cakes were nice and well baked but tasted of cleaning fluid or washing up liquid in some moutfuls.....maybe someone was cleaning when they boxed them? marked down for that - please be careful when boxing up while cleaning in future! U canpoisonpeople

Our order arrived 20 minutes after due time, however everything was amazing and they even gave us something for free for the inconvenience. We will happily order again and please make sure the driver is paid well as he was so polite and professional when delivering our food explaining it was busy and didnt make excuses for having to travel quite a distance to deliver. My vegan breakfast was terrible. Everything was cold, hash browns were also soggy and blemished. Food was obviously sat in the containers for a long time. I ordered a scone which was very dry. My partner enjoyed his savoury french toast, 3* for his.

This company truly are not just about beautiful food but also beautiful people. I never have a grumble when they have to bring my food up to the flat and they added a nice little message to my food box because I was having a bad day. First time I've visited clauds ,went for afternoon treat with grandchildren after school broke up for summer .lots of choice , mouthwatering cakes and good choice of foods and beverages.our young grandson knocked his hot chocolate over and was upset ,the lady serving immediately sorted it out and got him another one, lovely lady (with glasses). exceptional service.thank you

Ordered a kinder sundae a few days ago and it was the best sundae I have ever had. Ordered it again tonight and it was basically just a pot of chocolate ice cream, hardly any of the sauce and only a few bits of chocolate. For nearly £9 this was disappointing 😭

I don't ever remember to leave reviews, but felt I had to for Claud's. It was during the pandemic that we discovered them and haven't used them since (even though they were really good.) Well, what we got was absolutely lovely! Pizza was great, nachos lovely and the cookie dough was sooo good! They even went out of their way to contact us to make sure that the request we made was correct. I think we have found our new favourite takeaway 😂 such a shame that it has to be a treat 😭😂 x

the stars speak for themselves absolutely stunning restaurant with amazing cheap food,first time going and me and my boyfriend ordered bqq chicken sub was stunning came with crisps the staff were amazing with listening to the allergies before we left we spotted the cakes witch you must try unreal at an unbelievable price my favourite about this restaurant has to be there ice coffee

This place is canny good mind, absolutely lovely desserts, we got the kinder cookie dough and a wispa milkshake with some extra ice cream and sauce. perfect portion size for us both to share. It wasn't sickly sweet like some desserts can be. Will deffo be ordering again x

Pizza was the best i have ever had was absolutely stunning, sundaes were also incredible, those cheese scones were also perfection, very impressed and happy with the food, delivery and even the delivery driver was incredibly polite and nice, all round great experience will 100% be ordering from here again and will be telling people they should eat here incredible!

Lovely fresh pizza ample for one person and gorgeous strawberry Eton mess. Only issue I had was not enough meringue in the dessert however it was still gorgeous and would definitely order again.

Would not order from here again. Desserts are not worth the price at all. The cookie dough wasn’t cookie dough, it was a cake with chocolate chips in and the caramel sauce tasted and looked like the cheap stuff that u put on ice cream. The brownie Easter egg again tasted cheap and nasty, with the same ice cream sauce drizzled over. Lotus drip cake was dry. Shouldn’t be calling urselfs a dessert place if u can’t tell the difference between cake and cookie dough. Nothing is homemade and all shop b

First time customer, bittersweet experience. Ordered a breakfast burrito and some sweet snacks. The food was delivered 50 minutes later than expected. Tried to contact restaurant and no answer, reason or apology. Disappointed, BUT, the food was excellent. Burrito was hot and fresh. Biscoff slice and cake lovely, fresh, tasty. Driver was friendly and polite. Bad first experience but looking at reviews it feels like a one off. Benefit of the doubt I’ll try them again in the future.
