Over the years I have visited most of the cafes in Hull. This is one of the best, good food and friendly service. What more could you want.

I’m writing this message as a form of complaint about the shocking customer service I received this morning. Not only was I spoke to VERY rudely on the phone before I arrived, when I did arrive they handed me the food in the bag. I was offered no cutlery, no plates and was left with the bag. I had paid for 2 drinks and had to ask for them again. As well as this, family members I came with asked for 2 hash browns 2 sausages and toast with beans separate. I didn’t mention a sandwich however was given a sandwich. I didn’t ask for a sandwich and when I asked for this to changed the staff member very rudely replied “I’m not wasting the food!” Thankfully there was no allergies to gluten however had there been it could have been dangerous. The staff had no intentions in changing this… we then had to ask multiple for the drinks we ordered. When we got them they was SLAMMED down on the table. Throughout our whole meal the staff had major attitude and was rude to us. They ruined a family meal and we will not be returning. We was charged £18 for 3 sandwiches and a tea but when we matched this up with the menu prices we was VERY much overcharged! This was absolutely Abysmal service you have lost some loyal customer!

My family and myself called in on the off chance because we were a little peckish Well we all ordered the medium breakfasts the food was fantastic the amount was enormous so god knows what the large was like! The food was well presented and I would recommend that you give it a go,

Great good and good value for money with a variety to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will return again.
